Room Amenities is not good. Shampoo and conditioner, soap is empty. Breakfast is limited and no choose and few. Security and some staff sleeping in the lobby at early morning. Lobby is very dark at night. First time and will not recommended to my friends to stay.

Das Hotel wirkt auf den Bildern sehr neu und modern. Und ist vermutlich auch noch gar nicht so alt, dafür aber schon sehr abgenutzt. Das Schlimmste war allerdings der Geruch: In der Lobby roch es bei unserer Ankunft nach Urin und auf den Gängen sowie im Zimmer hing ein sehr penetranter, fauliger Abflussgeruch in der Luft. Das mag zum Teil dem starken Regen an diesem Tag geschuldet gewesen sein, war aber wirklich widerlich. Unser Zimmer mit King-Bett war winzig und total verbaut - man konnte kaum einen Koffer öffnen. Oder auf der Toilette sitzen, ohne die Tür an die Knie zu bekommen. Das Mini-Bad stand nach dem Duschen auch komplett unter Wasser. Es gab zudem nur zwei große Handtücher, keine kleinen für die Hände. Das angebotene Frühstück bestand aus zwei zur Wahl stehenden philippinischen Gerichten, wurde nach der Bestellung aber auch erst nach 45 Minuten auf den Tisch gebracht, obwohl das Restaurant nicht annähernd voll war. Und die Qualität war die lange Wartezeit auch nicht wert. Wir waren zum Glück nur für eine Nacht dort und werden garantiert nicht wiederkommen.

The Bad - Breakfast was SEVERELY lacking, with the food quality extremely disappointing. - The stench of the creek beside the hotel when you step outside or swim in their pool - Avoid the rooms facing the city/road if you're staying in a lower floor. - There is a decrease in value for money due to their price increase. - Plenty of items unavailable from their restaurant/room service menu. The Good - Room size is more than adequate, and the views to either the volcano or the city is nicer on the higher floors - Bed is comfortable - Laundry was crisp and clean - Staff were polite - Spa therapist was really good. I highly recommend their signature massage. May reconsider staying elsewhere in the city if this does not improve.

Looks nice inside. The dining are and room are well designed. But bathroom is missing of extra towel or rug for the floor. Water from shower are overflowing on the floor. But I would recommend this hotel.

This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. If you feel you want a change from the hotel food (which was good) you can order in from Grab but there is a charge added if your order is before 10pm. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed.

Tried direct booking but front desk officer took long to respond so I tried using hotels.com app instead for seamless booking. Upon arrival, we noticed the warm atmosphere at the lobby due to poor airconditioning but the lobby was clean and easy to look for. We added one more room since we are 5 persons all in all. The roomy was neat and cozy which is a plus along with the spacious bathroom. We noticed the room door to be a bit thin so you can here people outside walking along the hallway. It was a satisfactory stay overall as the hotel offers good value for money with their pricing. Parking is located at the back near the pool but can be a bit crowded during weekends. Buffet is affordable

This is rated as a “4-star” hotel. At most, I’d give it a 3-star and that’s being very very generous. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and there were winged insects (flies?) in the sink. I saw that some of the work done in the room I was in was rushed too. Included breakfast was very limited and disappointing. I was expecting more since this hotel was carrying the name “Oriental” and I stayed in far better hotels that’s cheaper and have better amenities… The staff were trying extra hard to accomodate and please guests but they felt like they were hospitality students who were in apprenticeship and didn’t know what they were doing. Also phoned the desk from room to let them know that the WiFi wasn’t working. They said they’ll let their IT department know but no action was taken. I didn’t get a call back as well… Issue wasn’t fixed and I just resorted to using my mobile data for work. Menu was made from a coloured bond paper that was laminated. Not to nitpick but this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. Dinner was lacklustre. I ordered a cheeseburger, which is really hard to screw up. What I got: overcooked and burned patty that wasn’t seasoned well. Potato chips that came with it tasted bitter like it was burned. I did like the lumpia on a positive note though. I’d pay a little more money for a better hotel, which Legazpi City has quite a few of. One good thing I can say us that the bed and pillows were super comfortable.

The view was great food and service was a pleasurable experience. The room was kept neat and tidy, we have been well accomodated by the staff .although we have encountered issue on the booking reservation they have made their best to assist and adress our concerns .The confirmation was not their fault i guess it was more on the App itself.

The staff were excellent in politeness and in doing the extra mile to accomodate requests. I like the hospitality and genuine customer service. The only issue for me was that the bed sheets had stains which was very troubling.

I’d pay a little more money for a better hotel, which Legazpi City has quite a few of. One good thing I can say us that the bed and pillows were super comfortable.
This is rated as a “4-star” hotel. At most, I’d give it a 3-star and that’s being very very generous. Bathroom wasn’t very clean and there were winged insects (flies?) in the sink. I saw that some of the work done in the room I was in was rushed too. Included breakfast was very limited and disappointing. I was expecting more since this hotel was carrying the name “Oriental” and I stayed in far better hotels that’s cheaper and have better amenities… The staff were trying extra hard to accomodate and please guests but they felt like they were hospitality students who were in apprenticeship and didn’t know what they were doing. Also phoned the desk from room to let them know that the WiFi wasn’t working. They said they’ll let their IT department know but no action was taken. I didn’t get a call back as well… Issue wasn’t fixed and I just resorted to using my mobile data for work. Menu was made from a coloured bond paper that was laminated. Not to nitpick but this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. Dinner was lacklustre. I ordered a cheeseburger, which is really hard to screw up. What I got: overcooked and burned patty that wasn’t seasoned well. Potato chips that came with it tasted bitter like it was burned. I did like the lumpia on a positive note though. I’d pay a little more money for a better hotel, which Legazpi City has quite a few of. One good thing I can say us that the bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Das Hotel wirkt auf den Bildern sehr neu und modern. Und ist vermutlich auch noch gar nicht so alt, dafür aber schon sehr abgenutzt. Das Schlimmste war allerdings der Geruch: In der Lobby roch es bei unserer Ankunft nach Urin und auf den Gängen sowie im Zimmer hing ein sehr penetranter, fauliger Abflussgeruch in der Luft. Das mag zum Teil dem starken Regen an diesem Tag geschuldet gewesen sein, war aber wirklich widerlich. Unser Zimmer mit King-Bett war winzig und total verbaut - man konnte kaum einen Koffer öffnen. Oder auf der Toilette sitzen, ohne die Tür an die Knie zu bekommen. Das Mini-Bad stand nach dem Duschen auch komplett unter Wasser. Es gab zudem nur zwei große Handtücher, keine kleinen für die Hände. Das angebotene Frühstück bestand aus zwei zur Wahl stehenden philippinischen Gerichten, wurde nach der Bestellung aber auch erst nach 45 Minuten auf den Tisch gebracht, obwohl das Restaurant nicht annähernd voll war. This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. If you feel you want a change from the hotel food (which was good) you can order in from Grab but there is a charge added if your order is before 10pm. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed.

Tried direct booking but front desk officer took long to respond so I tried using hotels.com app instead for seamless booking. Upon arrival, we noticed the warm atmosphere at the lobby due to poor airconditioning but the lobby was clean and easy to look for. We added one more room since we are 5 persons all in all. The roomy was neat and cozy which is a plus along with the spacious bathroom. We noticed the room door to be a bit thin so you can here people outside walking along the hallway. It was a satisfactory stay overall as the hotel offers good value for money with their pricing. Parking is located at the back near the pool but can be a bit crowded during weekends. Buffet is affordable

Friendly staff. Great location for access to central places. Had to pay 500 pesos for a small refrigerator. Had leftovers from a restaurant and was told no food could be brought to the hotel because it has a restaurant and next time would result in a charge. I think this is a terrible policy. The TV had no signal and the staff said I could watch You Tube. I desired to watch English language news. I requested they fix this issue but they did not. In addition, a large puddle occurred in the room overnight. When I reported this the staff seemed unconcerned and stated that it had rained. Shower had so many clogged spouts it directed water all over the floor. Despite these issues, I enjoy this hotel and will stay there again if needed.

Room Amenities is not good. Shampoo and conditioner, soap is empty. Breakfast is limited and no choose and few. Security and some staff sleeping in the lobby at early morning. Lobby is very dark at night. First time and will not recommended to my friends to stay.

Poor assistance, with 2kids in tow and luggage, with one adult, you expect somehow they would offer some help sadly, no one did. Have to find our way to the elevator. Breakfast buffet has minimal food choices. Saving grace is, they offer coffee!

The staff were excellent in politeness and in doing the extra mile to accomodate requests. I like the hospitality and genuine customer service. The only issue for me was that the bed sheets had stains which was very troubling.

The view was great food and service was a pleasurable experience. The room was kept neat and tidy, we have been well accomodated by the staff .although we have encountered issue on the booking reservation they have made their best to assist and adress our concerns .The confirmation was not their fault i guess it was more on the App itself.

I travel often all over the world...and i never had to pay ro bring in outside food...500 peso for outside food...RIDICULOUS...won't ever be coming back here and I'll be sure to advise all my traveling friends to NEVER come here.

This was a great place to be based in Legazpi with a lovely outdoor pool that was warm thanks to some very sunny days. Our room looked out on the main road but this was in no way a problem and was not noisey. All the staff were warm and friendly, especially Callie who was always on duty in reception. She’s a little dog who quite happily sits on the reception desk greeting visitors. If you feel you want a change from the hotel food (which was good) you can order in from Grab but there is a charge added if your order is before 10pm. The room was spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed.

During our stay, the region was hit by a 5.4 scale earthquake at around 10PM. All employees and guests were evacuated outside in the pool area. After sometime, we were allowed to go back to our room. The following morning, we were checking out and I requested for a late checkout of 2:00 PM. I said because of the earthquake, we had to adjust our sleeping hour as. I was denied because the admitting employee said they have incoming guess. But, for 500 pesos an hour, they could extend their he stay. Welll, that says a lot about the hotel policies.
