My two young daughters and I stay for 4 nights to visit family. The staff was always friendly and helpful. We were always greeted with a smile. It was clean and housekeeping was on site later than I've ever seen at a hotel. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast offered was nice. I've had better but I've had much worse as well. The lady working the kitchen during the week was very pleasant. I only have two complaints, 1. the pool was entirely too cold. It definitely kept people from swimming too long. Everyone we met in there said the same thing. 2. There was a light that shines upward straight into our window. Although they were black out curtains the light shined in around the edges and there were little pin holes all over the curtain. It looked like daylight 24/7. We did get great use of the gym though.

The elevator was down when we arrived around 7pm on a Friday. As a disabled person, this was not going to work for me. The person at the front did everything he could to rectify it, which was most gracious and helpful. He had THE BEST personality and ownership of the hotel's problem. Unfortunately, our 1st floor room was not okay. The fridge did not work and the air conditioning was hot even set at 66 degrees. We let the front desk know next day and although we were initially dismissed by one of the front people and pointed to a grate saying the air just turned on (had nothing to do with individual rooms), a female let us know she would have it checked. A new fridge was brought to us but the maintenance person said the air was blowing. When I said at 66 degrees this room should be much colder and there was no difference in high and low on the blowing of air, he just shook his head and left. (Our window did have a large hole in one pane so maybe the double pane being compromised affected the heat getting in.) So we all sweated at night while we were there and did not sleep well. (Our friends in the same hotel all indicated their rooms were freezing at 70 degrees so it was not the outside heat.) Breakfast was good with some nice choices. They always had hot coffee with creamers no matter the time of day or night. Beds were comfortable. Nice pillows. Reasonable price and great location. Just really wish the hotel and its staff had helped us with the hot room.

The property is close to dining and shopping options, but the elevator was out the entire time, and we were on the second floor. Breakfast was very limited. If we had the time we would have gone out to eat breakfast.

We booked this property after getting stranded in the recent ice storm while traveling. The GPS will try to take you to the hotel from the main highway, but you need to go to the adjacent hotel, Hawthorne, and go through that lot to get to the hotel. The furniture was a little worn and outdated but the mattresses and pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on. Room was pretty clean, the carpet is a little old and dingy but didn’t feel gross or dirty. The breakfast was okay but not amazing, though they were likely limited due to the weather conditions. Overall it was lifesaving and a great stay to get us out of the weather. Daughter loved the indoor pool and I loved the gym.

We stayed two nights on our road trip. The entrance is hard to find. Not marked at all. We turned in multiple entrances to realize we couldn’t get to the hotel. I tried asking the first desk about it and I was shrugged off. The first time we stayed there were no napkins or butter for breakfast. The food is very minimal. Indoor pool was extremely comfortable but the chemical smell in the room was very intense. Overall good stay for what we payed for the room.

When's we arrived out took 10 minutes for anyone to find the front desk person. They allow dogs which can be loud and keep you awake at night with constant barking. WiFi does not work often, and TV is WiFi based, so the TV item doesn't work. They ran out juice and waffles batter 30 minutes before breakfast ended. Staff was very nice.

It was freezing in the hallway and dining area for breakfast I told the desk assistance how cold ut was and everyone was complaining she said she had no control but when the cooks complained she git her key opened it up abd turned it off in the dining area but all ither areas was freezing the pool area was the best place to hang out cause it was hot in there noone could swim cause its 50 degress in the hall and 50 degrees outside Ibwoyld not choose this hotel again only because its freezing in there

My room smelled strong and weird. Like a strong mixture of stale and air freshening chemicals. The toilet seat was lifted up and when I put it down there was dried pee on it. The sink was plugged. The body wash refill bottle was empty. The carpet was stained and gross. Breakfast was limited, not fresh looking, and there were no healthy options. The girls at the front desk were sweet.

Unfortunately, the carpet in our room was in dire need of a shampoo. My grandsons feet turned black while going barefoot in the room. 😞 Otherwise the property was clean and well maintained.

Was not a very good stay had to change rooms 3 times due to no water pressure/ hot water. 2nd room was dirty had pee on toilet n in toilet dirty walls /food on floor / chair was all torn up. 3rd room was ok cleaned better n smelled better.TV hardly worked. after the third try for a room I was just ready to go home and felt uncomfortable

This property was immaculate in how it looked, it was spotless, the staff at the desk was very warm and friendly, the room was wonderful, really spacious and the shower was amazing. The pressure could have been a little better but it was fine. Breakfast was ok, the biscuits were a little hard but everything else was good. Initially we had an issue with the TV not working but they quickly came up and got it working again. Overall a really good experience.

This was the dirtiest room that I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was terrible, hair in a washcloth, hair in a towel, hair in the tub and on the outside of the tub, hair on the bathroom counter. The chair for the work desk was dirty as well.

There was nothing unique or special about this property. Actually I take that back. The water pressure from the shower was the absolute worse I have ever seen. That was pretty unique! I have experienced low flow eco friendly shower heads that put out more water than what this place has to offer. If a eco friendly shower head does 1 GPM. This place is doing near 1/4 gallon a minute. It practically just drips out of the shower head. No force at all. Broken picture frame avove the bed. The mini fridge was leaking something fierce. Pool of water on the floor non stop. Wont be returning here.

Rooms are older/outdated. Deep cleaning has not happened in the rooms based off appearance. Carpet had several stains, water pressure was terrible, towels appeared to just be tossed above the commode (I know that’s small, but it’s just an appearance thing for me)...No USB charger, only one lamp charger in all of the room. Overall comfort of bed was wonderful, we slept great. And the AIR was awesome, kept us cold, and that’s hard to find. We had a short night TAT with ball, so this worked/accommodated for the pricing!
Rooms are older/outdated. Deep cleaning has not happened in the rooms based off appearance. Carpet had several stains, water pressure was terrible, towels appeared to just be tossed above the commode (I know that’s small, but it’s just an appearance thing for me)...No USB charger, only one lamp charger in all of the room. Overall comfort of bed was wonderful, we slept great. And the AIR was awesome, kept us cold, and that’s hard to find. We had a short night TAT with ball, so this worked/accommodated for the pricing!

When I checked in, there were 3 at the desk. Two made excellent connection while providing a smooth check in experience. One could tell it had been a long drive and I was hot. He offered me a water! Wow! They offered that the pool was freshly cleaned and warming for our enjoyment! (What?! The treatment we received was customer friendly and top notch!) The room was clean and crisp! The outside of the hotel looked freshly painted and had nice landscaping. Every single interaction was kind, friendly, helpful and efficient from housekeeping to the breakfast service, to the woman who patiently waited for an opportunity to drive someone where there was a transportation need. We were very impressed!

The elevator was down when we arrived around 7pm on a Friday. As a disabled person, this was not going to work for me. The person at the front did everything he could to rectify it, which was most gracious and helpful. He had THE BEST personality and ownership of the hotel's problem. Unfortunately, our 1st floor room was not okay. The fridge did not work and the air conditioning was hot even set at 66 degrees. We let the front desk know next day and although we were initially dismissed by one of the front people and pointed to a grate saying the air just turned on (had nothing to do with individual rooms), a female let us know she would have it checked. A new fridge was brought to us but the maintenance person said the air was blowing. When I said at 66 degrees this room should be much colder and there was no difference in high and low on the blowing of air, he just shook his head and left. (Our window did have a large hole in one pane so maybe the double pane being compromised affected the heat getting in.) So we all sweated at night while we were there and did not sleep well. (Our friends in the same hotel all indicated their rooms were freezing at 70 degrees so it was not the outside heat.) Breakfast was good with some nice choices. They always had hot coffee with creamers no matter the time of day or night. Beds were comfortable. Nice pillows. Reasonable price and great location. Just really wish the hotel and its staff had helped us with the hot room.

Checked in on 8/18/2023. The lady at the front desk was VERY helpful. VERY friendly. . The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms also include a microwave and a small refridgerator. Everything in the room was in good repair. The water in the tub was actually HOT! The property is located in a safe and convenient area with many restaurants and stores located nearby. The common areas inside the building were all immaculate. The breakfast was good and the dining area was neat and clean. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again.

The check in was not pleasant. Paid for early check in and the front desk clerk couldn't find it on the computer and had to go find the manager to get the authorization. After finding the early check in payment, the clerk checked us in with no friendliness. We did enjoy our stay. The only complaint was one of the beds made an awful sound when you sat down on it. BUT on leaving only ONE LUGGAGE CART in the whole hotel! We had to make 3 trips to our car to take our things to our car to leave. My sister has a lung issue so she had a breathing problem because NO LUGGAGE CART available for the 45 minutes we were trying to leave!! This is ridiculous!!! The lady cleaning offered to help us - that was sweet but not right!

Caitlyn was awesome!! I had to make some changes to my reservation and she helped out gladly. She was friendly, personable, helpful, not to mention beautiful!! And, the general manager was the same way!!! Even the girl over the breakfast was friendly and personable. Just a great group of people to interact with during my stay. Will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area. The only downside was there was an odor in the room, it didn’t smell fresh, but the people were amazing!!! And, the breakfast was great as well, enjoyed it every day I was there! Great job!!

We booked this property after getting stranded in the recent ice storm while traveling. The GPS will try to take you to the hotel from the main highway, but you need to go to the adjacent hotel, Hawthorne, and go through that lot to get to the hotel. The furniture was a little worn and outdated but the mattresses and pillows were the best I’ve ever slept on. Room was pretty clean, the carpet is a little old and dingy but didn’t feel gross or dirty. The breakfast was okay but not amazing, though they were likely limited due to the weather conditions. Overall it was lifesaving and a great stay to get us out of the weather. Daughter loved the indoor pool and I loved the gym.

We stayed two nights on our road trip. The entrance is hard to find. Not marked at all. We turned in multiple entrances to realize we couldn’t get to the hotel. I tried asking the first desk about it and I was shrugged off. The first time we stayed there were no napkins or butter for breakfast. The food is very minimal. Indoor pool was extremely comfortable but the chemical smell in the room was very intense. Overall good stay for what we payed for the room.

My room smelled strong and weird. Like a strong mixture of stale and air freshening chemicals. The toilet seat was lifted up and when I put it down there was dried pee on it. The sink was plugged. The body wash refill bottle was empty. The carpet was stained and gross. Breakfast was limited, not fresh looking, and there were no healthy options. The girls at the front desk were sweet.

When's we arrived out took 10 minutes for anyone to find the front desk person. They allow dogs which can be loud and keep you awake at night with constant barking. WiFi does not work often, and TV is WiFi based, so the TV item doesn't work. They ran out juice and waffles batter 30 minutes before breakfast ended. Staff was very nice.

We were extremely pleased with our stay. The staff, especially the woman manager on duty during the day (cannot recall her name) was accommodating and on the spot at all times. Hotel was clean, quiet, perfectly located, and for the price we paid??? We've had worse stays at "better" hotels. When we come back to Longview, we are staying here.

As soon as you walk into the hotel it has a gross smell. Front desk was nice. The room was wet feeling, all our things were damp. Stinky. I wouldn't stay here!

Ratings for this hotel are misleading. This is clearly an older hotel taken over by Wyndham. Smells older and furniture in the lobby and room was stained; refused to sit on the couches. The toilet “moaned” for 45 seconds after flushing, as did at least one other in a nearly room. Waited too long to be greeted by front desk staff when I checked in and no one answered the phone when I called for more towels at 7 PM!! Sure, the price was nice, but that was also deceiving because we had to pay a $50 deposit (albeit refundable) that was not mentioned anywhere in the booking details. The rating was 8.3— not at all. This was a 5.0 stay at best. The breakfast was decent, no complaints there.
