I have stayed at the Advenire several times and it is always predictable. I am handicapped, and it is one of the few hotels in St. George with a valet and bellman to assist with my bags. It has a bar and food, so you don't need to leave the hotel. There is a ton of good food, though, within a couple of blocks, which is nice.

We loved our stay at The Advenire. We only stayed one night, but we had a wonderful time. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially the front desk attendant, Louis. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and smelled wonderful. The hotel itself has valet parking only for $22 a night, but you can also park across the street in a free structure if needed. We splurged and ordered breakfast in bed, and the portions were huge. The food was wonderful as well. It is very walkable to several places for shopping or eating, though we drove up St. George Blvd for a sit-down restaurant offsite for dinner. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would both recommend the hotel and stay again.

The hotel was very clean and located on Main Street, so close to what is left of downtown St George. Bar area a little utilitarian, it was probably the bright cold lights turned up too high and the food was average but the staff super friendly and the rooms are nice so would probably go back. Nice roof top deck with hot tub also.

Lovely hotel with a great restaurant. Rooms are well decorated and beds comfy. Jacuzzi on the roof much smaller than on the picture but fun. Great bar and restaurant.

Loved this place. The hotel is super cute, the front desk was very friendly and the bar/ restaurant was accommodating. The only thing they are missing is a parking lot for self park but it wasn’t too hard to find street parking and valet is available.

What a wonderful and unique hotel. It is located in a quaint area of St George with lots of restaurants and shops. Sadly for us, we didn’t arrive in time to be able to take advantage of all the area had to offer. The pet fee was a little higher than we are used to ($75), but I would still recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St George!

We found this charming hotel while traveling from CO to CA. It was the perfect retreat in the middle of a long road trip. Welcoming staff, beautiful lobby, excellent dinner, amazing, clean room with the best bathroom ever! Highly recommend!

Unique and charming decor, super clean and interesting. I was struck by the pleasant smell the moment I walked in…so much so that I bought 2 candles of this signature scent. Walked to 2 great eateries nearby.

At first glance online the hotel looks quite luxurious but the moment we pulled up to the front doors it started to not. There is ZERO parking. You have to either pay $18 a day for a valet service or walk a block to a local parking garage that is shared by all the small businesses on that street. Then when we got in the room I could immediately hear this humming noise that I could feel in the ears. The AC units are behind this huge metal panel right next to the bed and it hums and rattles the entire time the air is on. The bed frame is made of aluminum which means it makes a noise any time you move on the bed. Also the walls must be very thin because the room next to us started watching some Korean drama at 11 o clock that night and we could hear every word. The bathroom had trash hidden behind the door on the floor which makes me think housekeeping does a glance and that’s about it. And our sink had a weird smell. The closet door wasn’t on its hinge which made it near impossible to open, and the door hiding the mini fridge needed some WD40 pretty bad, it was like waking the dead. In short I think this hotel spent a lot of money to advertise luxury but they are now cutting corners to save. The stay was just ok.

This was a wonderful hotel with a modern vintage feel. Rooms are large and well appointed, comfortable bed. The lobby is beautiful with a lovely bar and a great restaurant attached where we had the best biscuits ever! It’s centrally located in town and walkable to coffee shops/restaurants and shops. Highly recommend

The street noise was so bad we could hardly sleep. Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Most of the outlets in our room didn’t work. These things could be overlooked if the hotel wasn’t so expensive but when you pay that much, you expect higher quality. We have traveled a lot and stayed on busy streets before, they need to upgrade their insulation and windows to sound proofing. Seems they went cheap on building but still expect a premium on their prices.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice staff. Only drawback was it’s noisy, at least on the 2nd floor on Saturday night. There is a very loud nightclub across the street that goes until 2 am. Also noise from neighboring rooms. Totally recommend if you can get a room on top floor!

We loved this hotel! It was very clean and nice. We stayed for our honeymoon, and we will definitely be back! My only complaint was the AC unit was VERY loud when turned on!

Easily accessible. Clean and reasonably quiet. Service is average for the price they charge. They charge for valet parking primarily because self parking is limited. Front desk does not answer and one has to call several times before somebody responds. I think the hotel is overpriced for the services they provide. Wood Ash and Rye is an excellent restaurant within the hotel though.

We frequently go to the restaurant located in the Advenire called “Wood Ash Rye” and often discuss staying on the property. What better time than Valentine’s Day? The valet said there is no self parking, so we had to park across the street. I struggled with our bags, they didn’t offer any assistance. Check in was quick. I got to our room and the desk mat had some debris. The lights in the room kept going off and on on their own, not sure what that was about. We asked for a late checkout and the maids were banging on our door well before then. It was a cute room, but I don’t know if it was worth the price or if I would stay again.

The staff was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly and kind. Only complaint is the noise from guests above you. The floors are hardwood so you can hear every step taken. Overall great place to stay.

I absolutely love this hotel! I will continue to stay there whenever I pass through. It is gorgeous, food and drink is amazing. There was just one thing that I did not care for. After checking in, I went down to the bar for some wine. The bartenders were Seth and another girl with long hair. Seth was very nice and friendly. However, the girl bartender was NOT very friendly at all and acted like I was not supposed to be there and was very short with me when I asked to keep my tab open. She acted like it was a total inconvenience to her. She was not considerate at all. She made me feel as if I was bothering her and she wanted nothing to do with me. Would not even return a smile or a youre welcome to my thank you. If she dislikes her job that much, perhaps she should not be in customer service. I also was very disappointed that I could not sit in front of the fireplace with my wine. I was told I had to stay at the bar nad could not sit in the chairs by the fireplace in the lobby and enjoy my wine. The bar was a bit crowded and I wanted to enjoy the high back chairs and fireplace in the lobby. But was told I could not. I was not leaving the property with my wine, I was just sitting by the fireplace. Thats the only time Seth was not accommodating to me. The girl bartender was not accommodating at all and I give her not even 1 star.

The whole trip was amazing! The hotel staff left us a gift in our room for our anniversary! We went on an ATV ride with ATV & Jeep Adventures in Sand Hollow State Park and it was so much fun and so beautiful! BOOK WITH THEM!

The hotel was very clean and located on Main Street, so close to what is left of downtown St George. Bar area a little utilitarian, it was probably the bright cold lights turned up too high and the food was average but the staff super friendly and the rooms are nice so would probably go back. Nice roof top deck with hot tub also.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice staff. Only drawback was it’s noisy, at least on the 2nd floor on Saturday night. There is a very loud nightclub across the street that goes until 2 am. Also noise from neighboring rooms. Totally recommend if you can get a room on top floor!

A wonderful place to stay whether you're traveling to see Zion national Park and making a stop to rest and enjoy fantastic breakfast or dinner. Beautifully crafted cocktails at the bar, Staff are nice and friendly . Every food we tried at their restaurant was absolutely delicious, there are many options. Definitely one of our favorite places to stay in St George.

We came for a play out at Tuachan…the wonderful woman at the front desk was so very nice and had a beautiful smile! Check in was quick and easy. The rooms were clean and had the cutest Do Not Disturb signs. The food in the hotel restaurant was superb! Definitely will be back!

This place aspires to be a 5 star hotel but is lacking in attention to detail - small things that can easily be fixed. The good: The lobby design and furnishings were great - a mixed modern, eclectic design tastes that looked original. Same for my hotel room. Restaurant next door provided plenty of options. Staff and service was solid. The bad: A clump of someone else's hair in the show turned me off. The worst part of my experience: the floors are hard wood. The neighbor above me stomped on the floor for hours and they stayed up late and got up early. The same thing happened on the second night with different room guests upstairs. How do I know? I asked at the front desk. Put down soft carpet runners in all of the rooms! Also, the food promised a lot but didn't deliver: lukewarm beer, overpriced hummus plate, average chicken wings and salty kimchi. Would I stay here again - yes, still probably the best in St. George, but I would ask for a top floor room.

This is a great property in a wonderful location, St. George's historic area, within walking distance of several attractions, museums, and restaurants. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. The rooms were very charming, with vintage decor, well done.

2nd stay. The staff seem to be inexperienced. I am a Bonvoy member. With the membership, there are perks. We were never offered the drink tokens, or told to scan the QR code for bikes, yoga etc. I did ask that we receive our bill credits of $17 for Bonvoy and the hotel offers $15. total of $34 a day. As far as the hotel, we love it. It is beautiful, spacious, clean and located in a convenient location.
