The evening supervisor Monica is awesome. She accommodated our every need however the morning manager ( male name unknown) was bias and refused to allow me to extend my stay based on hearsay about a noise complaint and no security or law enforcement involvement. This is the second incident with this individual and I am ready to file a formal complaint against him. He has placed me on the DNR list twice now.

They never clean the room, the beds were not in good shape, there was a hole in one of them. It is not suitable for tourist travelers. I regret stayed there , and I didn’t have the money to pick another place.

TV didn't work our first evening and the man at the front desk said he couldn't fix TVs and the maintenance man wouldn't be in until morning. The morning desk woman explained all we had to do was push a certain area on the remote. The room could have used more light. Breakfasts were good but they were the same all 5 days. Very good deal for the price.

Our day was very nice, the room was clean. The pool was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious. I would say if anyone needs a place to stay that’s the place to be. Thank you and have a nice day.

Starting with the room, it was dusty with hair and the bed had stains and a feeling of sand between the sheets. I went to the front desk to request new sheets and they were very nice and wanted to help however the sheets were for a queen or double bed and we were in a king. We made it work. The parking lot and area is littered with trash and loitering individuals which isn’t safe. There are dog droppings all over the side lawns that aren’t watered like the internal grass but I was willing to overlook this. The worst part that I couldn’t overlook was the breakfast situation. There was a gross brown film above the entire dining and serving area. The sausage floated in a soup of greasy water and the eggs were empty from the time I arrived for almost an hour. Only one of the two waffle machines worked and the broken one had a burnt waffle on it next to the not working sign. There was on white bread to make toast, no jelly, and only apples for fresh fruit. Needless to say I didn’t eat anything and only made my daughter a single waffle. This isn’t necessarily the property’s fault but after I waited 37 minutes to make my daughter one waffle in the single serve waffle line, as each guest made 4-6 waffles each, a patron attempted to cut me in line and when I kindly directed her to look at the line of 8 people behind me, she became aggressive and wanted to fight me. This was a horrible experience and wouldn’t ever return to this property. I’m not sure how it has a rating above 4.
