Overall a decent hotel. I’d stay here again. WiFi was good. The standard room was large and newly refurbished. A large bathroom. Close to the Metro and grocery stores a Carrefour and Lidl. A couple things: no safe in the room, the AC temp was set by the front desk reception and the water temperature in the shower fluctuated from warm to cold in the morning. Overall good value.

I enjoyed my stay at Crosstown ByPillow. The location was very good for South of the centre of madrid food and drink, but also only less than 5 mins to a metro stop which has line 1 which goes up through centro. I was initially given a room where the toilet flush wasn't working. After a failed attempt at fixing I was found a new room. Service at the front desk was always very friendly and helpful of all the people I encountered.

Este hotel es lo único q necesitas para pasar unos lindos días en Madrid, muy buenas instalaciones, camas cómodas, lockers por si te vas más tarde q el check out, los servicios funcionan, aire acondicionado, agua caliente, etc. Lo mejor, la recepciones, muy amables y atentos todos los chicos. Espero encontrarlos nuevamente por allí.

Este hotel es lo único q necesitas para pasar unos lindos días en Madrid, muy buenas instalaciones, camas cómodas, lockers por si te vas más tarde q el check out, los servicios funcionan, aire acondicionado, agua caliente, etc. Lo mejor, la recepciones, muy amables y atentos todos los chicos. Great location - near to a cafe, supermarket and metro stop and only a short walk right into the heart of Madrid but keeps you away from the hustle & bustle to give a quieter hub. Clean, modern, facilities exactly what you need! Staff very friendly and everything very easy to use!

This hotel obviously is not ready for public. For my first day check-in, still see renovation on the ground floor on the go. Staffs are polite and helpful, but room facility has not yet well installed and cleaned after renovation. Strong smell from new renovation, toilet floor is full with renovation dust. Electricity of the room flash out every 15 mins. It's in late June pretty hot in Madrid, air-con got turned off because of electricity supply flash out. Pretty annoying. I paid for no good comfort stay at all . Bed is comfortable, but still in winter blanket, with no air-con, hard to sleep in. Room design is great, but don't know why there has no small desk or table for placing stuff or eating, a bit inconvenient when you got something want to drop off. TV is new, but not yet connected. No signals. I was got tired to complain as only stay in one night. Completely bad experience. Digital door lock at my room 211 did not work well. Finally have to get a special access card from reception! Strange.

Room could use a dusting and floor washed, but linens and bathroom clean. Ants in the bathroom, which didn't bother us. Efficient use of small space for comfort. Nice to have a hot water kettle to make coffee/tea (provided) and the biscuit and bottle of water are nice addition.

Nos quedamos 2 noches, la habitacion olia micho a tabaco y el baño tambien. Pedimos si podian hacer algo y digeron que mandarian a la limpieza. El olor persistió las 2 noches y era muy desagradable.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. Many interesting places were walking distance from the property. I wish the room itself had been cleaner and in better condition but overall, it was okay. Only spent time in the room to sleep and shower.

객실이 깨끗하고, 청소도 자주 잘 해주셨어요! 데스크 직원 분도 너무 친절하셨답니다. 무엇보다 위치 하나만큼은 정말 기가 막히네요. 다만 방 자체가 엄청 좋고 그런건 아니고 딱 있을 것만 있는 느낌입니다!

Great location and great staff. Juan at the front desk was super helpful and nice. The only thing that was not positive for us was that there was a slight off-putting smell in our room. Other than that it was very clean and walkable to almost all the spots we wanted to visit.

The room looked ok but it was as super small no space to even open luggage properly. The bathroom you could smell the drainage and it permiated the room. Also the AC Unit did not work so I had to open windows

Very noisy, especially on the weekend. The AC was not working, heater instead. It was too hot for us. The only way was opening the windows to get a fresh air. But it was extremely noisy even we are on the 5th floor. The room was tiny. Just enough to you to walk and sleep. The only good thing is the convenient and walkable to anywhere.

Very comfortable bed and pillows- tight on space around the bed and no room to leave suitcase open; I had a sigle occupancy room hence that might be the issue. I had a room on the back so it was very quiet. Reception staff helpful and welcoming. Toiletries provided.

The hotel is well placed for the metro and for getting into the heart of the city. The staff on reception were really pleasant and helpful, especially around the air con which kept turning itself off. The standard of the room was high for this price bracket with bright, comfortable furnishings and a spacious, clean bathroom. The cost of hotels in Madrid seems pretty high, but this felt like a very good find!

The place was nice but very small for 4 people. We didn't mind since we were just staying the night. There was a lot of people out and around near the hotel way past midnight but it wasn't too noisy. Very hot in the room and could not adjust the central air. Daytime temps in Madrid were over 100 degrees farenheit. We understood that the air conditioning didn't go on till we were in the room but it took a long time to cool down. Overall we had a very nice stay for one night. The staff were wonderful!!

gutes Stadthotel in Madrid. Die Lage Nahe Sol ist perfekt. U-Bahn Station um die Ecke. Sauberes Hotel. Ich hatte ein Einzelzimmer, dieses war sehr klein. Kein Kleiderschrank oder Ablagefläche vorhanden. Ich würde ein Doppelzimmer empfehlen, auch zur Alleinbenutzung. Aber im großen und ganzen durchaus weiterzuempfehlen 👍

We booked extremely last minute and It was very easy. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We got an upgrade and the room is very cute! Very walkable and many dining options. Cannot recommend enough!

I definitely left my mobile phone charger in the room and went back for it after check-out, but the reception staff did not check it with me as they were told that housekeeping had not reported it. I felt it was unkind.

The hotel is well placed for the metro and for getting into the heart of the city. The staff on reception were really pleasant and helpful, especially around the air con which kept turning itself off. The standard of the room was high for this price bracket with bright, comfortable furnishings and a spacious, clean bathroom. The cost of hotels in Madrid seems pretty high, but this felt like a very good find!

Great location - near to a cafe, supermarket and metro stop and only a short walk right into the heart of Madrid but keeps you away from the hustle & bustle to give a quieter hub. Clean, modern, facilities exactly what you need! Staff very friendly and everything very easy to use!

The hotel is nicely located, a few mins walk from the metro station and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and supermarkets. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is clean and well maintained. The only thing is the sound proof is not so good. You can hear people talking and walking around the corridor throughout the night and early morning. Would sleep better without these sound.

Good Budget hotel,however 250usd per night is not budget.. I would add bit more like 50-100 more,and move to some other 4* options on Gran via or nearby .. room was small .. on the ground floor and bit noisy outside ... as people are walking in front of your door and window ..staff helpful but not smiley ..

Vi hadde et flott rom med en fantastisk veranda. Veldig hjelpsomt personale. Utmerket beliggenhet med gåavstand til de fleste attraksjoner. Anbefales!
