No tenían elevador y es un hotel con 4 estrellas. Una de las habitaciones que nos asignaron estaba sucia y no tenía luz improvisaron en poner una lámpara. La regadera salía con muy poca presión.

Una muy buena atención, hay horas pico y a veces la llegada al establecimiento puede demorar, la mayoría del área de estacionamiento no está techada para que lo tomen en cuenta. La comodidad y la higiene son excelentes.

La atención e instalaciones muy bien, único detalle está ocasión, solicité un primer piso por la movilidad de un acompañante y aunque llegamos temprano a confirmar la reserva, la recepcionista indicó que si había y que si habría cuando regresaramos, al volver ya no estaba la misma srita. y tampoco dejó indicada nuestra solicitud ni apartada la habitación, nos ubicaron en pisos superiores y resultó muy incómodo para dicha persona.

Great economy hotel a few minutes walk from the caxa bus station. The rooms are recently refurbished the bathrooms are nice and clean. It has Cable tv Lots of stairs and no elevator so not really suitable for the handicapped or those who have trouble walking up stairs. If you lose your key, they will charge $100 Mx or about $6. I didn’t know about that in it left a bad taste in my mouth. The WiFi works most of the time but not all the time. My room did not have air conditioning but I was fine without it. It had an upright fan which kept a cool breeze blowing. Xalapa has a mild climate so it is quite comfortable most of the time without air on. My rate had a continental brake fast included. I kid the $120mx to upgrade to the buffet. DO NOT waste your money, the upgrade was just not worth it. There are plenty of nearly restaurants that offer much better breakfasts for the same price or less! All In all a great place to stay, just don’t lose your key and eat elsewhere and it will be a great stay!

Las habitaciones están algo viejas, durante mi estancia tuve problemas con la luz dos veces, me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. El desayuno incluido es muy básico, te dan a elegir café o jugo, te sirven huevos con frijoles y tortillas. La tarjeta para abrir la habitación se desprograma a cada rato y tienes que bajar las escaleras porque dicen que no pueden mandar a alguien más para que te suba una llave nueva. No hay elevador. El personal en general es cordial.

Las habitaciones están algo viejas, durante mi estancia tuve problemas con la luz dos veces, me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. igual que en las fotos, las habitaciones excelentes, limpias y amplias, aunque las camas no están en las mejores condiciones. hay mucho ruido por la noche, ya sea por la calle o el salon de fiestas. pero si es recomendado el hotel, excelente atención por los empleados.

Muchas habitaciones con fiesta adentro de ellas y nadie les dice nada no dejan descansar, y salón de fiestas pegado a las habitaciones, nos aventamos toda la boda y hasta con víbora de l mar y toda la cosa, parece que estábamos ahí, cero descanso.

mi experiencia fue un poco mala ya que la habitación que nos toco da frente a la calle y entre el ruido de los autos y el ruido de bares no se puede dormir, aunado que nos toco cerca de la escalera principal a todas horas hay personas subiendo y bajando, para descansar no lo recomiendo

El trato en recepción es malísimo con mal carácter no me dieron pronto acceso a la llave, pudieron trabas para brindarme el desayuno "continental" (solo es huevo, frijoles sabor agrio y jugo/café), no cambiaron ropa de cama ni hubo administración de menesteres, además para utilizar la secadora fue un cargo extra, a pesar de que va incluido en el servicio, entra mucho ruido de los autos de la calle y al final tuve que pagar más. Y la factura aún no me llega. Nada recomendado

El trato en recepción es malísimo con mal carácter no me dieron pronto acceso a la llave, pudieron trabas para brindarme el desayuno "continental" (solo es huevo, frijoles sabor agrio y jugo/café), no cambiaron ropa de cama ni hubo administración de menesteres, además para utilizar la secadora fue un cargo extra, a pesar de que va incluido en el servicio, entra mucho ruido de los autos de la calle y al final tuve que pagar más. No todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, y el desayuno yo sabía q era bufet y no, solo huevo y frijol con jugo o café, para pedir tortillas siempre tuvimos q pararnos, incluso x lo de los niños q si pagas teníamos q pararnos y pedir todo casi a la cocina.

Nice hotel, I have stayed here several times. This time, there was no hot water and no soap in the bathroom. The reservation said breakfast was included but it wad not. Ther offered me the smallest buffet I have ever seen for about $8 use, I declined it and ate elsewhere and had a very good breakfast at a lower price. Its ok to stay here but take your own soap an count on dining elsewhere. The staff were nice except the woman at the front desk. I like the rooms and the wifi works OK though slow at 4mb per second. There is no elevator,you need to go up the stairs....

Great economy hotel a few minutes walk from the caxa bus station. The rooms are recently refurbished the bathrooms are nice and clean. It has Cable tv Lots of stairs and no elevator so not really suitable for the handicapped or those who have trouble walking up stairs. If you lose your key, they will charge $100 Mx or about $6. I didn’t know about that in it left a bad taste in my mouth. The WiFi works most of the time but not all the time. My room did not have air conditioning but I was fine without it. It had an upright fan which kept a cool breeze blowing. Xalapa has a mild climate so it is quite comfortable most of the time without air on. My rate had a continental brake fast included. I kid the $120mx to upgrade to the buffet. DO NOT waste your money, the upgrade was just not worth it. There are plenty of nearly restaurants that offer much better breakfasts for the same price or less! All In all a great place to stay, just don’t lose your key and eat elsewhere and it will be a great stay!

Las habitaciones están algo viejas, durante mi estancia tuve problemas con la luz dos veces, me tuvieron que cambiar de habitación. El desayuno incluido es muy básico, te dan a elegir café o jugo, te sirven huevos con frijoles y tortillas. La tarjeta para abrir la habitación se desprograma a cada rato y tienes que bajar las escaleras porque dicen que no pueden mandar a alguien más para que te suba una llave nueva. No hay elevador. El personal en general es cordial.

El personal es amable, el desayuno está rico, pero limitan todo, como la luz en los pasillos casi siempre esta obscuro y sobre todo el agua caliente, nunca hay, tenemos que llamar a recepción para que nos pongan un poco de agua caliente para bañarnos.

Just be aware that not all rooms have A/C. This means you may have to leave your windows open at night, which in turn means you will hear every beep, honk and vroom from the street below your window. My wife suggests buying earplugs…conveniently found at the pharmacy next door. Breakfast is humble but delicious. The tortillas are handmade in front of you. Enjoy!
