I expected a luxury hotel experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing for several reasons. First, the room I received did not match the photos shown on the hotel’s website. The layout was completely different, with a large wardrobe placed in the middle of the room, making the space feel much smaller and less functional. Calling it an “upgrade” does not change the fact that the room did not reflect what was advertised. The most serious issue, however, was the airport transfer arranged by the hotel. Upon arriving at the airport, the driver aggressively insisted that we had not paid for the transfer, even though it had already been paid directly to the hotel. He raised his voice, refused to check our payment receipt, held onto our luggage, and even threatened us. We had to take our bags back ourselves and told him we would call the police before he finally backed off. This was an extremely stressful and unacceptable situation, especially considering this is supposed to be a luxury hotel. Guests should never be treated this way by a service provider working with the hotel. I sincerely expect the hotel to investigate this incident, review the conduct of its transfer partner, and ensure that no other guests have to go through the same experience.

Experiência incrível! O hotel é maravilhoso, com instalações impecáveis, excelente café da manhã e um serviço excepcional. A única observação é que, por se tratar de um hotel de luxo, acredito que o uso das espreguiçadeiras na praia poderia estar incluído na diária, sem cobrança adicional. No mais, tudo foi excelente. O staff é extremamente atencioso e cordial. Um agradecimento especial ao Raimundo, que fala seis idiomas com perfeição e sempre nos atendeu com muita simpatia, atenção e profissionalismo. Foi uma estadia memorável. Com certeza voltaria!

Half the rooms are under renovation. The cost per night is absurd for the quality of the resort. When you get there, absent a rental car, you are nearly a prisoner. There Are less than 20 taxis on the area of the island. It is 50 euro to go three miles into puerto cervo where all the restaurants are. Getting back is nearly impossible at night after dinner. We so want 400 euro for a private driver for a couple of nights to go to dinner. Great restaurants except the one on property. The staff try but it is at best 4 star at a six star price. There are great restaurants in the area. White villa, Pedri gardens and confusion were amazing. All the food on the resort except breakfast was poor. The beach was an additional fee was dirty and had a Bangladesh person selling you trinkets every 3 min making r and r impossible. No shade to speak of. And no food service on the beach. Not worth the cost and hassle
