The hotel is marvelous. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness from the front desk people, and throughout the whole hotel, you’re equally treated kindly and feel like you’re part of the Falkensteiner Family. The location is pretty convenient, only a few steps from the slopes, and they even offer a daily car service there - special compliments to Armando, who was my driver most days and always greeted me with a warm smile. The restaurant’s also delicious, with and extensive buffet and hot menu to choose from both during breakfast and dinner. Also extra compliments to Luisa, who was my waitress most nights and was always impeccable. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, no to mention the spa, and which is to die for. My only complaint, would be regarding the gym, which has only one treadmill, as well as the quality of the toiletries in the rooms. I had expected better quality items in the toilet and not a shampoo/conditioner combination. Despite that, it’s an incredible hotel and I would be glad to stay there again.

Top Hotel , absolut ruhig, hier wird Gästeservice groß geschrieben, jederzeit wieder, jedes Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Skischrank, wo alles trocknen konnte, includierter Shuttle zum Lift , super Essen , unglaublich freundliche Mitarbeiter, für jeden war edtess an der Riesen Büffett und A la carte Auswahl alles dabei , tolle Bar, stimmiges Ambiente, Zimmer wurden geräuschlos gereinigt, toller Wellnessbereich mit zwei beheizten Aussenpools. Wir kommen in jedem Fall wieder. Danke für diese erholsame Verwöhnwoche

Splendido Hotel, nelle vicinanze della funivia per Kronplatz. Una zona wellness eccezionale con palestra tecnogym , parete di arrampicata e zona saune eccellente, piscina esterna di 25 metri. Colazione di ottimo livello abbondante, nel pomeriggio buffet con affettati, insalate, formaggi e dolci e ristorante per la cena con ampio menu.

An overall great hotel, in a quiet suburb of Brunico, walking distance to the Kronplatz gondola. Well appointed rooms, excellent food for both breakfast and dinner and a spa that covers three floors (with two swimming pool).

Super nice beautiful hotel! Staff were so friendly and helpsome. Breakfast was delicious and dinner were amazing! The spa and pools areas were also so clean and perfect. We had such a good stay and would recommend to everybody staying here.

We had a very good time at Falkensteiner Kronplatz. Very stylish and modern, and with very interesting architecture. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nice sports pool. Good location near Kronplatz ski lift, just outside of Bruneck. Lots to explore in the vicinity. We visited in summer, so think hiking, rafting, mountain lakes, etc. However, we weren't impressed with the fact that the rooftop pool was adults only as this wasn't clear from property details before we booked. Also, the evening "gourmet half board" was very fussy, and service was very, very inconsistent. Not at 5* level.

Que experiência incrível! Totalmente inesquecível, do inicio ao fim. Fomos recebidas super bem pela recepção, e a recepcionista nos apresentou o hotel e nos levou até o quarto, sendo super simpática e atenciosa. A estrutura nem se fala, tudo de muito bom gosto. Não visitamos as saunas, mas existem duas e duas piscinas, sendo uma delas apenas para mais de 14 anos. Essa é a do rooftop, que tem uma vista de tirar o fôlego. O quarto é bem espaçoso, e com uma varanda que é deliciosa para aproveitar no começo da noite tomando um bom vinho. Em relação a comida, tambem é muito bem feita e diversificada. Todos os produtos são de muito boa qualidade, e o buffet do café da manhã é do jantar são bem variados. Além do buffet, também existe as opções a la carte, que variam todos os dias e são deliciosas. O atendimento dos garçons é impecável, todos muito alegres e simpáticos. Um diferencial que gostei muito também foram os eventos promovidos pelo próprio hotel. Toda manhã tem aula de yoga ou de peso em grupo, além de promoverem também passeios fora do hotel. Fizemos o de uma subida pela montanha com o guia do hotel, que foi super atencioso. Facilitou muito para nós, já que não fomos de carro e os lugares são um pouco distantes. O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro de Brunico, o que é maravilhoso para quem quer realmente sossego. A academia é ok, único problema é que só possui uma esteira, que é muito procurada pelos hóspedes. Foi realmente uma experiência fantástica e diferenciada!

Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut, freundlicher Empfang, Rundgang durch das Hotel usw. Der zweite Einduck war schon differenzierter. Wir hatten die Summit Suite gebucht. Hier erlebten wir die erste Enttäuschung. Das Schlafzimmer so klein, dass man gerade so um das Bett herumgehen konnte. Der zweite Raum, what? Eine Matratze, eine Sprossenwand und ein Gymnastikball. Völlig useless. Wo sind Tisch und Stühle, um gemütlich zusammenzusitzen und Spiele machen. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, was machen Teetrinker? Zwei Terrassen, einmal mit Blick in den Innenhof und einmal mit Blick auf das Gerümpel vom Nachbar (dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts). Sauberkeit so la la, die tote Fliege am Fußboden hat uns jedenfalls den gesamten Aufenthalt begleitet. Und - ein paar Handtuchhaken im Bad wären ganz nett. Das Frühstück ist gut (Eierspeisen á la carte), allerdings wird vieles nicht mehr aufgefüllt, wenn man um 10:00 Uhr kommt sind etliche Platten leer (z.B. Kuchen). Das Personal wirkt überfordert. Die Tische werden nicht abgeräumt, so dass man keine freien Plätze findet. Es dauert sehr lange, bis eine Bestellung aufgenommen wird und noch länger bis dann endlich serviert wird. Das Dinner dagegen hat noch viel Luft nach oben, egal ob Service oder Küche, man bemüht sich, aber das reicht nicht. Unglaublich: Der Kellner bittet um Trinkgeld in bar, weil er es sonst versteuern müsse. Ebenfalls sehr unangenehm ist die hohe Anzahl an Hunden im Hotel.

Bellissimo hotel, pulito, gentili. Per essere un 5 stelle pensavo ci fossero più cose per esempio anche una piscina interna , ma comunque lo consiglio. Colazione e cena top. La camera bella spaziosa

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, wunderschön gebaut und großzügig. Toller Wellnessbereich, schöner Bar- und Restaurantbereich. Zimmer waren immer gründlichst gereinigt! Super! Leider - das Personal im Service ist etwas "überfordert" oder falsch eingeteilt. Wir haben oft 20 Minuten und länger gewartet bis wir Getränke bestellen konnten. The hotel is marvelous. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness from the front desk people, and throughout the whole hotel, you’re equally treated kindly and feel like you’re part of the Falkensteiner Family. The location is pretty convenient, only a few steps from the slopes, and they even offer a daily car service there - special compliments to Armando, who was my driver most days and always greeted me with a warm smile. The restaurant’s also delicious, with and extensive buffet and hot menu to choose from both during breakfast and dinner. Also extra compliments to Luisa, who was my waitress most nights and was always impeccable. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, no to mention the spa, and which is to die for. My only complaint, would be regarding the gym, which has only one treadmill, as well as the quality of the toiletries in the rooms. I had expected better quality items in the toilet and not a shampoo/conditioner combination. Despite that, it’s an incredible hotel and I would be glad to stay there again.

Interior design is really beautiful and elegant, room was modern, spacious and cozy. Delicious dinner and breakfast come with a huge choices and excellent quality. Amazing facilities and ambience, great hospitality from well-trained staffs. It was beyond my expectations, highly recommended.

Hotel molto moderno e bello. Molto bella la camera anche se ho prenotato una vista montagna e mi hanno dato una vista cortile interno. Non capisco perché la navetta accompagna per un tragitto di scarsi 200 metri e non accompagna in paese. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda per le piste ma non bella per il luogo.

Overall, very pleased with the stay. Room was spacious and comfortable, outdoor 3rd floor pool spectacular. Breakfast, amazing! If I had to point anything out- dinners (while beautifully presented) did not have local food as I’d expect. I would not eat dinner here again if the menu was the same.

This is the second year that I return to this great hotel! Great staff, kind, always smiling and wanting to help. Very close to the gondolas, walking distance, there is a shuttle for the lazy :) Large and luxurious rooms, great breakfast and dinner, a large and delicious selection!

Der erste Eindruck war sehr gut, freundlicher Empfang, Rundgang durch das Hotel usw. Der zweite Einduck war schon differenzierter. Wir hatten die Summit Suite gebucht. Hier erlebten wir die erste Enttäuschung. Das Schlafzimmer so klein, dass man gerade so um das Bett herumgehen konnte. Der zweite Raum, what? Eine Matratze, eine Sprossenwand und ein Gymnastikball. Völlig useless. Wo sind Tisch und Stühle, um gemütlich zusammenzusitzen und Spiele machen. Kaffeemaschine im Zimmer, was machen Teetrinker? Zwei Terrassen, einmal mit Blick in den Innenhof und einmal mit Blick auf das Gerümpel vom Nachbar (dafür kann das Hotel natürlich nichts). Sauberkeit so la la, die tote Fliege am Fußboden hat uns jedenfalls den gesamten Aufenthalt begleitet. Und - ein paar Handtuchhaken im Bad wären ganz nett. Das Frühstück ist gut (Eierspeisen á la carte), allerdings wird vieles nicht mehr aufgefüllt, wenn man um 10:00 Uhr kommt sind etliche Platten leer (z.B. Kuchen). Das Personal wirkt überfordert. Die Tische werden nicht abgeräumt, so dass man keine freien Plätze findet. Es dauert sehr lange, bis eine Bestellung aufgenommen wird und noch länger bis dann endlich serviert wird. Das Dinner dagegen hat noch viel Luft nach oben, egal ob Service oder Küche, man bemüht sich, aber das reicht nicht. Unglaublich: Der Kellner bittet um Trinkgeld in bar, weil er es sonst versteuern müsse. Ebenfalls sehr unangenehm ist die hohe Anzahl an Hunden im Hotel.

Que experiência incrível! Totalmente inesquecível, do inicio ao fim. Fomos recebidas super bem pela recepção, e a recepcionista nos apresentou o hotel e nos levou até o quarto, sendo super simpática e atenciosa. A estrutura nem se fala, tudo de muito bom gosto. Não visitamos as saunas, mas existem duas e duas piscinas, sendo uma delas apenas para mais de 14 anos. Essa é a do rooftop, que tem uma vista de tirar o fôlego. O quarto é bem espaçoso, e com uma varanda que é deliciosa para aproveitar no começo da noite tomando um bom vinho. Em relação a comida, tambem é muito bem feita e diversificada. Todos os produtos são de muito boa qualidade, e o buffet do café da manhã é do jantar são bem variados. Além do buffet, também existe as opções a la carte, que variam todos os dias e são deliciosas. O atendimento dos garçons é impecável, todos muito alegres e simpáticos. Um diferencial que gostei muito também foram os eventos promovidos pelo próprio hotel. Toda manhã tem aula de yoga ou de peso em grupo, além de promoverem também passeios fora do hotel. Fizemos o de uma subida pela montanha com o guia do hotel, que foi super atencioso. Facilitou muito para nós, já que não fomos de carro e os lugares são um pouco distantes. O hotel fica um pouco distante do centro de Brunico, o que é maravilhoso para quem quer realmente sossego. A academia é ok, único problema é que só possui uma esteira, que é muito procurada pelos hóspedes. Foi realmente uma experiência fantástica e diferenciada!

The rooms are very spacious and have lots of interesting amenities like Suanas, exercise equipment and huge balconies. Viel Potential nach oben... Wunderschönes modernes Hotel mit super Lage zum Skifahren, schönen Zimmern und super Wellnessbereich. Bei Rezeption und Restaurant/Bar sehr viel Luft nach oben. Gutes Konzept aber sehr umprofessionell umgesetzt. Viel junges bemühtes Personal, das aber vom Management null unterstützt und eingearbeitet wurde. So wurden z.B. 30% aller unserer Bestellungen im Restaurant vergessen, 30% falsch serviert, der Rest war ok, wobei mindestens fünf mal der Service Getränke oder speisen brachte, die von anderen Gästen bestellt wurde. Ebenso war der Check In eine einzige Katastrophe. Das Personal ist schlicht überfordert und ist auf sich allein gelassen..Das funktioniert in anderen 3 Sterne Hotels deutlich besser. Einfach schade und enttäuschend

We had a very good time at Falkensteiner Kronplatz. Very stylish and modern, and with very interesting architecture. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nice sports pool. Good location near Kronplatz ski lift, just outside of Bruneck. Lots to explore in the vicinity. We visited in summer, so think hiking, rafting, mountain lakes, etc. However, we weren't impressed with the fact that the rooftop pool was adults only as this wasn't clear from property details before we booked. Also, the evening "gourmet half board" was very fussy, and service was very, very inconsistent. Not at 5* level.

Lovely hotel with good spa facilities. Excellent dining for the evening meal and great breakfast buffet. However, the service was disappointing. Our waiter at breakfast didn’t bring our coffee that we ordered, we waited 20 mins before reordering. Our room key stopped working 5 mins before 11am and the lady servicing the room told us because it was almost 11am we couldn’t get back into the room. After explaining we had just come to get our bags before 11am check out she let us in, however as it wasn’t 11am yet it left us with sour taste.

Overall a great hotel with nice clean amenities and great style. The only point that pulls down the experience is service in the restaurant and bar. This is not on 5* level, as not really proactive and in some cases chaotic. Empty plates remain forever on the tables, waiters looking in the room but apparently don‘t see or proactively approach the table. In the bar area the menu is handed out to the table but then nobody is showing up for taking the order so you need to go to the bar yourself to receive any drinks. That unfortunately impacts the overall experience with this great facility.

Staff went above and beyond at every opportunity. Example- Air France lost our luggage a few days prior to us getting married. The staff made calls on our behalf and ensured it got delivered in time allowing our wedding plans to move forward. The food was also delicious.

The hotel is marvelous. As soon as you arrive, you’re greeted with warmth and kindness from the front desk people, and throughout the whole hotel, you’re equally treated kindly and feel like you’re part of the Falkensteiner Family. The location is pretty convenient, only a few steps from the slopes, and they even offer a daily car service there - special compliments to Armando, who was my driver most days and always greeted me with a warm smile. The restaurant’s also delicious, with and extensive buffet and hot menu to choose from both during breakfast and dinner. Also extra compliments to Luisa, who was my waitress most nights and was always impeccable. The rooms are spacious and luxurious, no to mention the spa, and which is to die for. My only complaint, would be regarding the gym, which has only one treadmill, as well as the quality of the toiletries in the rooms. I had expected better quality items in the toilet and not a shampoo/conditioner combination. Despite that, it’s an incredible hotel and I would be glad to stay there again.

Hotel molto moderno e bello. Molto bella la camera anche se ho prenotato una vista montagna e mi hanno dato una vista cortile interno. Non capisco perché la navetta accompagna per un tragitto di scarsi 200 metri e non accompagna in paese. La posizione dell'hotel è comoda per le piste ma non bella per il luogo.

Top Hotel , absolut ruhig, hier wird Gästeservice groß geschrieben, jederzeit wieder, jedes Zimmer hatte einen eigenen Skischrank, wo alles trocknen konnte, includierter Shuttle zum Lift , super Essen , unglaublich freundliche Mitarbeiter, für jeden war edtess an der Riesen Büffett und A la carte Auswahl alles dabei , tolle Bar, stimmiges Ambiente, Zimmer wurden geräuschlos gereinigt, toller Wellnessbereich mit zwei beheizten Aussenpools. This is the second year that I return to this great hotel! Great staff, kind, always smiling and wanting to help. Very close to the gondolas, walking distance, there is a shuttle for the lazy :) Large and luxurious rooms, great breakfast and dinner, a large and delicious selection!

Es war unglaublich schön und entspannend. Ruhige Umgebung, schönes Ambiente, super freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Essen, tolles Wellnessangebot. Uns hat es außerordentlich gut gefallen und wir hoffen, dass wir irgendwann mal wieder da sind. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Overall, very pleased with the stay. Room was spacious and comfortable, outdoor 3rd floor pool spectacular. Breakfast, amazing! If I had to point anything out- dinners (while beautifully presented) did not have local food as I’d expect. I would not eat dinner here again if the menu was the same.

We had a very good time at Falkensteiner Kronplatz. Very stylish and modern, and with very interesting architecture. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Nice sports pool. Good location near Kronplatz ski lift, just outside of Bruneck. Lots to explore in the vicinity. We visited in summer, so think hiking, rafting, mountain lakes, etc. However, we weren't impressed with the fact that the rooftop pool was adults only as this wasn't clear from property details before we booked. Also, the evening "gourmet half board" was very fussy, and service was very, very inconsistent. Not at 5* level.

We thoroughly enjoyed a great stay at the Falkensteiner Kronplatz. From the moment we arrived to the one we left they made us feel part of something exclusive. All activities and areas follow luxurious standards and everything has been thought in the very fine detail. The breakfast and dinner selection is really something to die for. We hope to stay at this property again soon.

Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind neu und sehr schön gestaltet. Das Essen und der Service entsprechen keinem 5 Sterne Hotel. Es gibt keine hochwertigen Zutaten, alles ist auf geringsten Niveau, die Jakobsmuschel als Hauptgang entsprach einer viertel Muschel, das Hauptgericht Couscous wurde am Folgetag als Vorspeise serviert, und so könnte man weiter machen. Das hochgepriesene Silvestermenü gab keine Auswahlmöglichkeiten , es gab ein Ziegenragou , ansonsten vegetarisch z.B. Schlupfnudel, der Eischnee des Nachtisch war zerflossen und das Schokodessert versalzen. Das Frühstück ist besser, aber die Steigerung nach oben deutlich möglich. Die Jause , na ja ich rede von einem 5 Sterne Haus, Käse, Schinken , Oliven und als Abwechselung jeden Tag ein anderes Stückchen Kuchen. Getränke werden natürlich extra berechnet. Wie gesagt ein 5 Sterne Haus, der Skibus fährt pünktlich um 9, 10, 11 und um 15,16, 17 Uhr, 200 m zur Piste mit Ski sind schon beschwerlich
