Modern well equipped room. Very clean and housekeeping came everyday to make beds/ change towels. Beds were very comfy. Shower was great- hot and powerful. Lovely roof terraces with great sunset views. Staff were all extremely friendly and very accommodating. There is a safe and mini fridge in the room too.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The reception staff was very helpful and recommended places to visit, they also recommended sunset restaurants and made a booking for us. The location is perfect, close to everything in Fira without being too busy. We also really enjoyed the pool! Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Santorini.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de la gare routière et de tous les commerces et restaurants, Stan est très accueillant et disponible, la chambre est propre et bien aménagée, la piscine est un peu petite mais comme celle des autres hôtels de Fira. Très bon séjour dans cet établissement.

Convenient location for exploring the island: 5 to 15 minute walk to great locations and the public bus. Rooms are okay. Bathroom, particularly the shower, could do with a renovation. Nice pool. Lovely staff.

Everything exceeded expectations. Really like the location, the guys who checked me in and out very friendly. Would recommend this. Nice rooftop terrace over looking Santorini and pool. Good use of space and communal spaces.

Very friendly and helpful reception. Excellent position in Fira town with stunning views over the caldera. Despite being given an upgrade, the room was VERY tiny, felt and smelled clammy. The only ventilation was a small window or the open door. No shower curtain = wet bathroom floor. None of the normal TV stations were working. Pool was empty and off limits.

The hotel is very unique in that it consists of several buildings and structures at various levels, like a little neighborhood — hence the name Kykladonisia Settlement. George is a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome. He provided us with a map with all the important things to see and do. The location couldn’t be better. It is a number of steps up to the main street with shops and restaurants, a bakery, the McDonald’s, the laundromat, mini marts, the Tattoo parlor and much more at the Center which is a 5 minute walk away. We booked one of the newer rooms for 4. It has a curved ceiling and is very spacious. A mini fridge and safe is provided. The A/C works well and is quiet but during the night we just left the windows flipped down. The neighborhood is very quiet as it is a little distance away from the main street uphill. We would definitely stay here again and in exactly the same room which has the name Pyros.

The hotel is well-located within walking distance of the town area and the bus terminal. It is quiet as it is off the main road. It is accessible only by foot, which can be quite challenging with heavy luggage. The room is a bit small, but still acceptable. The counter staff (Konstantinos) was quite rude at times.

The room was very clean and quiet. There was a great communal terrace with sea views. The managers were very friendly and helpful. They gave me tips on where to eat out. I will certainly stay there again.

This place was amazing! The rooms were so clean and nicely renovated. Staff is super nice and friendly! A small walk from the main shops in Fira. What a beautifull town! Bus stop is not too far away as well. Zero complains. Love it love it!!

The hotel is well-located within walking distance of the town area and the bus terminal. It is quiet as it is off the main road. It is accessible only by foot, which can be quite challenging with heavy luggage. The room is a bit small, but still acceptable. The counter staff (Konstantinos) was quite rude at times.

The room was very clean, the staff are extremely especially Stan (was an absolute pleasure to meet him) and Kykladonisia is situated in a great location, accessible to all parts of Fira and Santorini by bus or taxi. Is definitely recommend anyone staying here!

Awesome hotel, I recommend a lot! The staff is amazing and so helpful!! The hotel is very well situated, it’s a short walk to the caldera.

The hotel is very unique in that it consists of several buildings and structures at various levels, like a little neighborhood — hence the name Kykladonisia Settlement. George is a wonderful host who made us feel very welcome. He provided us with a map with all the important things to see and do. The location couldn’t be better. It is a number of steps up to the main street with shops and restaurants, a bakery, the McDonald’s, the laundromat, mini marts, the Tattoo parlor and much more at the Center which is a 5 minute walk away. We booked one of the newer rooms for 4. It has a curved ceiling and is very spacious. A mini fridge and safe is provided. The A/C works well and is quiet but during the night we just left the windows flipped down. The neighborhood is very quiet as it is a little distance away from the main street uphill. We would definitely stay here again and in exactly the same room which has the name Pyros.

Hôtel impeccable et accueillant. Personnel sympathique et chambres très propres. Les concierges sont dévoués, à l' écoute et efficaces pour les taxis ou navettes de jour comme de nuit. Ils parlent anglais au top. Ce complexe de chambres est construit en cascade, agrippé à la colline. Très typique de Santorini. Les dédales, qui conduisent aux chambres, et peintures de cette ruelle sont "clean". "Hard" avec la chaleur de "tirer" ses valises jusqu'à la petite rue où ns attendent les taxis lors de nos Rdv. Murs colorés et éclairages de nuit ="chic". Escaliers glissants.(Peinture huilée). Si talons aiguilles= Aïe. Mais la "classe".... On les prend à la main... Un énorme et magnifique bougainvillier trône au-dessus de la piscine où on peut faire un plouf après visite de la fameuse Caldeira qu'on ne se lasse pas d'admirer jour et nuit. Et bien sûr c'est une vie nocturne et on ne s'ennuie pas.

Le séjour a été parfait, la chambre était très propre, le ménage est fait tous les matins. L’hotel est situé dans une rue calme et proche du centre de Fira. La piscine est un vrai plus.

Didn’t get the room I booked for (double or twin room). Initially the receptionist assigned me the room in the cave saying other rooms had been full, and that since I booked with the third party he couldn’t do anything for me. ( I don’t know why he kept saying I booked with Expedia instead of Hotels, and the booking information was wrong) I insisted that I had paid more than the one he wanted to give me, eventually he gave me a triple room that was available. The room itself was okay and clean, but the shower had curtain instead of the door that I would have gotten if they gave me the exact room I paid for. So the floor was getting wet afterwards.
