SpringHill Suites Hilton Head Island

Everything was perfect! Beds were amazing!!! The location was great for things to do. Parris Island wasn't too far. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and the breakfast was great!

Great Hotel to stay and everyone is wonderful

Purchased 2 rooms for 4 nights. Housekeeping was nonexistence. Only after calling front desk for some sort of housecleaning service after 2.5 days, minimal service was afforded with changing out the towels. Used glasses and coffee cups not exchanged for new. Vacuum of floor not performed. You'd think they would focus on last 2 nights for minimal daily service that they admitted is customary did not materialize. Just awful service for 2K...

The morning and afternoon staff was amazing. I had an issue my first night stay. There was a continuous loud noise, which we later discovered was a side door slamming. I didn't sleep AT ALL the first night due to the noise. I called front desk at 3am. The clerk on duty , who was from a different property was rude, unprofessional and hung up on me. The bed was very uncomfortable. Property was very clean,
