Good value and enjoyed the bed, tv, shower, and bathroom facilities. Microwave worked; however, coffee maker did not work and management was not very nice about changing it out. The housekeeping is awful… they do not clean your room or bring fresh towels at all (speaking from experience of double overnight). The pool was a wreck and needs a complete modernization and remodeling including the fencing and pool. The style/decor of the dining areas and rooms is dated, although with minor upgrades like subway tile or paneling in showers. It feels cheap. The fitness center has a couple of machines and some dumbbells, so they could at least add a stationary bike. Again we were happy with the stay, beds, AC, most appliances etc and included breakfast, but the above areas all need attention to improve client experience.

Staff was pleasant upon check in. Beds were comfy and the tv was nice. The bathroom needed some maintenance done. Black mold was in the closet pretty bad which we noticed the next morning. The pool during the day felt like a hot tub and was hard to swim in during the day so my kids swam at night. The breakfast was okay but not excellent. We stayed in room 220 and took pictures of the black mold. When checking out my fiancé told the lady at the desk about the black mold and showed her pictures and asked about a partial refund. She said “I’ll let my manager know and they will give you a call” never received a call.

Staff are good. Pool dirty, bath tube knob broken of couldn’t shower. Switched room was great. But me and kids were looking forward to the pool and just disappointed

I would say find a different hotel. If you needed towels you had to turn in the ones you had and pick up a new set at a given time. They did not clean the room at all for the stay. We were there for a week. I had to ask for toilet paper multiple times during the stay. It had an odor of mustyness and weed.

I have never stayed at a Comfort Inn before and will NEVER again stay at one. This place is disgraceful !!! from the old dirty rooms to the terrible customer service and lastly cockroaches. I usually read all the reviews and do my research before booking my hotels but this one is 100 percent false advertising. We stayed for 6 nights, the first night we arrived late and tired so we went straight to bed. The following morning we saw the room had broken furniture, the tub was clogged and toilet was leaking when we asked for a new room the front desk agent said they don’t switch out rooms a maintenance man would need to fix it. He was called and thankfully it was fixed however nothing was done about the broken furniture. Breakfast is disappointing, the lady working the kitchen area Paulette, is extremely rude and unprofessional. How do you have someone working in the kitchen looking like she just rolled out of bed? Also she doesn’t wear gloves and doesn’t replenish the food. One day I asked for milk and she yelled at me because she was closing even though she still had 30 minutes before closing. The housekeeping staff is rude and always on their phone. One day they ran out of towels and we had to use little pool towels to dry up. Some towels aren’t even washed properly they still have stains on them. The last day of our stay we saw dead cockroaches the employees were too lazy to pick up. Overall this place is disgusting, don’t stay here!

The service was decent, the breakfast quality was reasonable, and fresh towels were provided daily. However, the room I stayed in was extremely disappointing. Although I had booked a non-smoking room, the room had a strong smell of smoke. Unlike the room my travel companion stayed in, which did not have any noticeable odor, this room was overwhelmed by what seemed to be a distinct smell. I requested a room change but was informed that no other rooms with a king bed were available. That was a nightmare stay.

The room was disgusting. Mold, stains, dirt, dirty toilet, rust and cockroaches!!!! I have yet to get a refund! We checked out immediately after lugging all of our stuff into the room. Have never been so disappointed in a hotel stay.

Overall was a decent stay. The smell of marijuana was pretty strong in the motel hallways.

Never anybody at the front desk they are always in the back room behind their front desk,or lounging around on the furniture by the TV. Not friendly at all they seem to be bothered whenever you asked for anything. They do not greet you or smile at you when you check in hallways were never vacuumed on a daily basis or the stairways cleaned,trash cans piled up for several days around the property.

When I told her that the tv was not working she told me she had to put in a work order for it but didn’t tell me anything else, after about 2 hours of nobody coming to check on the tv I had to go down to the front desk and ask her about it, she told me that she didn’t know when somebody would look at it and acted like she didn’t care.She offered me a handicap room with 2 queen beds but I payed for a room with a King size bed plus It was me and my wife anniversary and we had to sleep in 2 different beds.

The Comfort in was amazing it was very clean and spacious. The location was also good there eateries all along 23rd street to choose from not to mention Fatboy's restaurant in just across the yard. Also the mall is up the street would definitely stay there again.

Stay was ok. The bed wasn’t all that comfortable and this hotel chain is known for having super comfortable beds but overall it was ok.

AC seemed to struggle to keep the room cold.

The property was quiet. Staff were friendly. The only issues I had with this property were that the bed sheets seemed to be dirty and the air conditioner was running but it was not cooling off until early in the morning. Other than that we had a nice stay.

The agent Gabby i believe was her name was extremely helpful and professional. The overnight agent i don't recall her name was also helpful and professional. Everything was great.

We booked a 2-night stay through Expedia and paid once we arrived on April 14. Piece of cake. On Saturday, April 15, we went to the front desk and asked if it was possible to extend one more night ‘if’ we needed to. The clerk looked at her computer, and said our reservation was done through a 3rd Party and told us she didn’t know if she could extend us. We emphasized we were only inquiring. The clerk did something and then she told us she is indeed able to extend us because her system allowed her to do so. Again, we said we were just asking if we can extend, but she DID extend us. She told us not to worry because it also let her cancel the reservation. On Sunday morning, we checked out and our bill had an early termination fee on it as well as additional tax and fees charges. We explained to the different clerk what had transpired the day before so she was able to remove the charges, so we thought. A few days later the cancellation charge appeared on my credit card account. Of course I am disputing this with my bank but I should not have had to go through this if the clerk was properly trained in the first place.

Front desk person when arriving not welcoming at all. Rooms were not available before 4 pm. Came back later different person she was very nice, helpful she should be the one in charge. Came back on my last night to get clean towels and soap she wants to hand me a trash bag to put my dirty towels in and bring them down before i can get clean ones. I told her no thank you this was the same woman in the beginning.

When arrived, i noticed signs everywhere in order to get more towels, please bring 2 to front desk. Well when tried, towels werent available. Housekeepers said go to front desk. Rooms weren't cleaned daily or trashed emptied. I had to put in the hall. The toliet in my room overflowed. When i went to the front. He wanted to give me, the guest a plunger, He didn't have one so he took a toliet bowl cleaner to push down. Maintenance never came & i had ro clean all the water up

Check in was a breeze! Less than 5 minutes and the young lady working the desk was a very professional and friendly! The hotel was clean, and our room was clean as well. There was a weird smell initially when we walked in the room, but it seemed to dissipate after running the A/C for a short period of time. There was no roaches as well as no sign of bed bugs. The fridge and microwave both worked as they should, and the shower was clean with plenty of towels and wash clothes. The hotel is conveniently located on 23rd st with several food options most within walking distance.

The Comfort in was amazing it was very clean and spacious. The location was also good there eateries all along 23rd street to choose from not to mention Fatboy's restaurant in just across the yard. Also the mall is up the street would definitely stay there again.

We booked this hotel out of need of a place to stay, close to the hospital. It was rated at the time 7.6 out of 10, which we expected an average room. Unfortunately, there was a lot of very obviously unclean areas in the room and restroom (see pictures). The beds were made and seemed clean, as well as the countertop/desk area. Although the front desk and staff were friendly, it does not compensate for the dirty spots in the restroom and walls. The room itself and area is quiet, and you cannot hear your neighbors above or besides you. This hotel is located near the hospital, shopping areas, and grocery stores. Some fast food and restaurants are within a walking distance. We (family of three- two adults and one toddler) travel multiple times throughout the year to different locations around the US (stayed in 11 different hotels in 2022). This hotel is unfortunately rated at the bottom of our hotel list. We will not be staying here again, unless necessary.

Stayed here several times over the years. Always fine . Not a 10, but definitely safe and clean. Convenient to the hospital and restaurants.

The hotel staff was polite and helpful. The room was clean and well- maintained. The beds were comfortable. There were plenty of bath towels in the room and they were good quality. Coffee available 24 hours a day and breakfast included. It is a good location to and from St Andrew's State Park, bypassing the congested traffic areas. There are plenty of fast food restaurants nearby to choose from.

The room was clean, quiet, and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast includes warm items such as bacon, eggs, and sausage.

This was our first time on a long road trip staying in one room with our 16 year old. This worked out so well for one night. While there's always going to be some shuffling of space with that arrangement, the stay didn't add any discomfort, and eased some. Great luggage cart with lots of hooks for little bags and loose items to be transported more safely. There were just enough of those lovely comfort inn pillows for all of us (2 ea, and I'm sure we could have requested more if needed). Beds themselves were supportive and comfortable. Shower and the rest of the room were fine, one shared side table in between beds but there are a couple extra outlets so we figured it out. The breakfast had multiple meat options as well as fresh waffles, yogurt, fruit, and all the regular juice, toast, cereal stuff. We were well taken care of here and we would choose it again, either for another single night as a family, or longer as a couple as needed.

Everything went smoothly and the hotel was as described. Breakfast was good and hot.

The room was really nice. I found the hot breakfast was very satisfactory. The facility was neat and clean. Overall I would most definitely stay there again and recommend to family and friends.
