We had a delightful stay at the Newly Reno'd 2 bdrm Kitsilano VRBO. The property manager was very very responsive to our questions about expenses, the property and areas to visit. The 2nd floor unit was located in a nice neighborhood and we were able to find convient on-street parking each time we returned. Mass transportation, restaurants and grocery close by. Would definately book again.

My daughter and I had a long term stay here while she was receiving treatments at Vancouver General Hospital. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Suzanne was super to deal with….helpful, accommodating and easy to communicate with. The quiet neighbourhood had a wonderful family feel and it was a short walk for groceries or coffee shops. The unit itself was clean and comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom. We found the beds comfy and the bedrooms a good size. Our experience was 100% positive and we will definitely book here in the future.

It was very clean, well equipped, and the location was ideal—walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and Kits Beach. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again. A previous Vrbo cancelled on us last minute and Suzanne fit us into this properly last minute to help us out. Suzanne was amazing to deal with. Very accommodating and helpful with anything we had questions about. Had a great stay. Beautiful property . Newly renovated. Very clean. In prime location close to Kitsalano beach. Groceries and shopping within walking distance. Would def stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay! The apartment was perfect for the three of us and we loved the safe, quiet neighbourhood and the walkability to everywhere including Kits Beach and Granville island. The apartment was beautiful, beds were comfortable and we loved having the two decks to get the morning and afternoon sun. All the necessities were taken care of….coffee and filters, tea and even a new bag of ice in the freezer which we appreciated during happy hour! The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook as well. Suzanne was a fantastic property manager, very quick to respond to emails prior to us arriving and very helpful during our stay there. She even arranged to hold our bags before check in and until our departing evening flight. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Vancouver. Thanks again!

This property, while pricey, was in an ideal location for us to visit family residing nearby as well as walk to many attractions and access public transport. It is well equipped to a high standard and close to many convenient amenities. The few issues we had (internet, door lock malfunction) were dealt with promptly by the property manager and owner. Clean, updated apartment. When we had a problem with one room not having electricity it was delt with in just minutes. Our host sent us clear information about our guest responsibilities. Our host respected our privacy but was present when needed.

All was good . The descriptions in the booklet were helpful. I spent quite a while when leaving trying to get the garbage in the right bins as ours at home is a different system. Great that Vancouver requires this. The booklet helped. Thank you, Suzanne.

This felt like a second home and fit our needs perfectly. Close enough to walk to great coffee shop (Lokal), drugstore, groceries and wine/beer shop and in a beautiful neighborhood. A short drive to UBC for my son’s graduation. Highly recommend.

We had a great time visiting Vancouver for a beach volleyball tournament. The apartment was perfect for 4 adults. It was very clean, well equipped, and the location was ideal—walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and Kits Beach. We highly recommend this location and would definitely stay again. Comfortable spot located within walking distance of several good grocery stores and great restaurants. The apartment was quiet, simple, and comfortable for 3 of us to enjoy the holiday season in Vancouver! There is not dedicated parking, but we never had a problem finding a spot near by, if not right out front.

Apartment is located in lovely part of Kits with great shopping nearby and Lokal cafe. Space is good for city with 2 generous double bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen with plenty of crockery and cutlery.

We had a fabulous stay! The apartment was perfect for the three of us and we loved the safe, quiet neighbourhood and the walkability to everywhere including Kits Beach and Granville island. The apartment was beautiful, beds were comfortable and we loved having the two decks to get the morning and afternoon sun. All the necessities were taken care of….coffee and filters, tea and even a new bag of ice in the freezer which we appreciated during happy hour! The kitchen is outfitted with everything you need to cook as well. Suzanne was a fantastic property manager, very quick to respond to emails prior to us arriving and very helpful during our stay there. She even arranged to hold our bags before check in and until our departing evening flight. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Vancouver. Thanks again!
