The standard rooms are small and tight, if you don't mind the small space, it's good but being claustrophobic I didn't like it and didn't get a good sleep at all in my first night. Luckily the manager on duty Hadi was very helpful, moved us to a corner room and I had more space and rest time after a long flight. Staff service in general is very good. My room attendant was very efficient and helpful too. The spa and rooftop pool is still under renovations. There's a sauna and steam room in the ladies change room next to the gym. Breakfast buffet in Makan Kitchen is great. Local and western cuisine for everyone's tastebud. Kids swimming pool is fantastic. My children loved it. Adults can relax in the infinity pool overlooking the lake. Will definitely visit again!

A tucked away hotel on the lake. Beautiful views of the lake. Decent gym woth dumbells, kettle bells, and bands. The restaurant was a rotating buffet for meal times. Many options for food. The pool was on top of the building with access to sunm a great stay away from the bustle of KL

Wonderful service and amenities on the property. We enjoyed the multiple pools & the live music (Saturday night) at the cafe. We had a nice evening strolling along the lake (go to Putra Mosque and the Millenium Monument!) and it was easy to get to the airport the next morning

One of the best place for family to spend some good time. 4 difference pools make the parents life a lot easy. It would be the best if the hotel have the kids play room more affordable and with some quality equipment. Kids club needs to open every day not only in the weekends. Found a huge dead cockroach in the changing room.

Room wasn't 100% cleaned - found a used cotton pad on the table, phone and tabletops were quite dusty and two out of the three rooms we booked did not have shower gel - they did't refill. A bit of a letdown as we had high expectations after staying at other Doubletree hotels. However, the hotel itself was quite beautiful and the beds were comfortable.

Staying in 3110 Executive Room - view fantastic - privacy not good, next door can come in from balcony - toilet smell of pungent urine n sewage (reported) - checkin experience good by khaire(if im not mistaken his name, he is working in executive lounge) - Makan Kitchen breakfast very messy on reception, no proper arrangement of who sit where - burnt sunny side up - uncooked dim sum despite spoken to the chef still allow others to take . Icy cold. (Chef taking care of roti jala). The other chef just placed it (from chiller) on the steamer not even 5 minutes. I wish i brought my food temperature kits with me to proof it - table not clean but cutlery already set up - Executive Lounge very cosy

First day o encountered ants everywhere In my room, so I notified front desk staff who told me she’ll send housekeeping to spray ants. Fifteen minutes passed and noone came so called again and I told them of in 10 minutes no one comes then move me to a cleaner room. Finally housekeeper came and sprayed the ants while I was still in my room. Dirty place

I didn’t like the layout of the room especially the toilet. Toilet was squeezy especially for a family room. The lights in front of the wardrobe was not working and the doors of the wardrobe was hitting something at the ceiling as I opened the door. Hair dryer was not working at optimal level. Apart from that, the buffet food was okay, not the best like the other Double Tree hotels.

シャワー室、ベッドシーツ等衛生面は特に問題はあませんが、プールはリゾート的でなく当方には使えない代物。シンガポールに行く前にピンクモスクに行くため１泊だけしたのですが、ホテル以外にはマレーシア料理店が2店ほどあるでけでコンビニもありません。マレー料理に飽きた人には苦痛かも。ホテル棟が3棟？に分かれていて、雨の時フロントにチェックアウトなどで行くのは大変と思います。たまたまでしょうが、チェックイン時ルームキーが不良で使えず、電話口にはメモ用紙もペンもなかったです。これヒルトンかなと疑います。

Waiting time for beg is like 1 hour. If you decided to take it yourself, make sure you know how far you'll walk to your room. Long queue for breakfast during weekends. The staff is trying hard to find seats for guests. Perhaps open another area for breakfast if high occupancy. Aircon took a long time to warm up and hours to become cold. Other than that room is fine.

I've stayed at the Doubletree Hilton Putrajaya multiple times and have consistently had a wonderful experience. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and offers great value for the price. While it's not the most convenient location if you don't have transportation, as it's away from shopping malls and the KL city center, the tranquility and comfort make up for it. It's an excellent choice for a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. Spent two nights here on a staycation, a couple with a toddler. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The room was comfy and spacious with a little balcony that had a beautiful view of the Putrajaya skyline (lights at night were gorgeous). There are three pools to choose from which was great to avoid the crowds at the splash pool which is obviously popular with kids. The food was delicious - we had breakfast included and had dinner one night at Makan Kitchen. The breakfast buffet was one of our favourites of any hotel we've stayed at. I loved the option of eggs benedict from the egg station and how nasi lemak was served (option of 'bungkus' or loose rice with condiments and option of rendang or fried chicken). The only areas we would have liked improved were more to do with the timing of our stay. We checked in Sunday of a long weekend which was chaotic to say the least. Check in took more than half an hour and I felt bad for the front desk staff who repeated the same question and script to me twice because she was clearly having to deal with so many people. It also meant we queued 15 minutes to get into breakfast the next morning which was not ideal. All that size we had a good time and wouldn't mind going back again. Service was very good and loved the facilities available for kids (though so now the kids room is only for those 4 years and above).
