Rooms were very dirty. Insects and dust everywhere. Sheets look like dirty also. The man in the reception was a pure gold. He did everything for us to get a better room. We arrived aboit midnight and he offered us immediatly a new room. He even called to his manager for an upgrade. Finally we got a desent room. We only slept there three hours before the flight.

SBH is about 45 minutes south of Kuala Lumpur and not very far from the airport (about 15 minutes). Unfortunately, there is no breakfast at all. The room is clean, and the staff is very helpful. I had a minor issue with housekeeping services one day but the hotel reception took care of it. If you do not care for breakfast, I recommend it.
