The wall in the washroom was falling apart. The towels were dirty and full of other people's hair. They put a smoking seat right by the entrance, so all I could smell was smoke when we went in or out. They charged us for parking. We paid and went to dinner, and when we came back, the lot was full. They told us we would have to wait and see if something opened up. Let me say that again. We were staying at the hotel. They charged us for parking, we paid and could not find parking.

Hotel was clean , onsite parking was additional even though they had a private parking lot. My room over looked a public balcony so I could not keep my curtains open. Was not pleased about that. Entrance doors from the parking lot to the private hallways did not latch well making it unsafe. Several times I found the door to the rooms open and not latched.

Checked in at night on 10/9/25 and was told the place was completely booked. We had a reservation so no problem but also told the elevator did not work. All first floor rooms were taken, so pregnant wife had to go up and down the stairs. No big deal. Room was decent, only one recessed light dangling from the ceiling and no body wash or shampoo. Bed and pillows comfortable but when everyone has to use the stairs, being across the hall from stairs door is not fun when people are loud leaving (or arriving?) anywhere from 4-6am. Doors and walls are thin so I could even hear the traffic going by the road out front even thought it’s not a highway. Shades are decent but still lets the light in which would be fine if the parking lot wasn’t lit up like a Christmas tree at night. Brightest property around. We could also smell weed at night from outside or the hall, somewhere nearby, so not real airtight and we were in the second floor. I was excited for breakfast from the reviews but told it was limited this week. Waffles, bagels, fruit and yogurt was all they offered. The coffee creamer curdled when I put it in my coffee and yes it was the non refrigerated coffee creamer but ick. Price was $73 and we got what we paid for despite good reviews.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If I was still working in the public health sector, I have this place shut down and make them deep clean every inch of every room. Dead bugs, dirty corners, don’t even get me started on the results of the swabs I took of the TV remote and high touch areas, sheets and pillows. I will be calling Niagara public health to tell them what I found. Least to say I definitely won’t be going back. Photo I attached was the dirt of the floor. If you care for your health and your children’s health, avoid this place like a plague. Stay somewhere else!!!!

The room that we had was spacious and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We have several suggestions for a more comfortable stay. 1. Floor mat and boot tray should be provided for each room especially during the winter months to protect the hall floor. 2. Breakfast room needs to be enlarged to accommodate the number of guests. 3. Toilet paper holder needs to be replaced in room 119. The young female receptionist went out of her way to address any concerns that we brought to her attention. Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay. We do not hesitate to recommend this hotel when visiting Niagara Falls.

Site staff entered my room at 1am in the morning because the girl at front desk never checked me in my room. Then did absolutely nothing to accommodate me. Ruined my sleep and messed up my whole day. Rooms are noisy and they do not restock shampoo ,toilet paper or towels. I wouldnt recommend staying. Free breakfast very limited and sparce. This is a poor excuse for a motel and the staff are completely clueless.

Horrible experience, reserved room for my worker and email property with his first and last name,they don't allow him in the room till i come, then they they charge me 400 deposit for the room, when I explain to them that was outrageous charge, they refused to rent the room. Still today's Im not refunded for room or deposit. Not recommend it to NOBODY, I'm 62 years old and never ever happened something like that in motels or hotels I rent.

During checkout front desk . The skinny Indian girl told me I had moved a desk chair to the corner and shifted the bed a little bit so they keeping my deposit. Made me go rearrange them ( which is the cleaners job) before getting my money. Last time staying here. They are racist to black people. Don’t go here

Spotless room! Comfy bed and good breakfast. It was crowded at breakfast and lacked seating space (and they were running very low on food but we also came right before breakfast ended)....but there was outdoor seating or you could just take it back to your room to eat. It was in a great location, in walking distance to many attractions and a shuttle stop near by.

I spent the night at Falls Lodge and Suites because i was going to a show at OLG Stage. The property is walking distance to the venue and all of the typical tourist spots in Niagara. Forgive me if i spell it incorrectly but Kartik who checked us in was very kind and courteous and was able to honour my request for a ground floor room. The room was your standard 2 queen sized beds, fridge, microwave room and the AC worked great . I would stay there again as it pretty much is just a place to shower and sleep-no frills necessary. The only downfall was you could see that the bathtub has not had a proper clean in awhile. There was quite a distinct ring around the tub. We only saw it when getting dressed to go out so we didn't have time to bring it to housekeepings attention. The bathroom needs updating but was clean overall aside from the dirty bathtub. The continental breakfast was your standard mini muffins, waffles, toast, cereal, tea, coffee, juice and fruit. You won't go hungry until you get a proper meal later throughout the day. Again, you get what you pay for but i would stay at this property again.

Room was huge, beds were comfortable. Bathroom was pretty clean, but not totally clean. Towels very thin. Hot water was steady, but water-saving showerhead, so low flow low pressure. Toiletries minimal, barely adequate. Expected more. Breakfast included, but totally high sugar, high carb, low fibre. No whole wheat bread. No eggs. Yogurt the only protein. Couldn't keep up with the demand for waffles, yogurt and fruit, kept running out. No herbal teas. Breakfast room way too tiny for the volume of visitors. Indoor seating for 8 at best, then too crowded to move. There were over 20 people trying to find seats. All seating is meant to be outdoors, which is only good for about 3 months of the year.

I just needed a safe, clean place to sleep and shower so this checked the box for me. Make sure you get to the Continental breakfast earlier than later, because items didn’t appear to be re-stocked and was pretty wiped out towards the last 30 minutes

Spotless room! Comfy bed and good breakfast. It was crowded at breakfast and lacked seating space (and they were running very low on food but we also came right before breakfast ended)....but there was outdoor seating or you could just take it back to your room to eat. It was in a great location, in walking distance to many attractions and a shuttle stop near by.

We had a double king bed room. The bedroom area itself was very good. However, the bathroom was not clean. I asked for the backside of door to be washed and for the baseboards to be cleaned because they were filthy. The cleaning did not occur. Very disappointed in that.

Absolutely terrible communication with front desk. Impatient and rude girl. The property inside and outside was horribly filthy. Dead bugs cobwebs everywhere especially in the lobby windows hallways. So gross. filth on the entry doors. Garbage strewn all over. Smelt something awful. Now into the 3 bedded room. Was spacious. He’d clean sheets and clean towels. The bedspread cover was filthy with yuckiness on them and wrinkled. We were a party of 3. Only towels for 2. Had to go ask front desk for another and the reply was “ you used them all already. Really. The room was filthy, the sink counter, all towel bars and bathtub edges, hairdryer, bedside wall lamps and they had cobwebs. The ac unit and all the slats was so filthy of dust blowing into the room. We shut it off washed it with sanitary wipes. Only 1 drinking cup. There wasn’t an iron or ironing board had to ask and there wasn’t. So at least we had clean sheets and pillow slip. Now for the breakfast it was pathetic and in a crammed room. Definitely not near enough sitting or standing room to serve or sit to eat. Many people saw and left. As we did. We saw them at the breakfast restaurant Filthy with cobwebs and wasps everywhere. The food offered, they should be ashamed of themselves. Guests walked out. However, it was a few minutes walk to go fior a decent breakfast. Hotels.com should be ashamed offering this on your site. Do better

Our room was clean, spacious, and walkable to all things we wanted to do. We were inside, which I appreciated since there were a lot of ball teams, my only beef was the amount of smoke (usually pot) that people were smoking right outside of the doors I needed to use to leave, I’m not against it, I just don’t want to walk into a smoke bomb, that’s not on the hotel, people are just inconsiderate pricks.
