They charged 1,200 baht just for a guest visit, which is unreasonably high. It feels like they’re taking advantage of their guests. On top of that, the gaming zone was closed, and even the gym wasn’t available during my stay. Most of the facilities I booked the hotel for were not accessible, which was really disappointing.

No staff to help with luggage upon arrival. We had 5 luggages with 3 kids and a stroller, lugged our own luggage up a flight of stairs to lobby. Waited over 30 minutes to get checked in. This resort is huge with very limited shuttle carts so it was extremely inconvenient to get to places within the resort. There is also no elevator. Morning of check out we called front desk at 6:30am for someone to help with our luggage. Waited 30 minutes, called again and staff finally came 10 minutes after calling the second time. Needless to say we didn’t have time to have breakfast and was in a major rush because of the delay from staff. How this resort markets themselves as 5 star is beyond me. Do not recommend this resort.

Das Hotelzimmer hatte eine mega Aussicht. Aber man muss aufpassen was man bucht. Ansonsten schaut man direkt auf eine Hauswand. Das Zimmer wurde mangelhaft gereinigt. Staub lag auf den Regalböden. Es gibt keine Poolbar entgegen der Hotelbeschreibung. Sie wurde abgebaut. Das Frühstück ist von der Auswahl ok. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön. Aber man bekommt öfters keine Teller, Tassen oder Besteck. Die sind da nicht wirklich auf Zack. Sehr häufig ist auch am Buffet alles vergriffen. Es wird aber nachgeliefert wenn man die Leute anspricht. Den Snack im Hotel kann man vergessen. Völlig überteuert. Das Hotel liegt nah an der Paton Beach. Zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön. Es gibt mehrere über verschiedene Etagen. Ein Viersternehotel ist es aber definitiv nicht. Dazu ist es zu sehr abgewohnt. Wir empfehlen unbedingt mind. Meerblick oder Honeymoon.

The staff were very friendly. Check in/out was simple enough. The location is excellent. There are a few pools. It pretty much has everything you could need. We had the honeymoon room. It was our actual honeymoon but no real fuss was made for us. The rooms are slightly dated. Overall it was an interesting excellent stay. The only negative was our room was quite far from the actual lobby but that is at the cost of some excellent views. The hotel do provide transport from your room so you can use this if needed. I’m still easy to book tours and taxis from the lobby

Virkelig fine faciliteter. Servicen var helt i bund: 1. Man kunne ikke kommunikere med personalet. 2. Rengøringen skulle man selv bede om at komme og gøre rent hverdag, selv bare at få nyt toiletpapir. 3. Der gik virkelig lang tid før du fik din mad og drikke. 4. De rendte rundt konstant allesammen. Det var tydeligt at se at de SLET ikke har ansat nok personale til at rumme alle hotellets gæster. 5. Når du skal tjekke ind tager det 30-40 min, da de fumler rundt. 6. Når du så er tjekket ind, så skal du med en bil op til dit hotelværelse, som kommer meget sjældent, så her venter du også lige 20 min. Derudover skal du også med denne bil hver gang du skal ud fra dit hotelværelse. Vi endte med bare at gå op og ned, selvom det var stejlt og hårdt i den varme. 7. Når du skal ned til byen, skal du først lige over en “motorvej”, sådan føles det i hvert fald og så kan du ellers gå på vejen hele vejen ned til byen med biler og scooter lige op ad dig.

Looks good on the surface but there were many problems! Several of us traveling together and we had several rooms. All rooms look run down and like they haven't been updated since being built. My room, had a leaking toilet and we had a couple bugs in the restroom (thinking due to the water leak), and the rooms have lists of items you'll be charged for if taken but several listed items were never in any of our rooms (even a 2nd room I was moved to). This is very concerning! My second room, the shower door wasn't set properly so it wouldn't shut so water flows out the shower. Another family member's room, water backed up so flowed out the shower. My first room, the room door sometimes wouldn't catch so we always moved stuff into family members' rooms for safety. Techs would come and leave saying they'd return and never would. We had to wait to move rooms on our 3rd day even with the continued problem! Also, shuttle service was limited though we were told to use it instead of walking to our rooms/lobby...we had to walk up/down hill due to often having to wait with no shuttle in sight. This location comes off as top notch but it truly fell short and no accommodations were made for us since we paid through hotels.com instead of the hotel directly...at least that was the reasoning they provided.

La posizione ed il panorama sono la carta vincente, le piscine anche molto belle. Ci sono grandi problematiche nelle pulizie: penso che non usano attrezzatura idonea e tantomeno prodotti idonei a pulire. Devo anche dire che un giorno stavano pulendo una zona di passaggio esterno con l‘idropulirice…. Quindi non è del tutto trascurato. Anche i giardini sono curati. Ho letto molte lamentele per il trasporto interno… noi eravamo nelle camere più in alto… se non avevamo voglia di aspettare il trasporto andavamo a piedi… effettivamente è solo per persone non pigre. Il cambio delle lenzuola era ok! Vetri e finestre inguardabili per lo sporco. Visto che il nostro soggiorno era di 21 giorni mi sono procurata un buon prodotto e specchio del bagno e piccole altre cose le ho pulite io. Comunque ci tornerei, ovviamente al prezzo che abbiamo pagato, non se dovesse diventare più caro!!!! Anche la palestra era ok ma il pavimento molto sporco, asciugamani sempre puliti.

It was a terrible experience with us, it was my honeymoon staycation, the toilet doesn’t seems hygiene at all, the shower tap was broken, I complained several times, they just just to wait for 4 days of my stay. The elevated stairs are off at late night, which was very tough for me to get out of the resort. They are just selling the view and nothing else I would say. Never expected this from this Andamantra team.

The pictures sale you a paradise, but the reality is that is a very outdated hotel and the cleaning is very poor. I’m the bathroom and aircon were very smelly. The only good thing is the pool view and the small pool were very nice too. Aside from that I would skip this hotel.

The bed was really hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with body aches and stiffness. The staff service was terrible. Staff were rude and barely speak english. The toilet in our room leaked everytime we flushed the toilet. Pee, poop, and water along with toilet tissue came out from behind the toilet. The bathroom smelled. The shower leaked water everytime we showered. I will never stay here again and i dont recommend anyone else stays here. By the way, i complained to the front desk about the toilet leaking. They said someone would go fix it. They lied. It didnt get fixed.

Upon entering our room, we were overwhelmed by the smell of paint, and then we noticed the paint stains on the floor, and it was a room that were newly painted for high season, and immediately people get stuffed in there. They should clean the rooms thoroughly and make sure the toxic fumes are completely gone before letting people stay in there. Also, the shower drain needs to get declogged. The water flooded the bathroom because hair built up in the drain preventing water to flow freely when taking a shower. Also on the balcony, the tea table was covered with cement, the builders probably lived in that room.

Rude staff... ridiculous rules around the key card, towels, check out. Terrible treatment. Filthy bathroom with feces stains on the toilet seat. They Did not clean room every day. They were not kind and offered No hospitality. The only people who were kind were Tip and Sak. Tip and Sak were wonderful!!! Everyone else made me feel unwanted and were extremely rude. The check in lady greeted me with a frown and asked for a voucher as soon as I arrived. I never received a voucher only a receipt via Expedia. I told her I did not have a voucher and she frowned her way through checking me in. When my sister arrived they did not show her to the room. It was a very confusing matrix with a shuttle that is difficult to access...they said my credit card will be held for 2months with a 2000 Baht hold. At check out they the said 14 days. I felt hustled and unwanted. I cannot express how mean and rude the front desk was. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Terrible, horrible and filthy experience. And, not very nice very nice staff.

This is just solely based on my experience. When I first checked in the room was half way cleaned. I had no towels and there were strands of hair on the pillows. I don’t think they ever dust. Where the head lamp was at was extremely dirty and dusty. I’ve stayed a total of 6 days. I asked for an iron or steamer because one was not in my room. I never received it, even after being reassured that one will get to me. I asked everyday for an iron and never received it. In my room there seemed to be some type of plumbing issues with the toilet. After every like 5 flushes the toilet gets clogged. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but I can look past that. The jacuzzi on the balcony needs major renovation. I used it one time and the paint from the jacuzzi from where my skin was in contact with the jacuzzi, peeled off and was stuck into me. I did like location of the hotel. There’s a 7-11 right outside the property, which was convenient. It’s about a 5-10 ride to patong beach and bangla road. The food was also mediocre. Not the best but definitely not the worse. Overall, would I stay here again, probably not. Do I recommended this hotel? No I do not.

Room needed maintenance and overall cleanliness was poor. I found a roach in the restroom and there were ants throughout the room. Housekeeping did not do a good job, and the customer service was below average—especially from the night shift front desk staff. Additionally, the hotel requires a 2000 THB deposit but does not accept credit cards for it. Guests are forced to withdraw cash from the ATM, which charges a 5% fee.

Worst hotel! We stsyed in a 1bedroom pool villa. I was very unpleasant due to the staff's lax and inefficient behavior during the check-in process. The staff was completely untrained and very disorganized and lazy. The hotel is on a sloping hill. so luggage cannot be moved without a shuttle bus. I had to wait 20minutes for the shuttle bus, It took more than 1hour from check-in to getting into the room. The room was an old building. the facilities were badly worn and the cleaning condition was dirty. The biggest problem is that the toilet gets clogged. I made over 10 calls about this issue and they did nothing, Three hours later they had a temporary solution. I requested a room change and after 5hours of this problem I was able to change the room. The condition of the changed room was not much different, and the bathroom was in the worst condition. I saw a warning sign next to the toilet, "Do not put toilet paper in the toilet" They already knew that toilets are clogged. A toilet that doesn't even take toilet paper means you shouldn't poop or urinate in it. Actually it was. I am completely exhausted. No further complaints were made to them. I didn't want to waste my time anymore. Feelin anxious, We used the lobby restroom throughout we stay. I think this is what the hotel wants. I don't want to mention any more. I don't write reviews like this. And I found evidence that symbolizes this hotel's policy. Please refer to the photo. Fire extinguisher manufactured in1994

Even issues happened during our stay. But Front Office Manager - Pond assist solve the problem with her professional service. Besides, Front Office - Jimmy and Joy are friendly. Hotel location and views are excellent. But rooms facilities are ageing. Suggest to renew or it waste the location and view.

We stayed In the honeymoon room 1 king bed with an out door jacuzzi tub on the balcony .... way too hot and dusty to use the jacuzzi tub so its useless ...roooms are very out dated and have alot of moldy smells ... we kept finding dark black hairs short and long all over the bed and room .. we both have dyed blond hair so we knew it wasnt ours. Towels are extremely thin and tearing at the corners This reflects the low price of the hotel... If you can overlook all that then its a great hotel in a great location close to all the main tourist attractions and night life.. Breakfast was basic ..pool was nice staff were friendly.. hotel is set on a steep hill so required mini trucks to take you from room to anywhere in hotel.. If you just need place to crash safely at night ..this is the perfect place.. if you have high expectations and money to spend then I recommend a higher end hotel so you wont be dissapointed or pointing out their numerous faults

This hotel is the worse hotel that I stayed in my life. I have booked 2 bedrooms Villa which looks luxurious in the photos but nothing true. You need to go up and down 90 stairs every day to get to the room. Aircondition doesn’t work and they sent staff to fix it 3 times. Toilet get blocked after half day of use and we had to call for them to come and sort it out. Showers don’t work Fridge doesn’t work on my freezer . Staff don’t care and they just hung up the phone on you … spoke with manager every day to move us to different room and they promise but never happened. Majority of staff don’t speak English and they send wrong food orders. All over was holiday from hell ..

Was given the wrong rooms because they sold the rooms we reserved and paid for until the next day. A/C didn't work. You have to take a security truck to and from building. When you call for pick up they don't come. Rooms are dirty. Stains on bed broken knobs broken faucet.

It’s great view, close to the beach, convenient to anything, I would like to say thank you to staff security front gate Start name with ph fuelgraya … also driver staff members boys team also hosting team on breakfast area. There was few things needed to be improved, Must the time reception not responding to the call or delaying to answer as short staff members.

The view from room was amazing, room was cleaned and had the amenities I needed. Staff did seemed a bit overwhelmed when checking in customers room. We did have to wait until the rooms were ready but overall staying there was amazing!

They were not kind and offered No hospitality. The only people who were kind were Tip and Sak. Tip and Sak were wonderful!!! Everyone else made me feel unwanted and were extremely rude. The check in lady greeted me with a frown and asked for a voucher as soon as I arrived. I never received a voucher only a receipt via Expedia. I told her I did not have a voucher and she frowned her way through checking me in. When my sister arrived they did not show her to the room. It was a very confusing matrix with a shuttle that is difficult to access...they said my credit card will be held for 2months with a 2000 Baht hold. At check out they the said 14 days. I felt hustled and unwanted. I cannot express how mean and rude the front desk was. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Terrible, horrible and filthy experience. And, not very nice very nice staff.

Looks good on the surface but there were many problems! Several of us traveling together and we had several rooms. All rooms look run down and like they haven't been updated since being built. My room, had a leaking toilet and we had a couple bugs in the restroom (thinking due to the water leak), and the rooms have lists of items you'll be charged for if taken but several listed items were never in any of our rooms (even a 2nd room I was moved to). This is very concerning! My second room, the shower door wasn't set properly so it wouldn't shut so water flows out the shower. Another family member's room, water backed up so flowed out the shower. My first room, the room door sometimes wouldn't catch so we always moved stuff into family members' rooms for safety. Techs would come and leave saying they'd return and never would. We had to wait to move rooms on our 3rd day even with the continued problem! Also, shuttle service was limited though we were told to use it instead of walking to our rooms/lobby...we had to walk up/down hill due to often having to wait with no shuttle in sight. This location comes off as top notch but it truly fell short and no accommodations were made for us since we paid through hotels.com instead of the hotel directly...at least that was the reasoning they provided.

The hotel and staff are lovely, the check in and check out process are horrendous. Not what you need when you’re travelling and tired. Took at least 30 mins each time and they held our passports and wouldn’t give them back until the checked the minibar.

It’s great view, close to the beach, convenient to anything, I would like to say thank you to staff security front gate Start name with ph fuelgraya … also driver staff members boys team also hosting team on breakfast area. There was few things needed to be improved, Must the time reception not responding to the call or delaying to answer as short staff members.

Virkelig fine faciliteter. Servicen var helt i bund: 1. Man kunne ikke kommunikere med personalet. 2. Rengøringen skulle man selv bede om at komme og gøre rent hverdag, selv bare at få nyt toiletpapir. 3. Der gik virkelig lang tid før du fik din mad og drikke. 4. De rendte rundt konstant allesammen. Det var tydeligt at se at de SLET ikke har ansat nok personale til at rumme alle hotellets gæster. 5. Når du skal tjekke ind tager det 30-40 min, da de fumler rundt. 6. Når du så er tjekket ind, så skal du med en bil op til dit hotelværelse, som kommer meget sjældent, så her venter du også lige 20 min. Derudover skal du også med denne bil hver gang du skal ud fra dit hotelværelse. Vi endte med bare at gå op og ned, selvom det var stejlt og hårdt i den varme. 7. Når du skal ned til byen, skal du først lige over en “motorvej”, sådan føles det i hvert fald og så kan du ellers gå på vejen hele vejen ned til byen med biler og scooter lige op ad dig.

今次真的中伏了，Check in 足足用了一個半小時，已經有4個工作人員做Check in, 但十分之亂，排隊已經排了半小時，是一個中年服務員幫我做check in, 我也再次說明我訂的是2床海景房，他說清楚，再等了廿分鐘才有專車車我們那座，因為每座也要座接駁車，入房後發覺是一床房，但Bell boy已經離開，我們只有步行落去lobby, 再同那個中年男服務員說，給錯了房，他沒有道歉，還將我們交給其他工作人員，我們又再等她安排房間，又等了大半小時，今次給我們要行樓梯上房間的房，bell boy開房後看見景觀比之前嗰間差距很大，變了down great 咗，每次出街也要行一大段路才能到達lobby，因為洒店沒有shutt 去市區，每次也要call的士，交通費也用了不少，因為離芭東也要十五分鐘車程，就算自己有車都要拍在lobby外的車位再要乘坐接駁車到自住那座，到最後走的時候要提著大行李落樓梯再等接駁車去lobby check out，但等了10分鐘也沒有接駁車，我們推着行李行一大段路到lobby，而三天早餐也只吃了第一天，兩天也不吃酒店的早餐，實在選擇不多，也不好吃，這三晚真的住得十分之不便及不愉快！我不會再選擇這間酒店！

This is just solely based on my experience. When I first checked in the room was half way cleaned. I had no towels and there were strands of hair on the pillows. I don’t think they ever dust. Where the head lamp was at was extremely dirty and dusty. I’ve stayed a total of 6 days. I asked for an iron or steamer because one was not in my room. I never received it, even after being reassured that one will get to me. I asked everyday for an iron and never received it. In my room there seemed to be some type of plumbing issues with the toilet. After every like 5 flushes the toilet gets clogged. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but I can look past that. The jacuzzi on the balcony needs major renovation. I used it one time and the paint from the jacuzzi from where my skin was in contact with the jacuzzi, peeled off and was stuck into me. I did like location of the hotel. There’s a 7-11 right outside the property, which was convenient. It’s about a 5-10 ride to patong beach and bangla road. The food was also mediocre. Not the best but definitely not the worse. Overall, would I stay here again, probably not. Do I recommended this hotel? No I do not.

La posizione ed il panorama sono la carta vincente, le piscine anche molto belle. Ci sono grandi problematiche nelle pulizie: penso che non usano attrezzatura idonea e tantomeno prodotti idonei a pulire. Devo anche dire che un giorno stavano pulendo una zona di passaggio esterno con l‘idropulirice…. Quindi non è del tutto trascurato. Anche i giardini sono curati. Ho letto molte lamentele per il trasporto interno… noi eravamo nelle camere più in alto… se non avevamo voglia di aspettare il trasporto andavamo a piedi… effettivamente è solo per persone non pigre. Il cambio delle lenzuola era ok! Vetri e finestre inguardabili per lo sporco. Visto che il nostro soggiorno era di 21 giorni mi sono procurata un buon prodotto e specchio del bagno e piccole altre cose le ho pulite io. Comunque ci tornerei, ovviamente al prezzo che abbiamo pagato, non se dovesse diventare più caro!!!! Anche la palestra era ok ma il pavimento molto sporco, asciugamani sempre puliti.

We stayed In the honeymoon room 1 king bed with an out door jacuzzi tub on the balcony .... way too hot and dusty to use the jacuzzi tub so its useless ...roooms are very out dated and have alot of moldy smells ... we kept finding dark black hairs short and long all over the bed and room .. we both have dyed blond hair so we knew it wasnt ours. Towels are extremely thin and tearing at the corners This reflects the low price of the hotel... If you can overlook all that then its a great hotel in a great location close to all the main tourist attractions and night life.. Breakfast was basic ..pool was nice staff were friendly.. hotel is set on a steep hill so required mini trucks to take you from room to anywhere in hotel.. If you just need place to crash safely at night ..this is the perfect place.. if you have high expectations and money to spend then I recommend a higher end hotel so you wont be dissapointed or pointing out their numerous faults

There is a lot of construction on the property. Lots of noise, dirt, exposed construction areas and debris. I do not recommend staying here for now. Maybe next year when all upgrades are done this will be a nice place. For now I would recommend staying somewhere else. Even if you complain the staff won’t help you much. They do have a nice breakfast and upper pool area. If you are staying in the area above the big upper pool you will be ok. Anywhere lower than the upper pool save yourself a big disappointment. Lots of other properties to stay at around here.

Resort is lovely, staff were very attentive. Room was a little bit worn, but in a tropical climate, that’s to be expected. Air condition worked amazingly! Food was delicious too and not over the top expensive. Lots of different choices at the buffet breakfast. The resort is on the side of a mountain so does have a lot of stairs, but you can get shuttle from rooms to lobby.

Hotel désuet et malpropre. À l'arrivée un depot de 2000 baht en argent comptant fut demandé alors qu'il n'y avait aucune mention à cet effet lors de la réservation. Les escaliers et passages sont sales et la chambre est très ordinaire. Personne n'a le goût d'utiliser la mini piscine sur le balcon dont la peinture est à moitié pelé et la salubrité très discutable. La toilette a bloqué tous les jours ce qui semble normal pour eux. Nous avons soupé au restaurant de l'hôtel un seul soir et malgré le fait que nous étions seulement 2 couples dans le restaurant après plus de 40 minutes d'attente le repas que nous avons reçu ne correspondait pas du tout à la commande et plus de 20 minutes plus tard un des 2 repas ne convenait toujours pas. De plus, même si il s'agit d'un très grand complexe, la carte de crédit n'est pas acceptée. Au moment du check out tout est payable est argent comptant, aucune carte de crédit acceptée. Désolé, mais cet hôtel devrait etre un 2 étoiles, à vous de voir!

There are definitely some really nice view points for great photos & Chef Pee was outstanding and only staff member to make guests feel welcome but thats it ,other staff was rude front desk 1 hr delay check ins with poor communication false advertising on rooms moved rooms twice still not to have ocean facing room with deluxe king bed, amenities not qorking properly daily never got to use bath the whole trip as never got cleaned even when asked to do so Got double charged on food and drinks than also got charges to room when we never billed to our room amd always paid cash for all our food and drink through the resort espically from blue horizon bar not enough staff on at bar and when there was 3 or more they just stood around talking amongst themselves would take 10-15 mins for them to take ypur order than usually another 5-10 mins before you would receive drinks ,both spas and sauna rooms was never mentioned when check in than qhen asked they only point ypu to the day spa whoch didnt have the sauna or public spas to use.Wifi was non existence most the day be lucky if ot worked for 20 mins before cutting out and having to constant refresh or restetting wifi through out resort was what we was been told . Overall i will never recommend your resort to anyone
