Very nice stay in a renovated mansion. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is very good. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, and to the old town in 20-25 minutes. San Sebastian is a beautiful and safe city. I would certainly stay here again.

Excellent food in the hotel, staff were extremely helpful and friendly went above and beyond in every way to accommodate us. The rooms were way bigger than expected. Extended our stay another night to try more of the food.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely and quite part of town. Very easy and quick walk to the main tourist areas. Lovely room and considerate and helpful staff. Parking on site is incredibly convenient.

The property was a nice small hotel about a 30 minute walk from old town/downtown. The room was clean and had a nice terrace with a view. The bathroom doors were made of glass that face the window and don’t provide much privacy, and the shade on the window takes about 2 minutes to pull down with the switch. It would have been nice to have robes and laundry service which they did not offer. You will have to pay for water so I would recommend buying a pack to bring to the room. Breakfast is fairly small and simple so I feel like it could have been included rather than something extra you need to pay for. The staff were friendly and always very helpful and accommodating! Overall a good stay for the price.

The hotel is really nice, very clean with great staff. The room I had was a smaller room, but it was comfortable and suited my needs. The location is slightly out of the way from town, it was nice the hotel offered free bikes, it helped a lot. However, because it's not in the center of town, there is ample parking on the property and it's quieter overall.

Came for a birthday celebration break away and we were delighted. The team went above and beyond to share recommendations and make the stay special. The hotel is stunning and perfectly located for walking to all attractions. Parking facilities a great bonus and we also ate in there own restaurant one night which was delicious especially the red wine.

This hotel was so pleasant to stay at. Upon arrival, the concierge spent time with us asking about what we liked and providing personalized recommendations for us. He even walked through a map with us to help us understand the area and what to do in different neighborhoods! They also had bikes we could easily borrow to bike to the beach or into town. Everything was also very clean - on a few days we slept in late and the cleaning staff came even those days after we left for the day which was so nice. Overall highly recommend!

The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated being able to park the car at the hotel and then walk into the town center easily. 매우 청결하고 친절한 3성급 호텔로서 올드타운까지 걸어서 20분정도 걸리며 가까운 10분거리에 미쉘린 식당이 있음. 겨울엔 룸이 좀 추워서 heating을 켜도 온도가 거의 올라가지 않는게 난점.. 아마 이 지역의 히팅시스템이 거의 같을 것 같다.. 조식은 메뉴 카드로 주문하는데 아주 훌륭하고 종류도 다양하고 스페인의 조식을 맛 볼 수 있었고 아주 맛있다 모두 주문해도 상관없다~~~ 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이다..

The hotel is really nice, very clean with great staff. The room I had was a smaller room, but it was comfortable and suited my needs. The room was very clean, but there was not a single drawer or a shelf to put clothes on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast “a la carte,” which was nice. The hotel is a bit far from the center of town or the old city, but we felt very safe walking back and forth. We found the hotel to be a bit expensive based on location, but we found the staff to be very helpful.

We had a great but short stay stay here. Arrived late and left early. Nice room, comfy bed and good linen. Black out blind didn’t work and the bathroom entrance was sort of broken (wasn’t a problem). Went to big breakfast and the bar/mini restaurant looked lovely and I felt I was a shame we didn’t have more time. Walked to the beach and the area is definitely worth a visit. Overall the hotel is a good option.

I had an amazing 3 nights here. I had room 204, which has the balcony you can see in the center of the photo. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant with all of my many questions. The restaurant is very nice and reasonably priced. On the first night I walked for almost an hour in the wrong direction, returned to find that all the restaurants were closed, including theirs, but they went in the back and made me a sandwich and poured me some wine :) They helped with directions, things to do. The place itself is very quaint, the rooms clean and spacious. The location is fantastic for old town and beaches (if you walk in the correct direction!). They have a large parking lot if you have a car. If I have to search for something negative to say, it is that their doors slam shut when you let them go - I suggested they install door slam stoppers - easy fix!!

The property was a nice small hotel about a 30 minute walk from old town/downtown. The room was clean and had a nice terrace with a view. The bathroom doors were made of glass that face the window and don’t provide much privacy, and the shade on the window takes about 2 minutes to pull down with the switch. It would have been nice to have robes and laundry service which they did not offer. You will have to pay for water so I would recommend buying a pack to bring to the room. Breakfast is fairly small and simple so I feel like it could have been included rather than something extra you need to pay for. The staff were friendly and always very helpful and accommodating! Overall a good stay for the price.

The hotel is really nice, very clean with great staff. The room I had was a smaller room, but it was comfortable and suited my needs. The location is slightly out of the way from town, it was nice the hotel offered free bikes, it helped a lot. However, because it's not in the center of town, there is ample parking on the property and it's quieter overall.

I had an amazing 3 nights here. I had room 204, which has the balcony you can see in the center of the photo. The staff were incredibly helpful and pleasant with all of my many questions. The restaurant is very nice and reasonably priced. On the first night I walked for almost an hour in the wrong direction, returned to find that all the restaurants were closed, including theirs, but they went in the back and made me a sandwich and poured me some wine :) They helped with directions, things to do. The place itself is very quaint, the rooms clean and spacious. The location is fantastic for old town and beaches (if you walk in the correct direction!). They have a large parking lot if you have a car. If I have to search for something negative to say, it is that their doors slam shut when you let them go - I suggested they install door slam stoppers - easy fix!!

We stopped here for one night after a long holiday in Italy before heading back to Madrid, and it was a great choice. Marco at reception was incredibly kind and helpful when we checked in late at night — he made us feel very welcome and even took the time to explain how to get around the charming city of San Sebastián and its beautiful historical landmarks. The room was clean and comfortable, and we really appreciated being able to park the car at the hotel and then walk into the town center easily. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was excellent — the food in San Sebastián never disappoints! A special mention to Mohammed, our waiter, who provided such attentive and friendly service. Finally, during check-out, the lady at reception was wonderful — warm, efficient, and made the end of our stay just as pleasant as the beginning. Very nice stay in a renovated mansion. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The on-site restaurant is very good. You can walk to the beach in about 15 minutes, and to the old town in 20-25 minutes. San Sebastian is a beautiful and safe city. I would certainly stay here again.

Marco is the most welcoming at this adorable boutique hotel. A little pricy but worth it. The beach is walking distance and the water is warm in the summer and the waves are moderate. Perfect for young kids. San Sebastián is beautiful

매우 청결하고 친절한 3성급 호텔로서 올드타운까지 걸어서 20분정도 걸리며 가까운 10분거리에 미쉘린 식당이 있음. 겨울엔 룸이 좀 추워서 heating을 켜도 온도가 거의 올라가지 않는게 난점.. 아마 이 지역의 히팅시스템이 거의 같을 것 같다.. 조식은 메뉴 카드로 주문하는데 아주 훌륭하고 종류도 다양하고 스페인의 조식을 맛 볼 수 있었고 아주 맛있다 모두 주문해도 상관없다~~~ 다시 방문하고 싶은 호텔이다..

The room was very clean, but there was not a single drawer or a shelf to put clothes on. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They offer breakfast “a la carte,” which was nice. The hotel is a bit far from the center of town or the old city, but we felt very safe walking back and forth. We found the hotel to be a bit expensive based on location, but we found the staff to be very helpful.
