The Good: Great location, spacious, great pool and beach. Vivian was great. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The Bad: advertised to sleep 8. Three bedrooms plus a sleeper soft. We booked this condo for a vacation with one of our adult children, and her family (spouse, 7 yr old, 4 year old and 20 month old) and my mom. The plan was for the three kids to sleep in a bedroom and their parents to sleep on sleeper sofa. However there is no sleeper sofa. Upon check-in I contacted the management company and inquired and was offered an air mattress. The toddler sleeps in a regular bed at home so we decided he could sleep with his parents and others could sleep on the sofa. Needless to say, no one slept the first night and I never heard back from the management company so we purchased an air mattress for the kids, in the bedroom with their parents. 2nd morning, 20 month old manages to open the front door because there is no way to lock door from inside. Thankfully we found him down the walkway, at the elevator. This is a HUGE safety issue and why two adults ended up sleeping on the floor, for the remainder of our trip so that the toddler would have to climb over them to be able to get to the door that doesn’t lock. Other than paying for a space to sleep 8 people and only getting a space to sleep 6, two adults sleeping on the floor,and our grandson being able to escape out a door that doesn’t lock, it was an ok space but I will tell everyone I know, to beware!

The condo was in a central location to restaurants and shopping. The condo was furnished cute. The bathrooms need some updating like the master bath and the toilet seats.One of the front bedrooms does not cool like the rest of the condo.The parking is not gated and you are not required to have a parking pass so it makes it a free for all.The beach can get a little crowded so make sure to set your umbrellas and chairs up early.They also have the beach set ups for a price.The price was good for what we got!!

We enjoyed our stay. The location with the oceanview and pool is great! We rented this room and another one. They were both nice, but we did not like check out time of this one being at 9 am. The other one was 10 am. We also didn’t like that all dishes needed to be washed and put away. I paid a cleaning fee and I’ve usually just had to load the dishwasher (which is what the other rental in that complex required). Neither is a huge deal and we would stay here again. We will probably try to book 2 units that have a later checkout than 9 am.

We really enjoyed this condo! It had much more space than the pics reflect and it is decorated so cute. The beds were cozy and comfortable It was very clean with plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc.The view of Orange beach was amazing. You can sit on the wrap around balcony and watch the sun come up in the AM and go down at night. It is centrally located and was not too crowded even though we were there over Easter week. We rented umbrella and chairs right in front of the condo on the beach. My only suggestion to guests is to bring your own spices, sugar, coffee/tea, salt, pepper, - those types of things as they didn't have any of those items that we typically see at VRBOs.Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Exactly what you see in pictures but even bigger than we were expecting. Location is great lots around to eat, shop & so close to the beach. Second floor is perfect. The place was very clean and fit our family of 5 very comfortably. Check in/out was easy, management is very responsive and communicates often. We will be back.

It is very beautiful and so very clean! You can smell how clean the condo is as soon as you walk through the door. The view is gorgeous and the balcony is as clean as the inside! The owner is nice and quick to reply/ communicate with. This was my 3rd stay at the Emerald Key (which we love) & this condo described with one word, excellent!!!

We had an incredible stay at this Vrbo rental! The pictures truly didn't do justice to the breathtaking views of the Gulf. The place was immaculate and had everything we needed for cooking, making our stay comfortable and convenient. The proximity to shopping was a bonus. Shirley, the host, was an absolute dream to work with – responsive, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect getaway by the beach!

Loved the spaciousness of this 3 bedroom condo. The view was amazing. We saw dolphins from the balcony. The beach was so close; it was an easy walk in the sand for my 75 year old mother. King size bed was so comfortable. Sliding doors in bedroom and living room did not lock though. Regardless I would come back for a fall beach stay.

The property was just as described. Nicely appointed, updated, and CLEAN. The location of the complex is very convenient to grocers, shops, and restaurants. Our host, Shirley, was fantastic. She was very communicative throughout the entirety of the process. She let us know early check-in was available for our arrival date. Shirley followed up with us the next morning to see if we made it in OK and if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend her and her property to anyone. I would stay here again!

The area is quiet. All units have beach view balconys. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores located close at hand. The unit had plenty of room for 8 people. Wouldn't feel cramped for space. We take our annual family vaction here and we all love it.

We rented umbrella and chairs right in front of the condo on the beach. My only suggestion to guests is to bring your own spices, sugar, coffee/tea, salt, pepper, - those types of things as they didn't have any of those items that we typically see at VRBOs.Otherwise, everything was perfect!

The beds were cozy and comfortable It was very clean with plenty of dishes, pots, pans etc.The view of Orange beach was amazing. 3 ladies loved the SUPER clean, spacious, well-equipped 3-bedroom condo in the heart of Ocean Beach with fun people-watching walks along the shore, refreshing dips in the private pool; and fantastic shaded balcony with cooling breezes, table and chairs for Yahtzee, Scrabble, and reading. The Good: Great location, spacious, great pool and beach. Vivian was great. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. The Bad: advertised to sleep 8. Three bedrooms plus a sleeper soft. We booked this condo for a vacation with one of our adult children, and her family (spouse, 7 yr old, 4 year old and 20 month old) and my mom. The plan was for the three kids to sleep in a bedroom and their parents to sleep on sleeper sofa. However there is no sleeper sofa. Upon check-in I contacted the management company and inquired and was offered an air mattress. The toddler sleeps in a regular bed at home so we decided he could sleep with his parents and others could sleep on the sofa. Needless to say, no one slept the first night and I never heard back from the management company so we purchased an air mattress for the kids, in the bedroom with their parents. 2nd morning, 20 month old manages to open the front door because there is no way to lock door from inside. Thankfully we found him down the walkway, at the elevator. This is a HUGE safety issue and why two adults ended up sleeping on the floor, for the remainder of our trip so that the toddler would have to climb over them to be able to get to the door that doesn’t lock. Other than paying for a space to sleep 8 people and only getting a space to sleep 6, two adults sleeping on the floor,and our grandson being able to escape out a door that doesn’t lock, it was an ok space but I will tell everyone I know, to beware!

Exactly what you see in pictures but even bigger than we were expecting. Location is great lots around to eat, shop & so close to the beach. Second floor is perfect. The place was very clean and fit our family of 5 very comfortably. Check in/out was easy, management is very responsive and communicates often. We will be back.

The property was just as described. Nicely appointed, updated, and CLEAN. The location of the complex is very convenient to grocers, shops, and restaurants. Our host, Shirley, was fantastic. She was very communicative throughout the entirety of the process. She let us know early check-in was available for our arrival date. Shirley followed up with us the next morning to see if we made it in OK and if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend her and her property to anyone. I would stay here again!

We had an incredible stay at this Vrbo rental! The pictures truly didn't do justice to the breathtaking views of the Gulf. The bathrooms need some updating like the master bath and the toilet seats.One of the front bedrooms does not cool like the rest of the condo.The parking is not gated and you are not required to have a parking pass so it makes it a free for all.The beach can get a little crowded so make sure to set your umbrellas and chairs up early.They also have the beach set ups for a price.The price was good for what we got!!

Even during the height of spring break, we found peace and quiet at this lovely condo. We had no problem finding space at the beach and we’re a short walk or drive away from everything we needed. There was some revocation of the stairs going on when we were there but the noise didn’t last long and the great location and small building size made up for any inconvenience. Definitely would stay here again!!

Great location. Condo needs upgrades for the price. Couch is old chairs are dirty and old carpet on floor is in bad shape. Just overall needs updating and the WiFi is bad especially if you are in the bedroom. The parking area is to small but was free parking so that was great

Condo met all our needs. Clean nicely appointed. TV was impossible to operate. No one returned call regarding tv. Parking arm remote was a bit wonky. Maintenance person (Red) was excellent when car needed a battery jump. Yes I would rebook.
