Amazing experience and super helpful and lovely staff. Great looking colonial building, good location. Loved the complimentary high tea and the snooker table. Good pool, nice views. Will definitely stay there again

A four star hotel at a five-star location. Staff are friendly and willing to help, but lack the training, attentiveness and initiative of properties like the Oberoi or Leela. Actual hotel is lovely and classic, but most certainly needs upgrades to fixtures, furniture, etc...to truly be a five-star hotel. Food at restaurants was outstanding.
