The hotel was a bit outdated and felt it was need of a refurb. The rooms where big but feels they were from the 90s era. But in general nice staff and very helpful. The hotel breakfast was in a diner style resturant which felt a bit tacky.

The carpet with spots that had not been fully cleaned, and the shower floor is dangerously slippery with water not drained because the floor marble is not properly tilted .

The rooms were a bit tired but the noise is what you need to know. It’s a flight path!!!! The service at the rooftop restaurant was also horrible! I would never stay there again. I actually checked out early and went to the Saint Regis.
