Péssimo em tudo. Não nos atenderam no tel, Watch, ficamos na porta esperando horas até conseguir entrar, entramos por sorte em um quarto que nem sabíamos que era nosso. Vimos uma chave pendurada e entramos. Ninguém deu suporte. Ficamos lá 5 dias e ninguém da reserva apareceu ou ligou. Ar condicionado quebrado, colchão velho com buracos, chaves amassadas onde tinha que abrir a porta com jeito se não não abria. Barulho e mosquitos pq tivemos que dormir e de janelas abertas pela falta do ar.

I stayed at this property recently and unfortunately cannot recommend it. The Wi‑Fi has been down for more than five hours, even after notifying the property manager, which made it impossible for me to send important files before departing Bari. Nine hours later I received an email with a new wifi password. But was already asleep by then due to an early morning departure. The room itself was disappointing. The carpet around the bed has visible stains, and there were noticeable hairs around the base of the bed. The fridge had no fresh water, and there were no cups or glasses provided — very basic items that should be standard. As well no bar soap in the washroom. Just two packets of shampoo. The shower stall was also concerning, with visible black mould and staining around the base that clearly requires deep cleaning. Overall, the lack of essential amenities, poor cleanliness, and unresolved Wi‑Fi issues made this a frustrating stay. I gave this property a one‑star rating and would not recommend it to other travellers.

Place is within walking distance of main shopping street, old town and train station. Rug in apartment could use a deep cleaning. Overall, great place for the price.

Our stay was from 29th June - 6th July Accommodation was listed as "Suite&Chic", with a balcony & city view. It was room only. Very large bedroom with a Queen sized bed, in a large room. Separate bathroom , walk-in shower, sink, bidet & comfort height toilet We don't agree with the use of the word "Chic" as it wasn't. *Paint was peeling off the skirting board in a number of places. * No wardrobes, just a U shaped pole screwed to a chipboard cupboard. Clothing was therefore if full view on the bedroom * Air conditioning unit was was in the bedroom, With a drainage hose into a large plastic container, which we had to empty twice during our stay to prevent it over flowing. Stains of wooden flooring & skirting indicated that this had happened in the past * Walk-in Shower drained very slowly, leading to leaks onto wooden floor. Again evidence of historical leaks on flooring etc * Small fridge, ice box hadn't been defrosted. It also leaked on occasion. It was in main bedroom, on top a chipboard cupboard, with signs of historical leaks * Most storage units were chipboard, Largest on near bed has a shelf with a broken support * Balcony / City View; Highlighting this as a headline, INFERRED that we could have breakfast outside / drinks in evening, using the 2 chairs & a table. The problem was there weren't any glasses, cutlery or plates. * Both balcony doors were insecure. * No Reception on our block. We had to ring Confort Hotels * No Maid service durning our stay.
