Great hotel and perfect location for me. I like being at the Mixc mall. Breakfast is not that good, they could upgrade that to the level of how the hotel feels. Also WIFI didn’t work which makes it challenging on a business trip.

A decent enough hotel but definitely lacking in their ability to proper service non Mandarin speaking guests. Near nobody throughout the day spoke any English

The staff member in the elevator saw me about to enter but directly closed the elevator door. It was a very poor service experience.
