Was advertised that it had a pool but no pool i requested a downstairs room and was given an upstairs room 17 stairs and no elevator!. The room was small but the bed was large. No room to get around in. The bed had stains and was lumpy . Not a hood hotel at all.

Everything looked clean and newly renovated. Only downsides were the rooms are very small, tight for 2 people. Also, the breakfast has been well-reviewed but it was a basic contentinal, nothing cooked. And if you plan to use the fitness room, it is a tiny room with 3 machines.

Liked the room size and amenities. Tv did not have remote control so I had to pick one up at the office. None that they provided would turn on tv or change volume but it did work. Morning breakfast was fine. Nothing special. Dog friendly with fees. Now that LaQuinta is open, a small pet area is available in back.

This is a budget motel that offers good value for money. It was clean, with a reasonable breakfast, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We initially stayed in a standard double room, which was quite small—barely enough space to walk around the bed, and no room for luggage. After a couple of nights, we upgraded to a larger room, which was much more comfortable for our week-long stay. The smaller room would be fine for a short visit, though. The motel has a convenient laundry facility, with a washer and dryer available for $2.00 each. There’s also a small gym with basic equipment, but the free weights were very heavy with only two sets available. While it's advertised as being in Elk Grove, the motel is actually about 11 miles away, closer to Galt, with the town center just 2 miles away. There’s no sidewalk for the first half mile from the motel, but the road is quiet, so I walked it anyway.

The room looked updated and had laminate or linoleum flooring. The room looked very clean. Bed was pretty comfortable. The one thing I had an issue with was after only walking around the room for a few mins the bottom of my socks were black.

Here are my measurements: Useful space 7'-3" by 7'-8", where the bed is located in the middle. You have 1' to 1.5' each side of the bed and about 2' at the bottom where your head may bump the TV on the wall. Physically, there is not enough room to change your clothes, tie your shoes, use your laptop, or eat something.

Great stop! After a long day on the road, the staff was very accommodating and kind. Emma went out of her way to make sure we had a nice quiet room. We had a double queen room that was spotless and spacious. The room had everything one would need, shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion, microwave, refrigerator and in room coffee was available. If we pass through Galt again, this is going to be our go to stop!

It was good experience, after they changed my room . I asked for non smoking room they room they gave me smelled lime someone smoke in it . They gave me another room that’s so much better. Location was convenient and front desk was super friendly and took the time to make me feel comfortable staying at Days Inn. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only downfall is the noise and being downstairs we could hear all the upstairs pounding and footsteps.

It's pretty clean and check in was easy enough; however, housekeeping tried to come into my room around 9:30am and then again just before 10. Check out time is 11 and I had literally just gotten out of the shower the first time someone tried to come in and they had even opened the door just a couple inches before I made it and stopped the door. I wouldn't come again as I found it very irritating and disturbing

Had to have my key reprogrammed every single day despite them knowing that I had reserved 4 days. They also overcharged from the original agreed upon price and did not give a receipt. Upon arriving to the smelly room, there was still vomit in the toilet from the previous guest. They did not clean the room at all. The housekeepers will toss your Do Not Disturb sign on the floor and not pick it up, this is so they can see which rooms they've already cleaned. I do not pay money to have to pick up after YOUR housekeeping staff. I saw them do this several times. I'll most likely have to do a charge back for the receptionist who refuses to hand out receipts. Bad experience all around.

The property is nice and clean, but is isolated. There are no other services close by, such as gas, coffee, etc. The room was very clean, but very small, I do believe they have larger rooms though. If you just looking for a good night sleep, this is the place.

This is a very nice hotel with helpful staff. The reason it did not get an excellent review from me was that it was noisy all night. The noise from the highway was continuous tho I have come to expect that with highway side hotels. The problem was people talking loudly on the walkways outside at all hours through the night. I would stay there again though.

Single bathroom is super tiny. There is literally no place to move around. The bathroom is normal but the room is super tiny. And I surprise was having a small refrigerator and a microwave. Nice comfy place. Rooms were very clean with good amenities. A little small but worked for our needs . Microwave mini fridge worked well. The bathroom amenities were dove products which I loved. Everything looked clean and newly renovated. Only downsides were the rooms are very small, tight for 2 people. Also, the breakfast has been well-reviewed but it was a basic contentinal, nothing cooked. And if you plan to use the fitness room, it is a tiny room with 3 machines.

I asked the officer to tell the manager to please come out and speak with me because I knew I had done nothing wrong. He told me she refused and that she was the person who made the allegation. Resolving this with Hotels.com took approximately seven hours, but I am thankful it was ultimately resolved on their end. I ended up sleeping in my car. This was extremely upsetting and unacceptable, and I am filing a formal complaint. I want to be clear that the front desk staff I interacted with were genuinely friendly and helpful. My complaint is specifically about the manager and the false allegation the officer told me came from her.

I would stay here again for only one night I think more than that it’s not a “hang out at hotel” kind of place. For a days inn tho…it’s a 10!!!
