On arrival first impression is not so good. Rooms in same category are not maintained equally. Room and bathroom are above average only. Painting, table lamp, extra light etc can be added easily. Main attraction is variety of facilities. Not well maintained but sufficient. Breakfast is good with limited number of item. Lunch is average. Buffet dinner is awesome.

Review - Excellent property for family with children's or large group gathering. Dislike - a) Low lighting in room which is dis-comfortable. b) Large mirror should be available in room. c) There should be partition within bathroom and bath stool should be provided.

One of my best stays in Chikkamagaluru. Excellent food, quite and comfy, very helpful support staff, one I could remember by name - Naveen, front desk gave good reception and clear answers to queries, breakfast lunch and dinner all served well, location is perfect for going around for site seeing. Overall a must visit resort.
