Excellent Customer Service and Wonderful Staff! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! What truly made my stay special was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, professional, and always willing to go above and beyond to make sure guests felt comfortable and appreciated. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with genuine kindness and hospitality. It’s refreshing to stay at a hotel where the employees truly care about their guests and take pride in providing excellent service. The staff deserves special recognition for their positive attitudes, attentiveness, and dedication to making every guest feel valued. Great customer service makes all the difference, and this team definitely delivers! Thank you to the entire staff for such a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again!

Although this hotel is not in the middle of things, they charge for parking, above what I paid in advance to make the reservation. Only a little over $3 a night but I would rather they included parking and charged $3 more for the room. When I checked in they put a $20 extra charge on my credit card so hopefully I'll get the balance back.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There was hair in the shower and on the floors of the room. Sheets looked tan and not clear white. For the price of the room it should have been much better.
