We stopped for a night , very clean place , staff very friendly. Hotel looked new or renewed. Comfortable beds. They have shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer. Only thing the pool was very filthy. Probably just a coincidence. I’ll be back!

So glad I chose Springhill suites..it’s so welcoming. You walk in the lobby it’s so large and beautifully decorated. You can meet others enjoy lots of seating . Across the street you can shop & eat. The rooms are large with large closets, bathrooms, microwave and refrigerator. Free breakfast in lobby.

Very cool room layout. Clean. Comfy. Decent breakfast with hot options. Small clean pool. In an area with lots of chain restaurants and shopping options. Only tiny complaint is that the coffee was not hot at check-in. Not a big deal, we made some on our room.

There are a ton of places to eat and shop nearby. The hotel was nice and the staff was great. The pool is small, but my kids still enjoyed it.

Very clean property. The king room was spacious, rooms appeared newer, the mini fridge actually worked and was cold, the pool was small but very clean, gym was a decent size and clean (they provided earbuds if needed). Front desk was friendly, outside property was clean. Within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. I would stay here again.

Hotel room was spacious, beds comfortable, nice desk to work on. Free breakfast had lots of options, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, muffins, toast, eggs, breakfast meat, oatmeal bar, cereal, waffles and more. Best gym I have ever seen in a hotel. Nice areas to sit outside. Wonderful staff, Assist Mgr Amanda was very welcoming and helpful.

Staff were very nice at check-in. Room was very clean and probably the least noise I have ever heard staying in a hotel. Love the 24 hour gym also. The ned was really comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was more than we expected. Was there for business and would definitely stay again.

Hotel was very nice and welcoming, however we received no housekeeping for 5 days which was unacceptable. Even requesting clean glasses didn’t happen. When they did “refresh” our room they straightened one bed and left the other one. We were not happy.

We stayed there for 4 nights and our room was never cleaned. The cleaning person came, but were still in the room, asked her to come back, she never did. We had to go to the desk and get more towels. The breakfast was good. The girl on the afternoon shift was very nice and helpful. The entire stay there was NO premium stations on the t.v. We wanted to stay one more night, but the price was $135.00 more, they wouldn't even budge. Even though we were there 4 nights. So we left, went somewhere else.

This is an excellent hotel. 2 criticisms i would have though is the breakfast items were not replenished quickly enough on the busy weekend days. Also, i stayed for 10 nights and Housekeeping only visited once!!

The property looks nice, and the breakfast is good. But don't book a first floor room here. We laid awake half the night as due to tremendous noise caused by the guests above us, walking back and forth across the room. All the fixtures in our room were rattling and banging. I don't think it was anything more than walking, so it had to be a structural issue. But we were awake until after 2 am and then awaked with it again before 7 am. The desk clerk said she could not issue any type of credit because a manager was not on site and because we had booked through Expedia. We took our concern to Expedia, who said they contacted the property several times but got no response. It was a very disappointing getaway for a couple who rarely has the opportunity to take one.

While the hotel and staff were plenty nice, the water pressure in our room was horrible. It dribbled out and was not ideal for getting any type of product out of our hair.

Room was excellent except the layout was not thought through well. Bathroom with a frosted glass door was at the end of bed so bright light shone on the sleeping person. Shower was excellent.

The staff was excellent. I mentioned it was my fiance's birthday and they made it special by giving him a small gift. It was very sweet. The front desk lady (4/4 evening) was so incredibly kind and made sure we were taken care of. Most comfortavle bed ive had in a while and the couch/trundle bed was just as comfortable.

I was double charged when I checked in and had to wait until the next day to get it refunded. I paid online through a third party booking and the desk clerk said that I had to pay again that it wasn’t paid but both charges went through my credit card company. Very misleading on check in. Also given a quote 100 more on the booking line than when I checked in very confusing. Manager not in until the next day at a different site. Desk clerk apparently was new but by herself asked the maintenance worker for help.

The staff at the front desk were great. We had our 11U hockey team stay here and the front desk treated as well and was very patient with our kids. Cleaning staff was just as great and accommodating.

Perfect hotel for an overnight stay. I slept nine hours in that bed, which is more than I’ve slept in many many nights. Even had to request a late check out. Great amenities – everything you will need. Front desk staff was lovely. Conveniently located. Definitely recommend.

Front desk staff were friendly, approachable and helpful. Property nicely appointed (bland decor), clean, breakfast included. Hands down the best hotel I've been to in a long time. Friendly, great breakfast. Us non-dairy eaters appreciate the almond milk and oat milk options at breakfast. Super comfortable room. Only weird thing was the Tv was turned towards the work desk and not with the bed. No biggie. We will stay here again.

The only reason I’m not giving it a 5 is because the breakfast was really lacking. It was a busy weekend, perhaps they should have staffed the hotel a little bit more. They kept running out of coffee and many of the food options. The women that were working were trying hard to accommodate everyone, it didn’t work out.

From check-in to check-out the service by the staff was wonderful - professional, efficient, and friendly. The room was very comfortable - great beds, hot showers, and quiet (no noise from the hallway or other rooms). Breakfast was yummy and plentiful.

Hotel room was spacious, beds comfortable, nice desk to work on. Free breakfast had lots of options, hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, muffins, toast, eggs, breakfast meat, oatmeal bar, cereal, waffles and more. Best gym I have ever seen in a hotel. Nice areas to sit outside. Wonderful staff, Assist Mgr Amanda was very welcoming and helpful.

Staff were very nice at check-in. Room was very clean and probably the least noise I have ever heard staying in a hotel. Love the 24 hour gym also. The ned was really comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was more than we expected. Was there for business and would definitely stay again.

For the price and especially for a Marriott property, I expected much better. They were accommodating with our early check-in, which I appreciated, but the first impression was honestly shocking. The person checking us in was not particularly friendly, while another staff member was sitting on the front counter with her feet up in Crocs, eating and loudly chomping chips from a bag. It was incredibly unprofessional and not what I expected walking into a Marriott. Later that evening, we discovered our shower was barely draining and quickly filled with over 3 inches of standing water. No one was available to fix it until the next day. There was also no phone in our room, so the front desk couldn’t contact us with updates and we had to keep reaching out ourselves. I’m not sure how a shower that clogged wasn’t noticed before we checked in. The woman who fixed it the next day was wonderful, friendly and efficient, and we appreciated her. However, the bathroom door hardware was also broken so it wouldn’t lock, and the hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was okay and the eating area was spacious. The room was somewhat clean, and surprisingly the iron was great! Overall, there were just too many things overlooked. With so many hotel choices in Holland, paying more for a Marriott should come with a higher level of professionalism, maintenance and attention to detail. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet those expectations.

Um, that means theres more than 1 room available. Staff said they’ve notified manager of air conditioning issue but obviously wasn’t addressed.
