Had a great stay in our quirky little "tiny house" rental suite in McMinnville at the Boutique Retreat. Very clean, new, quiet and air conditioned (bonus! It was a scorcher of a few days out there) unit. We were travelling with two carry-on sized bags - they tucked easily away under the bed, room to hang things if needed in the bathroom area. Cute little kitchenette. We enjoyed sipping some evening wine out in the courtyard, and also our morning coffee (great coffee shop/brewery just a stone's throw away). Eyrie Vineyards tasting room is across the street, and it's an easy walk down to main drag with lots of shops and restaurants.

We had a really lovely time here. It was nice to be able to just go into our room with the provided door code. Everything was clean and the bedding was lovely. Our cabin was a bit small for sitting in there together, but the outdoor courtyard area was perfect for sitting and relaxing - love the fire pit! It is an easy walk to all the great things around “downtown” Mcminville, and the bathroom was lovely and spacious. Would definitely stay again!

These are the best little cottages I’ve seen; very clean, perfectly laid out for couples getaways, and super comfortable. Literally, we could have hibernated in ours for a long weekend. We especially liked the little oven in place of what is usually a microwave; ovens cook so much better. I’d also recommend this location for groups of couples as each cottage provides plenty of privacy, but the arrangement around a spacious central courtyard makes them great for hanging out with friends.

The Boutique Retreat is so unique! There are 9-10 tiny homes surrounding a courtyard with a gas fire pit and comfortable seating. The houses/rooms are small but quite adequate. Some of them are a bit bigger and have a sink in the "kitchen" area; ours did not. The Boutique Retreat is a reasonable walk to the center of town and has a couple of restaurants, coffee shops, and a brewery within a very short walking distance. I would definitely stay here on a future trip to McMinnville.

We give this a 4.9 out of 5. We loved our bungalow #5. The unit was spotless and charming. Located just a short walk to downtown McMinnville but tucked away from the din of traffic and noise. The only three issues that would have carried our rating to a perfect 5: the tv was difficult to navigate, perhaps an instruction sheet would be helpful. There is only a small couchette suitable to fit one person, leaving the other to use the bed as a sitting area. A properly sized chair for the small space would be good. There is a Krups Kcup coffee maker in the unit with creamers but no coffee was provided. We would book the Boutique Retreat again when visiting the area.

We stayed in the Surf Shack, which was well appointed and had everything you could want for your stay. Great attention to detail all around. The bed was perfect and we enjoyed being able to have a wine tasting one block away and a great bakery a block after that. The only thing missing was an EV charger. Thanks for making this great idea a reality.

Really nice, new resort with cute small cottages. We stayed in the Farmhouse and it was very clean and well appointed. We also looked at several of the other cottages and they looked equally great. Would have liked a kitchen sink and a little more sitting room in the house, but we enjoyed sitting outside and chatting with other guests.

Charming and clean with nice outdoor space. Instructions were clear and easy to get in. Close to downtown and good coffee shop right across the street. Adorable friendly cat named Leo lives a few doors down on the way to downtown. He is the offices neighborhood greeter and made our stay especially lovely.

The area was pretty quiet. We stayed in The Lodge and it was super cute, very clean, and furnished well with stuff needed for the few days we were there. Information related to the booking via Expedia wasn't complete. I had to contact the hotel to find out which unit I had and they blamed it on me booking with Expedia.

Our cabin was a bit small for sitting in there together, but the outdoor courtyard area was perfect for sitting and relaxing - love the fire pit! It is an easy walk to all the great things around “downtown” Mcminville, and the bathroom was lovely and spacious. Would definitely stay again!
We had a really lovely time here. It was nice to be able to just go into our room with the provided door code. Everything was clean and the bedding was lovely. We loved the boutique retreat- so adorable with so many fun little local touches in the coastal cabin. Super comfy bed, great water pressure in the shower, extremely clean and new. Would love to come back here and book all the tiny homes with a group of family or friends and enjoy the patio area together. In a great neighborhood, with shops, coffee and food and beverages all within a block and then we walked about ten minutes to downtown Main Street. Highly recommend and Would definitely Come back again!

Super cute little house accommodation. The cottage style house we stayed in was very clean. Though we did not use the common gazebo or fire pit, it was a nice addition. The property is very convenient and walkable to the central shopping/wine tasting district. Kevin, one of the proprietors, was very helpful in suggesting which tasting rooms to try. This was our first time in McMinnville.
