Kippal - Modern Oasis - ApartHotel

I really enjoyed having a nice home away from home. Very convenient area for groceries and getting into town for meals and entertainment. The staff were all very helpful. The view from the rooftop pool deck is stunning. The only thing missing is direct ocean front location.

The property was nice. The rooftop pool was cold but the view was nice. Plenty of seating even has a double rooftop to view the skyline higher. The two bedrooms with two bathrooms and washer/dryer is a wonderful feature. My room had a wrap around terrace as well. I appreciate them accommodating the kitchen with extra utensils as I hired a private chef during my stay. I would for sure stay here again.

Robbie, Julia, and the entire staff were amazing! They were quick to attend to all our needs. Our two-bedroom condo was in great condition. Everything was new and clean. We were welcomed with water, mini Coronas, Nespresso coffee pods, and toiletries. The pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed the stunning views of the ocean and the city. However, since we stayed on the first level, our unit was a bit noisy from the street. I suggest choosing a higher floor to avoid any disturbance. I highly recommend Kippal for your next trip to Cozumel. I can't wait to return.

Our stay at Kippal was fabulous! The building is just 3 years old and everything was spotless. (We never saw a single insect in our suite - - a real accomplishment in the warm climate of Mexico!) The pool area on the roof was so beautiful - - a great place to watch the sunset after a day of diving. The hot breakfast every morning was also really great, and the staff was super attentive. We will be back!

The room and staff were fantastic. It’s walking distance to downtown and the port where we get picked up to dive every day. The only downside was a barking dog next door that barked all through the night one night. Overall, great space and the rooftop pool is an added bonus.

Excellent experience, property location is very convenient, rooms have individual a/c, kitchen area is well equipped, living and dining area spacious, balcony is perfect, the rooftop view is spectacular, all personnel is very professional Miguel, Andi, Carlos, Jonathan, and Joana.All are friendly and they are always willing to assist, tour operator Armin is there to guide with tours or local activities (we purchased the dolphin experience and it was amazing!). We highly recommend ordering drinks from the Bar area in the rooftop (thanks Andi), also we ordered from a fixed menu two dinners from Chez Ame which were delicious including the desserts. There are two supermarkets and several restaurants close by, different cuisine options, and you can walk to the downtown area where there are restaurants too and souvenir shops. This is our second time staying at Kippal, and we hope to return many more times in the future. Thanks to the Kippal Team for making this a very very memorable vacation. We will miss watching the cruise ships (arrival and departure)...Realmente la propiedad es muy cómoda, amplia, con aire acondicionado, cercana a dos supermercados y y se puede caminar hacia el muelle o las tiendas, una ubicación perfecta, el staff súper cordial, profesional y todos muy atentos. Al huésped lo hacen sentir como en casa y por eso altamente los recomendamos. Muchas muchas gracias realmente fueron una de las mejores vacaciones que hemos tenido y nos llevamos muy buenos recuerdos.

El encargado siempre tuvo mala actitud y poca resolución de problemas. También, al llegar, te dicen que tendrán huevo, fruta y algunas cosas extras, y de 11 días, solo 3 tuvieron buen desayuno. Tampoco se me hizo cómodo que para una reservación de 11 noches solo tengas derecho a 2 limpiezas de la habitación. Sus aparatos de ejercicio no funcionan.

Lovely apartment a 10 min walk from town and lots of restaurants. Apartment was clean and tastefully decorated. This is not a hotel, so maids do not come in everyday. Rooftop pool area was great, we really enjoyed our stay and was great value for money compared to a hotel. Street parking was available if you hire a car. Staff were friendly and explained everything perfectly on check in

Andy and Mike at the front are very resourceful and such nice people. Extremely helpful all the way through my stay! VERY clean and modern place. HIGHLY recommend anyone with standards check this place out. You will be back just like I will be back. Guaranteed!

Muy mala comunicación, la limpieza dejaba mucho que desear tuvimos que regresar toallas con manchas amarillas los baños no están muy limpios ni la cocina . La mitad de los enchufes no servían y tuvimos muchos problemas eléctricos no pudimos usar la estufa.

Surface was great. Room was clean. Everything was pretty much perfect except the AC was a little bit high for me. That would be the only bad thing I could say about the place.

The property matched the description very accurately. It accomodated five of us with ease. Very clean and quiet and within 10 min walk from the beach, super markets, and the town center.

Property and rooms were pristine and modern. Customer service was excellent and we never had a problem. Location is also convenient if you want to explore San Miguel.

This place was a home away from home. I spent 9 days with my famiy and friends here and it was everything I expected. Staff is amazing, friendly and professional. We have been many times to CZM and stayed at many places but this has been one of the best of all. Everything was clean and neat, we felt safe at all times and the top pool view is wonderful. The staff was the highlight, thank you Kippal for making our vacation amazing!

The staff was incredibly welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious, well equipped and with very comfortable beds. Great location in downtown, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Highly recommend it.

El encargado siempre tuvo muy mala actitud con nosotros. Aunque el resto de los trabajadores fueron amables, él siempre tuvo muy mala actitud. También, cuando llegas, te dicen que tendrán desayuno, huevo, etc., pero de los 11 días que reservamos, solo 3 tuvieron buen desayuno.

From months prior to my stay, they were attentive and communicated all my needs. It was an absolute perfect stay. Couldn’t recommend this location and the wonderful people who work there. Viva Mexico y Cozumel!!

The Kippal was the perfect place with the perfect staff, Mike and Andy. Once we made our reservations they were in touch to assist us with all of our needs and questions whether related to the Kippal, or Cozumel in general. When we arrived Mike greeted us, made us feel welcome, and showed us to our beautiful room. It was clear that Mike and Andy are not just friendly and helpful but they also take upkeep of the property seriously. Everything was clean, well maintained, and the modern room with stunning views was kept to the highest standards. During our stay, the concierge staff continued to be engaged and helpful. They assisted us with finding restaurants, ordering pizza, and even kept us in the loop and reassured during a freak island wide power outage. From the moment we booked till they helped us to our return to airport taxi that they arranged for us, Mike and Andy helped to make our trip one of the most memorable ever!

This property was better than the pictures. Staff was awesome. They made anything we asked happen. Made us feel like family. Very well connected to the community. It’s not on the water but to be honest beaches in Cozumel are non existent or crappy.

For the daily room rate, stock the unit with: coffee maker (that has cups that fit unique outflow of maker); drinking glasses; coffee cups; wash cloths. Occasional linens change would be nice. Not awful place but if I am paying this much why am I going to store to buy this cr@p after I left written request with front desk? Would not rebook.
