This property definitely fits the Cozy category. I would also add charming and extremely clean! The listing was very accurate. We stayed for 5 nights and for the most part, our needs were met, but for an extended stay the kitchen could use more essentials like measuring spoons, baking sheets, pans, more utensils, a coffee maker (not just a keurig), etc. It would also be nice if more furniture was added to the living room which is lacking for a house that sleeps 6. The outdoor space is great with a nice deck and fun fire pit which we used a lot. Overall, a great value and high quality house.

My family stayed at this house for the weekend for a wedding at The Loyston. The house was super clean with all your essentials. The living room, kitchen and dining room were all very spacious. We played wiffle ball and football in the huge back yard. We will definitely rent this hpuse again!

Overall it was nice and comfortable. I would suggest ithat there was some kind of fan to circulate the air and dining chairs did not feel save to sit on for heavier people. The extra chairs in living room was comfortable. That kind of chair would be nice for the dining room chairs.

We had grandchildren in the area. The property bordered a fantastic park. Easy access to major highways we used. Loved the grocery store near by. So friendly. Walgreen's within 2 miles. Only 8 miles from our daughter's home. Children loved it. Many ways to play hide and seek. Nice yard. SO CLEAN. Owner was very helpful and approachable when we had questions. We stayed for 2 months.

This house could easily pass a white glove test. Everything was very neat and clean and ready for our arrival. Very handy and comfortable place to stay for 6 days while we were getting ready for our daughter’s wedding at a nearby venue.

Absolutely adorable and clean! Unbelievable actually. The place was nicely decorated, spacious, and so clean. Everything looks fresh and new. I have rented like 13 places since last September and this by far was the cleanest. Enjoyed it, but wish we had longer to stay. Neighborhood was nice, took a long walk and little hills were good exercise. Only reason I have neighborhood a 4 is because a couple of the houses were less then maintained @ NO fault of this home or hosts. We just can’t say enough about this VRBO. Thanks for such a great experience. It really made the end of our trip worth it!

Came to Knoxville to a concert and needed a place to stay to celebrate our birthdays. We only stayed one night . We had hoped to at least get a late check out to spend a little more time together . I asked for that but didn’t get an answer for a few days and it was no. I think 10 is awful early for checkout to start with. When I look for hotels I always check how late checkout is and that weighs heavy on my decision. It was a good place to stay, very clean and easy to find.

Check in was easy and contactless. House is simple and easy but not well appointed. Could use a cutting board, enough plates (only has 4) for the amount of people it sleeps (6), and some more hooks for things like towels in the bathroom or a place to put your baggage. But overall the house was comfortable.

The name says it all - cozy cottage! It was the most precious house, very clean, comfortable beds, and just the right amount of space for our little family! We stayed 5 days and the only thing missing that we could have benefitted from was having chest of drawers or shelving in the bedroom closets for us to unpack instead of living in suit cases. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back! 10/10 would recommend this cottage to others!

The online pictures about the place are strategic. Everything was in order and all worked out for our one night stay. The place was comfortable. There was only one couch in the living room. The plates cups, bowls, etc., were plastic with four of each. The place was clean and kept up, and simple. It was worth the money paid.

I agree with other reviewers who indicate there is not enough furniture to comfortably accommodate the six guest maximum. The dining table only seats four. The couch seats three (maybe four with a squeeze), and there are two parlor/dining chairs that can be moved between the sitting room and the dining room (though six people would not fit around the dining table even with the additional seats)We were only there for one night, so it worked well enough for us, but just know if you're going to be socializing in the house for a few days, it might be a little cramped for six adults.

This quaint little cottage was wonderful; tastefully decorated; plenty of space; all the amenities were available as indicated on VRBO; the property manager was very prompt in responding to any need I had. The location was quiet and safe. 10/10 recommend this cottage if anyone is staying in the Clinton, TN area.

Beautiful cozy home. We were a small group of friends in town for a wedding at the Kincaid House. It was conveniently close. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was designed superbly. Having coffee available was a nice touch. This house had everything we needed. Check in & Check out were super simple. Highly recommend.

The property is just as described, small and cozy with a central location. We have friends in Clinton and our son lives in Oak Ridge so it was a great place for everyone to visit us as well as being very close to Aspire which was a great place for dinner and drinks. The owner was easy to get in touch with when needed and even grabbed something from the store for us before arrival. I highly recommend.

Beautiful cozy home. We were a small group of friends in town for a wedding at the Kincaid House. It was conveniently close. The beds were very comfortable and the entire house was designed superbly. Having coffee available was a nice touch. This house had everything we needed. Check in & Check out were super simple. Highly recommend.

The property is just as described, small and cozy with a central location. We have friends in Clinton and our son lives in Oak Ridge so it was a great place for everyone to visit us as well as being very close to Aspire which was a great place for dinner and drinks. The owner was easy to get in touch with when needed and even grabbed something from the store for us before arrival. I highly recommend.

We had grandchildren in the area. The property bordered a fantastic park. Easy access to major highways we used. Loved the grocery store near by. So friendly. Walgreen's within 2 miles. Only 8 miles from our daughter's home. Children loved it. Many ways to play hide and seek. Nice yard. SO CLEAN. Owner was very helpful and approachable when we had questions. We stayed for 2 months.

This property definitely fits the Cozy category. I would also add charming and extremely clean! The listing was very accurate. We stayed for 5 nights and for the most part, our needs were met, but for an extended stay the kitchen could use more essentials like measuring spoons, baking sheets, pans, more utensils, a coffee maker (not just a keurig), etc. It would also be nice if more furniture was added to the living room which is lacking for a house that sleeps 6. The outdoor space is great with a nice deck and fun fire pit which we used a lot. Overall, a great value and high quality house.

This cozy cottage exceeded all expectations! The name truly says it all—it was warm, comfortable, and felt like a home away from home. After long, demanding days on the job, it was exactly what my husband and his work crew needed to relax and recharge. This is a great house with three bedrooms and plenty of space. A large backyard with firepit can be enjoyed if you are not out exploring the beautiful area.

The host was very informative and great to work with. It was a very clean and cute place. It was very close to our family, that was great. The beds are small and there was more of what I would say summer bedding than winter. The pillows are thin, we had to take pillows from other beds. I will definitely stay here again because it’s close to family.
