It’s difficult to find. Not visible from the street. No signage. Floor was filthy, my clean socks were black after walking just a short amount on the tile floor. Vending machine sparsely stocked and only accepted cash. We had to ask for towels. Not up to Comforts usual standards. Disappointed

The hotel is not easy to find. It sits behind other buildings and has a small sign for where to turn. As soon as we walked in, we were slapped with the smell of pot. The front desk clerk, barely spoke to us. The hotel was clean and the room was clean and comfortable. We left and came back and each time we were in the parking lot there were groups of people standing around. It was dark and made us very uncomfortable. We were only there for the night and it was fine for the night but we would not stay again or recommend to anyone else.

Older property. Limited linens and washcloths (one customer was literally waiting for them to finsh in the dryer) but the front desk staff was very attentive. I was on a non smoking floor but the smell of weed overtook the ventilation system at times. Parking is limited and patrons are warned to not park in back lot (owned by another company) or will be towed. Property was clean and nice tidy rooms though. And staff was very friendly.

My sheets were dirty with blood stains and other unidentifiable stains, and the, bathroom was not fully re-supplied with lotion. The shower was not repaired to fix the missing soap dish. Even though housekeeping supplied us with cleaner bed covers, the overall experience was not satisfying.

Stay was great room was great only issue which wasn't as bad was no signs to show where hotel was and was late at night past it couple times also AC unit was loud through out night I could tolerate if I didn't drive all day but needed sleep but everything else was ezcellent

I was really impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Bed and pillows were comfy. Staff was nice. Only complaints are how thin the walls are and that the blackout curtains didn’t move so there was a light shining into our room all night. Otherwise, overall a great experience.

Of the week I stayed they only cleaned my room once. Breakfast was often under stocked. Broken toilet paper holder, which was not a big deal, but you’d think a hotel would get that sorted before booking the room out. My key didn’t work part way through and had to wait almost 10 minutes at the front desk since no one was there. They were “upstairs” and somehow seemed to give the impression that it was my problem. Don’t have high expectations for a 2 star hotel, but you think simple things like this would be taken care of.

There were three of us in our party and only 1 bath towel in the room. Went downstairs to request two more towels and they did not have any clean. Morning 1 two of us took showers and dried off with hand towels. There didn't seem to be a care in the world toward us as guests. The second night there was police on the property because of a disturbance. Save money and choose a different hotel, you will not enjoy this one.

Property is conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants, shopping, etc. Sits awkwardly behind another businesses so use your GPS if your not familiar with the area. Overall it was a pleasant stay and recommend if visiting the area.

Of the week I stayed they only cleaned my room once. Breakfast was often under stocked. Broken toilet paper holder, which was not a big deal, but you’d think a hotel would get that sorted before booking the room out. My key didn’t work part way through and had to wait almost 10 minutes at the front desk since no one was there. They were “upstairs” and somehow seemed to give the impression that it was my problem. Don’t have high expectations for a 2 star hotel, but you think simple things like this would be taken care of.

We were close to where we planned to hangout that weekend. Everyone was kind and check-in/out was quick and easy. The breakfast was decent too.

Room felt neglected. There was a bag over the smoke detector & tissue on the sprinkler heads, wallpaper ripping and stains on the walls. The breakfast was mostly prepackaged and the orange juice was from powder. Also hard to see the turn in with no sign its back off the road way.

The property got the job done for our visit. We didn’t spend a lot of time there. Mainly just to sleep. The breakfast was good.

The hotel was in a good area, restaurants were close, it was clean, and the hotel staff was very nice. The breakfast was nice as well.

Our room was not ready until 45 minutes AFTER check in time and one of the managers was not pleasant about it at all. She in fact said we should just cancel the room that was already paid for before we even arrived. There were blood stains on one of the blankets. Staff member was sleep at the front desk last night. The maintenance man checked me out this morning. 0/10. Do not recommend.

The hotel grounds and the lobby were fantastic. The staff very cordial. The room not so much. The carpet had stains. The refrigerator was leaking water and bathroom only had two towels two hand towels and one wash cloth. The air conditioner was really loud and you could not control it. It seems they may have been renovating still.

Hotel was not in a bad location room could have been cleaner with a better smell bathroom especially could’ve used the extra touchup. Someone else’s hair was in our bathroom. There was like blood stains on one of the beds. We had a double bedroom the snack portion for you to buy stuff late at night really didn’t have many options and neither did the breakfast.
