Mahalo Cape May

Loved the room and location disappointing that the pool was closed compared to all tge others in Cape May, cold shower and a bad keurig . Very clean and great beds. I did place a complaint at the desk, the lady was a bit dismissive.

Right from the beginning it was great. Check in was so simple, and the people at the front desk provided me with such great and valuable information. The amenities are awesome. Room was great. Clean. Serviced every day. I would like to see a garbage can in the kitchenette. Pool was clean and water was warm. Was able to walk to a lot of cool things. Go to Washington mall. Amenities. They provided free shuttle, bikes, and chairs with umbrellas for the beach. Recent renovation. No room was bad.

Absolutely loved our first stay at Mahalo. Great location, beach chair/ umbrella service, heated pool, shuttle service, comfortable beds, nice shower, 24 hour desk help and friendly staff. Can't wait to come back!

Great vibe, location and staff

At check in, the young lady at the desk should speak up. I had to have her repeat herself 2 times. I did not feel like she was all that welcoming. Just going through the motions so she could do something else.
