Pros: this property had a stunning view of the Canyon. Self Check in was convenient and kitchenette was appreciated. Also liked the free car chargers. Cons: There was a loud water pump that went on every time we used the water, and a soft spot in the flooring. Pool did not look appealing. This was right off a main highway with close suburban areas which kind of dampened the rural feel. Would have been nice to have an inside seating area as it was very hot!

Everything was absolutely perfect except the pool being closed during our stay. Sunset from the patio was 10/10. Highly recommend hiking down to the creek and finding the water swings in the river :)

I really enjoyed this property. They seem to have thought of everything, the amenities were perfect. The contacless check in was a breeze. The room/cabin had everything needed for a fantastic stay. Beginning with the spacious private patio with its fantastic view. There are Adirondack cairs, and a grill, complete with charcoal, lighter fluid, etc. We grilled steaks within an hour of arrival. The room was equipped with a full fridge, microwave, and a portable stovetop. There was plenty of pots pans, dishes, etc. as well. The bed was comfortable as was the pullout sofa. They even supplied custom pet tags with the Hotel information on it, just in case. If ever decided to go into the hotel business, I would copy this place

My Partner and I stayed in number 18 for 1 night. We were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation all around- the view is absolutely stunning- as the night sky comes alive with millions of stars. A nice bonus was the charcoal grill complete with everything you to cook dinner- except for the groceries. We went to the very nearby local grocery store- Lin’s and had a nice cook out. No hesitation with this gem.

The floor. What’s up with the floor. It’s perpetually Wet. Like, I thought it was just me, because I took a shower when we checked in.. but then my partner said the same thing. Why is the floor constantly humid. I couldn’t walk on it without feeling gross, wet n sticky. The bottom of my feet turned brown as soon as I walked on it, post shower.. is it condensation? It was 82° outside and inside was 70° The rest of the property was very spacious. I can see why it’s convenient for the off Roading types. Good view. But just felt a bit dirty beneath the surface. The extra sheets for the sofa bed were also kinda gross ( minus the bottom sheet). Luckily I had extra blankets in the car. Overall, it’s a cute property. Spacious. But the wet sticky floor was a turn off. And the subsurface dirt throughout the room.. just felt like it could be mopped/cleaned better.. also, one of the springs in the sofa bed corner is very worn out/ broken so sleeping on that corner proves difficult because you sink. Superficially it looks fine until you actually put weight on it.. It just Seems like it was a lot of, below the surface stuff that wasn’t actually up to par.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a proper meal. Great sized fridge. Room has a beautiful view. It’s clean, quiet & cozy. Friendly staff. Easy check in. Great communication with check in, check out, and all procedures. Some cleaning was overlooked. The hot plate was greasy, there was a dirty dish in the cabinet and some towels in the bathroom were disheveled.

It was a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The view from the room was beautiful. The room is modern and new. This is one of my favorite hotels I have stayed at. I would stay here again. The location is also close to Zion Hot Springs which was nice.

These little units are fantastic for a long stay because they have everything you could possibly need. For full transparency though - you can hear the traffic on the main road so it’s not as quiet as we expected. The lighting inside is super bright, so if you have any sort of light sensitivity that will be an issue. And lastly the bed was harder than expected. But these are minor things. The back porch is stunning and we sat under the stars eating dinner. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

First of all, communication was excellent. I received multiple messages via email and text leading up to my stay. When I texted a question, I received a prompt answer. Then the property itself is super cool. Modern, sleek and clean. Very nice place to relax in between trips over to Zion. Favorite feature? The semi private back porch with comfortable chairs looking out on a gorgeous mountain scape.

Modern and clean accommodation with wonderful view and access to hiking trail. Loved the close proximity to River Rock Roasting Co. An easy walk for sandwiches, pizza, pastries, coffee, and beer! The only negative is traffic noise. It’s on a busy street with pretty constant traffic noise. There is no sound screens by the road or between the buildings, so don’t expect to hear the sounds of nature while enjoying the views.

Great value and Excellent tiny house with a great view from back patio. Our place had a queen bedroom with two sets of bunks beds up Close to Zion adventures. Great breakfast place just a minute away. Host was available via text and responded quickly. Overall a great choice. They even had a laundry station.

So far this rental could not be better! The space is incredible and the small touches are unmatched. For example: They have temporary dog tags to put on your dog in case they get lost during your stay. Who thinks of that?!?! Also, I had an issue with the air conditioner unit and they were exceptionally responsive, they got back to be within one minute and had me moved into a new unit immediately. Really a great space.

Check in was super easy, you get a code in the morning that unlocks your room. Owners are always easily reachable over the phone if you need something. Even though the units were close together, it was super quiet. Gorgeous view perfect for eating breakfast or dinner outside.

I was nervous about the check-in but it worked fine. We even got an early check-in. Nice clean bright and roomy space with a fine view. Fine coffee and food option right next door. No sulfur smell or extreme road sounds for us. Would stay again or recommend.

Lovely stay for the most part with good views. Be aware, its about 30 mins to Zion Canyon, but we knew that when booking. The roadway with cars driving by fast is a bit loud when outside so it can be hard to relax on the back deck., I wish they added a fence to front of the property to damper it a bit. Inside, it's quiet. The door lock with a code is awful. My husband had to use quite a bit of strength to get it to open. The property owners seem to be aware of this issue based on door signage, they should just replace the locks.

Wonderful property with great people running it. They very gladly accommodated our last-minute schedule changes due to the 2023 United Airlines meltdown. Great people, great hotel, great operation as a whole! Highly recommended.

The hotel and service general was good but we were refused to have an extra tower and an extra blanket for the person sleeping on the couch/bed. Dimero, the security agent, was very helpful and friendly.

The property says sleeps 6 but can only sleep 3. my kid had to sleep on the floor as the Sofa is not a pull out sofa and a terrible leather sofa that one cannot sleep on. Modern and clean accommodation with wonderful view and access to hiking trail. Loved the close proximity to River Rock Roasting Co. An easy walk for sandwiches, pizza, pastries, coffee, and beer! The only negative is traffic noise. It’s on a busy street with pretty constant traffic noise. There is no sound screens by the road or between the buildings, so don’t expect to hear the sounds of nature while enjoying the views.

Our stay at The Dwellings was a great experience! Zion National Park was a 20 minute easy drive from the location. The views and scenery are amazing and very serene. Lastly our favorite part was the River Rock Roasting Co. coffee shop which was a 3 min walk down the street! We would stay here again if we return to the area.

The set up at the Dwellings was perfect for us and our Labradoodle (awesome to have the fenced-in yard and the hiking trail right in front). Will be even better when the hot tub opens! The food and the people at River Rock Roasting next door were also great — so nice to be able to walk over for takeout or to eat on their lovely patio. Only downside is the traffic noise, but it wasn’t terrible. Would be a great place to stay while visiting Zion. We will be back!

Whether you're visiting Zion or Utah in general, definitely stay here - loved that the property was new and modern, had every amenity possible (including a white noise machine which was a lovely touch) and talk about a VIEW! We saw the most gorgeous sunset and had the best time here, and the little restaurant next door was perfect for a quick dinner and then breakfast on our way out

Great value and Excellent tiny house with a great view from back patio. Our place had a queen bedroom with two sets of bunks beds up Close to Zion adventures. Great breakfast place just a minute away. Host was available via text and responded quickly. Overall a great choice. They even had a laundry station.

What an amazing stay. After exploring all day, it was nice to grab drinks and food at the store to cook on the grill. All while enjoying the amazing views! We had overcast days so didn't get to enjoy the stars. We headed down to the river one night and enjoyed our time. Hands down, we'll be back.

Loved everything about our well appointed cabin, the location and the view which was especially beautiful at sunset. The property provided a discount to the amazing and relaxing Zion Canyon Hot Springs directly across the street. Also, we discovered a hidden gem in the River Rock Roasting Co. next door. The food, the coffee and the beer were all outstanding! Everything was wonderful. If I had to pick one thing to improve, we found the door lock, which used a code, to be a little inconvenient as it basically took two hands to operate. So if you were carrying anything (luggage, groceries, leftover pizza from River Rock, etc), you had to put it down to get the door open. Overall a wonderful stay and we would stay there again!

This is the place to stay in La Verkin. No wasting time in lobbies waiting to check in. Drive right up to your unit at check in time and punch in your access code. It’s easy and super convenient. Also the view is beautiful.
