Reserva de un estudio tres noches para 2 personas. Muy espacioso y perfectamente insonorizado. Todo nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto (estilo moderno funcional). Durante los 3 días en el estudio no ha habido servicio de limpieza ni cambio de toallas (el estudio contaba con lo necesario para limpiar y en la planta 3 del edificio podías reponer libremente toallas, papel higiénico e incluso usar lavadora y secadora). En el estudio no hay cafetera, pero la puedes solicitar en recepción por un coste total de 5 euros e incluye 4 cápsulas de leche y 4 de café nespresso (creo que esta fórmula no es acertada, estaría mejor que la habitación ya tuviera la cafetera y la cobraran junto al coste de la reserva). Muy buena ubicación, con la estacion de tren justo enfrente.

We had a brief stay at this hotel in transit. We had an unfortunate introduction to the hotel due to the fact that it was only set up for single occupancy. We had been traveling for 9 hrs and had to go and tell reception about the situation. Someone came up some time later and handed us a duvet cover, pillow cases and towels, so we had to make up our own bed - wasn’t really expecting that. Apart from that the room was spacious and the bathroom and shower was good. We did not have breakfast.

I loved this hotel. The location was great. The room was comfortable. Our friends were staying in a hotel nearby. Their room was smaller and cost 3x as much. I will look for another Harry's House when I travel

I only stayed the one evening but the location was perfect for the train station and for walking around the lovely town of Villach. The hotel had a relaxed feel to it and all the staff I encountered at reception at breakfast etc were very friendly, helpful and professional. The room allocated was spacious, comfortable and clean. Coffee / tea making facilities were provided. The hotel Also provided a laundry and an iron board if required. The breakfast provided was very nice with hot and cold options available. The only adverse comment I would make was when I asked if I could have an extended check out of 1 hour only I was going to be charged €15. I declined. I would definitely stay in the hotel again if visiting Villach. Thank you
