We genuinely loved this stay. The staff was phenomenal, so kind and went the extra mile. The whole hotel smells and looks so clean. Our room was great, beds were comfortable. The only small bummer was the pool- not very large, but otherwise really a fantastic stay.

Everything from checkin to checkout was seamless. The breakfast staff were also very lovely and started to recognize us in the mornings and would wish us a good day! The rooms were lovely, though I recommend checking out the sealing around the showers. We needed towels to mop up a lot of the water, but it wasn't too bad. We had four people, using the two queen beds and the couch day bed, and we were all quite comfortable. The room was spacious and so was the closet. Hotel always smelled nice when we walked in, and hot breakfast options varied each morning. You can get complimentary water at the desk. Gym was also pretty well equipped, but like most hotel gyms, nothing overly heavy. I didn't use the pool. Parking is $20 a night, which wasn't great, but it is what it is. If you have a rental and you return it before checking out, let them know so they won't charge you when there's no car and double-check before you leave in the morning. More just a regular thing to do at hotels! Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again. I don't care much for the strip, but I was glad this didn't smell like smoke or had the restlessness of a casino hotel. Plus, it's very close to the airport!

Less than one year old, this property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The rooms are well laid out and comfortably equipped, the breakfast area is attractive, and there is a small outdoor pool suitable for families with young children (max depth 4.5 ft). The best part is the friendly, welcoming staff who treat you like family. Convenient to the airport, away from the craziness of the Strip. Would definitely stay here again!

Receptionist was very warm and friendly. Hotel is new and very clean with ample free parking. There is a small pool which we didn’t use. The 2-Queen bed suite on the first floor is spacious. Shower and toilet are in good condition. Water pressure is good. Continental breakfast has a good selection. Staff is very friendly. I asked for an extra set of towels and they came within 10-15 minutes. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend.

While there some positive aspects of my visit, I feel it is important to address a few areas that left me dissatisfied. First, I noticed that the breakfast offerings could benefit from increased variet - Not much options for toddlers - Additionally, I encountered significant issues with the laundry service - The machine hasn’t been maintained properly which resulted in my clothes being ruined. I sought assistance from the management staff; however, I found the support lacking and unhelpful. Quite disappointing. While my stay was satisfactory in several respects, these issues significantly impacted my overall experience.

The pool and hot tub were outdoors but both heated well during the cold months. It was a nice place and great place for the family to stay.

This hotel will charge you extra parking fee of $10 per night after you check in. They explained there will be a security guard in the parking lot but we never saw one. The front desk is unprofessional, as when I called back and tried to ask for a refund, they purposely avoided dealing with it and even disrespected my last name. Overall, my experience with this hotels customer service was good until check out. The way they deal with a customer’s questions or problems is not worthy of a 4 star ranking.

All the staff, from front desk, breakfast staff to housekeeping, were very friendly, helpful, and customer service was awesome. The laundry room was open 24 hours which was perfect for us.

The room had a fridge, microwave, & coffee maker which was very convenient. I liked being able to log into my own Netflix account. The bed was clean but extremely firm, which flared up my sciatic nerve pain. I barely slept. The room was clean, though I found a few dead bugs on the desk. Given the bed bug issues reported on the strip, I panicked a little. I called the front desk. A young man came right away to inspect. Thankfully, they were just fruit flies. He was very apologetic, cleaned the desk thoroughly, & explained their room inspection policy after every guest checks out. That gave some peace of mind, he was great. In fact, all of the night shift staff were great. They were warm, inviting, personable, accommodating, acknowledges you. They worked as a team to help guests. The day shift was the opposite. I needed help checking out with lots of bags & was told to get my own luggage cart. I went down & NO carts. Staff didn’t check before sending me, nor did the 3 people at the desk offer help, but instead ignored me standing there, no “may I help you.” I had my autistic child with me & couldn’t leave him or the bags unattended. We visibly struggled with a broken cart someone left in the hallway that I luckily found while staff watched & did nothing. A manager even ignored us while chatting with other guests. It took almost an hour to load the car. I was exhausted & disappointed. I will never stay here again. If it wasn’t for night shift I would give ZERO stars.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. This visit was just okay. The staff are always so incredibly friendly. They’re the best. The breakfast is always good. My room had a leaking shower onto the floor. The bed was so uncomfortable this time and my toilet would rock when you sat on it. It was so weird. I was surprised no one cleaned my room up during a four night stay. One of the days I came back to a messy room. I felt forgotten. Hope they pay attention more and there was fried chicken skin on my carpet.

This hotel was very clean, quiet, updated and smelled clean. All staff members were very professional and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was really good and had a lot of variety. I liked the location of the hotel, it was away from the strip but just a short Uber ride to it. It was close to a lot of places to eat and short walk from Starbucks.

I really liked this hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The room was a nice size, the beds were cozy, and there were plenty of outlets. The breakfast options were great, with something for everyone in my family. If I had to pick one thing to complain about, it's that the air conditioning unit was a bit loud, but I'm really nitpicking here.

Everything was perfect! Room is great! Can easily accommodate 6 people with the trundle bed! Pool area is clean and well maintained. Breakfast was great with nice options! Front desk staff was attentive and friendly!

A very mid hotel. I thought this place was new. It didn’t really feel that way. Entrance is tiny for a hotel. Breakfast options were a bit limited. For the choices you have in Vegas I would never come here again. The BIGGEST issue is the plane noise from the fan in the room. Guaranteed you will not sleep a wink. So irritating and annoying. Wish more would call this out in their reviews. You cannot turn it off, and the rooms are so small you will fall over your suitcases to move around. Glad it was limited to one night.

The room had a fridge, microwave, & coffee maker which was very convenient. I liked being able to log into my own Netflix account. The bed was clean but extremely firm, which flared up my sciatic nerve pain. I barely slept. The room was clean, though I found a few dead bugs on the desk. Given the bed bug issues reported on the strip, I panicked a little. I called the front desk. A young man came right away to inspect. Thankfully, they were just fruit flies. He was very apologetic, cleaned the desk thoroughly, & explained their room inspection policy after every guest checks out. That gave some peace of mind, he was great. In fact, all of the night shift staff were great. They were warm, inviting, personable, accommodating, acknowledges you. They worked as a team to help guests. The day shift was the opposite. I needed help checking out with lots of bags & was told to get my own luggage cart. I went down & NO carts. Staff didn’t check before sending me, nor did the 3 people at the desk offer help, but instead ignored me standing there, no “may I help you.” I had my autistic child with me & couldn’t leave him or the bags unattended. We visibly struggled with a broken cart someone left in the hallway that I luckily found while staff watched & did nothing. A manager even ignored us while chatting with other guests. It took almost an hour to load the car. I was exhausted & disappointed. I will never stay here again. If it wasn’t for night shift I would give ZERO stars.

We genuinely loved this stay. The staff was phenomenal, so kind and went the extra mile. The whole hotel smells and looks so clean. Our room was great, beds were comfortable. The only small bummer was the pool- not very large, but otherwise really a fantastic stay.

We came in around midnight after our flight was cancelled. Asked for a late check out, as we were pretty worn out from our long wait at the airport (before getting a cancellation notice), I overheard the front desk agent asking the manager if they could accommodate us, and the manager promptly said “NO!”.

I appreciate how kind, thorough, and speedy my late night check in was after a long drive. The front desk receptionist was absolutely wonderful. Our room fit a family of 5 comfortably and with clean and efficient accommodations. Housekeeping was great with ensuring the rooms were up to par and kind as i would pass them by and wish them a good morning. As i saw some of the new shift of employees arrive in the morning they all greeted eachother and had a wonderful attitude arriving for the day. This location also serves a wonderful breakfast in the morning , which is included with your stay, with more than an adequate variety. As i had breakfast i was extremely greatful to see how the individuals in charge/overlooking breakfast worked tirelessly to maintain the cleanliness of the breakfast area as well ensuring the food was warm and available. As the end of serving hours approached the extremely polite female employee ensured anyone who was eating was aware that breakfast was coming to an end so that anyone interested could serve themselves a final time. I feel the location was great and still within a minimal drive to the las vegas strip as well as other sights. Thank you for a wonderful stay, and i look foward to a future visit.

Receptionist was very warm and friendly. Hotel is new and very clean with ample free parking. There is a small pool which we didn’t use. The 2-Queen bed suite on the first floor is spacious. Shower and toilet are in good condition. Water pressure is good. Continental breakfast has a good selection. Staff is very friendly. I asked for an extra set of towels and they came within 10-15 minutes. Definitely would stay here again. Highly recommend.

I stayed here recently, and the entire experience was great. When we first arrived, the staff offered us complimentary water because it was hot and walked us through the process. They provided us a list of restaurants and establishments around the area that we could walk to. Definitely recommend the Japanese restaurant nearby. During our stay, staff were so nice. The housekeepers were so nice and checked with us daily to see if we needed service. The staff who handled the breakfast served great food and made sure everything was well stocked. I apologize for forgetting her name, but the Japanese lady who provided breakfast even came over to let us know that breakfast was ending soon and if she could get us anything. Definitely recommend this hotel. This will be our spot off the strip going forward.

This hotel will charge you extra parking fee of $10 per night after you check in. They explained there will be a security guard in the parking lot but we never saw one. The front desk is unprofessional, as when I called back and tried to ask for a refund, they purposely avoided dealing with it and even disrespected my last name. Then, after talking to an Expedia representative, I found out that I wasn't checked in. It was inconvenient and I was short on my spending since I wouldn't be receiving reimbursement until 4 business days. Thus, my stay was only good not excellent.

So lovely! Perfect distance to Allegiant Stadium. We can in for the Beyonce concert and we’re pleasantly surprised to have a clean, beautiful, and comfortable suite. The hot breakfast was perfect. The quiche was amazing. The staff was friendly. Parking was easy. And yes! Right next to 3 coffee shops Starbucks, Scooters, and Pikey. Amazing stay!

Less than one year old, this property is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The rooms are well laid out and comfortably equipped, the breakfast area is attractive, and there is a small outdoor pool suitable for families with young children (max depth 4.5 ft). Our stay was pleasant, location has good access to the freeway. If you want a pretty quite place to stay in Vegas this is a pretty nice location. The breakfast was nice to have available and staff were very pleasant and welcoming.

While there some positive aspects of my visit, I feel it is important to address a few areas that left me dissatisfied. First, I noticed that the breakfast offerings could benefit from increased variet - Not much options for toddlers - Additionally, I encountered significant issues with the laundry service - The machine hasn’t been maintained properly which resulted in my clothes being ruined. I sought assistance from the management staff; however, I found the support lacking and unhelpful. Quite disappointing. This hotel meets the standards that you expect from a Marriott except for the smallest exception. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I have zero complaints. The rooms and the hotel in general are very clean. The room is large enough for five adults, which we had. The bathroom doors are sliding, and that keeps the noise down in the night. (NOTE: There should be a nightlight in the bathroom because it sits in the middle of the room, and if you put the lights on in the night, the room is illuminated. Yes, you could shut the door completely and then put on the lights. In the middle of the night, the brain does not always think that way.) The breakfast was wonderful, and the woman working to serve it was amazingly friendly and helpful. Everything about the breakfast and the coffee and tea station, 24/7, is wonderful. I have nothing but the highest praise for that. As for the only negative, it would be the trundle bed. I get it. It's a space saver. There's a sofa in there. Just put a sofa bed instead. It would sleep two more and not create such a space issue, and it would provide far more comfort. That's a really small thing, but it was strange. Otherwise, I have nothing but praise for this hotel and the staff.

We loved this place! ALL of the staff were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was great, many choices form hot foods to yogurt or cereal. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Vegas.

Great place to stay not far from the strip. A barking dog all night kept us awake but the staff did their best to fix it and went out of their way make sure we were happy with our stay . Would stay again.
