The food was excellent! The service was great. The building is newer and attractive. The old style printing activity offered at the hotel was informative and fun to do.

以星野的品牌，它的服務水平低，性價比不高。例如酒店大門沒有接待，要自己搵行李車送行李去大堂內，到大堂接待處沒有人主動協助辦理入住手續，甚至沒人理睬，沒有清楚介紹酒店設施活動，比一般普通的溫泉酒店服務，甚至是連鎖平價酒店還低。 就算硬件不錯，也不值這個價格。
