No designated parking available if you have a trailer behind a pickup. The hotel staff was very accommodating in that they allowed me to take up as many spaces as I needed (probably 6) in the back of the hotel property for two nights. Thank you! That area had good security lighting. Outstanding breakfast and coffee.

This place was so nice. It seems very new and is in a great location for food and other services. The staff was nice and friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The facility is very modern with a great outdoor seating area and nice pool. The rooms are very clean and modern. The workout facility is very nice too. This is really a great location and I will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great experience in our stay at this Hampton Inn. The staff was friendly, the place was clean and well maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. Though we didn't use them this trip, the exercise room and equipment was outstanding as well.

The staff was friendly and polite, very professional, and accommodating. I loved the property features, great rooms with microwave/fridge, pet friendly, 24 hour gym with Peloton bike, complimentary breakfast and parking. I chose this location to be near family and overall it was great. A drive thru restaurant nearby had looping lines through the parking lot but staff advised me and offered a solution. One minor thing, if you need wheelchair access, there is no ramp on the rear of the building so you have to go around the hotel but that’s a design issue and no fault of the hotel operations. I will stay here again when returning to visit family.

The only thing I couldn’t do was connect my peloton account to the bike. Other than that it was great

We’ll stay again. The only drawback was parking and getting in and out of the lot. The In and Out burger restaurant had cones and people across the lot. Hotel was great!

Clean hotel & breakfast was good!! The only downside was difficult parking because. in-n-out burgers is next to it. However, parking is free which is good in my book!!!

The staff is super friendly, welcomed our furbaby too! Our room was great, nice and quiet. Continental breakfast was delicious! Will definitely recommend. We are local but had to move out for the weekend do to pipes being replaced, perfect stay. Price is super reasonable also. Thank you staff!

Them only issue was the Inn & Out drive through that went through the parking area for the Hotel.

It was a very nice stay and the hotel was very clean and nice. Only thing is there is an in- and-out in the same parking lot making it hard to park in the front of the hotel. But would stay there again.

The young lady who checked me in was excellent! Friendly and very helpful. Hotel itself and room were very clean. The grounds around the hotel, in the rear, weren’t kept up

The morning I checked out infound bugs on the bed and in the desk next to tv. I have since sent pictures and video to the manager at that location.

I love this hotel. I have stayed here many times and it is consistently comfortable, clean, has very helpful staff and a delicious hot breakfast.

There were roaches in our room! We paid more than $200.00 for it. Just to see roches in it. I should have a refund not booking this hotel for sure anymore, I sent pictures and video to family and friends so they don't go to this hotel

The front desk staff was friendly and good but the rooms need work. The sink was clogged and backed up and the pull out sofa bed was full of yellow stains

I was upgraded to a larger room for free because my reserved room wasn't ready. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Large shower with instant hot water. Room included microwave, fridge, and mini coffee machine, large TV and very comfortable bed. The only problem was the blackout curtain was missing from the largest window in the room. Because it faced a freeway, there were no bright lights to disrupt my sleep. Manager was very polite and helpful. An In-N-Out burger restaurant was right next door!

The room was perfect! We had everything we needed. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable. We loved the continental breakfast and great coffee. Only regret was not bringing my tennis shoes so i could use the gym

Upon our arrival, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were greeted politely and they provided excellent service and information about the property and our room. The A/C was on full blast, set to 60, and our suite was absolutely freezing when we entered, so we were uncomfortable for awhile until we could get the temperature up to a more tolerable level. The furniture and bed were comfortable and the linens were clean. The shower was a bit banged up, but the water pressure was great. There was plenty of walking space, but the one trash can in the room was SO TINY we had to makeshift something up to put our trash in until morning. The included breakfast was OK: scrambled eggs, bacon, assorted breads, bagels, mini muffins, cereals, oatmeal with toppings, whole fruits, yogurt, freshly made waffles, juices and coffee/tea options. Paper plates, bowls, and plastic utensils. My biggest complaints are that there was an In-n-Out drive thru directly outside our window, so the noise and light from that was a bit much. Even with the curtains closed, the room never really got dark all night. There were also quite a few homeless sheltering around the area of the property, not on the hotel grounds, but in the immediate area which appeared to be mostly industrial. Lots of trucks, etc., as we left in the morning. Lastly, we had a gigantic cockroach visit in the night. We found it on its back in the bathroom in the morning :-(

Had a suite for the week and really enjoyed my stay. Definitely plan to come back! Property was clean and well taken of and room and bed were very comfortable.

First floor is loud, doors slam and cannot have shade open. Everyone can look into the room. Get second floor instead.

Room was comfy but compact. Tiny little garbage can in room and bathroom. Too small for no daily room cleaning. Vould hear people above us banging around through the night. Breakfast was pretty good but could have a few more healthy options. Front desk was very nice.

I would have to say I would’ve preferred one of the 2 pillows a more firm.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel staff was friendly and available to assist when needed. We had to extend our stay by one night. When I went to check if we could keep the same room the desk person was proactive, and had already made the adjustment for us. We will definitely stay here in the future.

This hotel used to be a very nice hotel. A home away from home. After the passing of my oldest son, I would often just get a room to reflect relax a bit, and have some alone time to myself. Unfortunately the front desk personnel were very rude and racist towards me. The first incident the clerk did double checks on my creditals as if I was a criminal. Not knowing that I frequent this hotel often. When confronted she gaslighted me and told me she had to do what she was doing to everyone. The second incident was Anthor very rude and indifferent front clerk there was a dog barking right across from my room. I explained to her I was afraid of dogs and that I wanted to know his breed so that I would know how to deal with the dog I accidentally bumped into the owner walking the dog in the hallway. She rudely told me that if I heard the dog barking I could call the front desk and tell her. I asked her again she proceeded to tell me absolutely not and went on and on about the protection of the dog and its owner. When I explained to her I was also a patron and that she should also be attentive to my needs as well. She started saying I was attacking her and harnessing her. She threatened to call the manager and pointed to the cameras as if to intimidate me. Lastly, the room was horrendous. Chips were knocked all over the furniture. There was a semi huge chunk of the carpet missing right above the separation of the title to carpet and there was some kind of crack in the sink. Heat boken

Their morning staff very unfriendly. I asked for wipe to clean the highchair very poor attitude and she brought a dirty cloth from the kitchen. It was just nasty. Also, i booked for 4 ppl one family i had to keep calling asking for towels , blanket ,pillow and no one to deliver we have to ge get them from the dront. Very poor quality

Ever since Covid all you hotels started room cleaning every other day. That was fine but now Covid is subsided I think it’s an excuse to cut service. At least empty the trash. Ours was running over. That’s why I rated service a bit lower.

I been 3 times on this hotel I think is underrated is alway great and they always have early check in love this place

Excellent customer service provided by front office manager upon check in! I believe his name was Santiago. Very helpful and super polite. Rooms were clean and location was perfect. Lots of restaurant options in the area. In n out is also next door, perfect for a late night snack!

The homeless encampment behind the property and the vagrants walking around the. property at all hours. The In-N-Out drive thru provided a challenge to park in the handicapped parking spaces.

This hotel is a great addition to the El Cajon, Santee area. Staff were helpful and courteous. Breakfast was extensive with a great selection. Coffee is always hot and fresh. We will be staying there again if in the area. Many choices to eat within walking distance. Our room looked over a garden, the garden department at Home Depot. Could have been worse. Parking is the only complaint. Limited spaces for a property this size.

There was a lot of traffic in the parking lot because it's shared by the In and Out Burger there, and a few homeless people wandering around as well so was a little concerned about security. But still overall was very enjoyable. The free breakfast in the morning was good. I certainly would recommend this place. Starbucks is just a block away to the east.

The cars lining up for In and Out caused parking problems on Sunday evening. Sometimes loud trucks on road outside our room. Breakfast area inviting and clean.

Hampton inn staff, services and cleanliness are the best feature. Also the breakfast was excellent.

Issues will HVAC system and breakfast is terrible.
