Reserves ONE unit for 5 people. Arrived and had been charged for TWO rooms. Obviously a mistake. The hotel wanted to adjust it but couldn’t. They said the adjustment had to go through. They tried to find a way to reach hotels.com but like me, had no success. Money down the drain. I would like to be compensated but they said your company is unlikely to do so. They said they would’ve because it was obviously a mistake.
