Rummet med dess utsikt och närhet till vandringsleder var helt fantastiskt, personalen väldigt trevlig. Det finns dock mer att önska vad gäller tillgänglig service då hotellet ligger uppe i berget. Man kunde köpa vin och annan dryck men inget att äta och vi saknade därför ett kylskåp på rummet. Krångligt och dyrt med parkering, frukosten var jättedyr och utbudet motsvarade inte det den kostade. Men med bra planering är hotellet ett mycket bra val.

It's a beautiful villa on the hill with a good view of San Sebastian. But I will never go back. The location is on the top of hill and the parking area is around 3-5 mins walk from the hotel. Distance is not a problem but the location of parking place is a sketchy and right next to the abandoned house. Also, I left some cash on the TV shelf and realized it 10min after check out. Called the hotel immediately and returned back to the hotel. Of course, the money was not there and no one knows about it. The pool side was not that clean and the sun-bed was rather dirty. It's pity to see that the service and the maintenance was not well but it is still a beautiful villa.

Absolutely beautiful hotel — serene, super stylish and incredibly comfortable. The bed was so comfy, we had fantastic nights sleep! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. We also loved the thoughtful tea, coffee and water facilities — a really excellent touch. We found a parking space nearby on the road and found it easy to get around by walking or taking the bus into and out of town. Uber was also readily available and cost around €15. The pool was fantastic for cooling off after the walk back up the hill, and the views were absolutely incredible. We loved our stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
