No geral o saldo é positivo mas o preço que se paga é mais pela localização do que por qualquer outra coisa. É mais uma pousada do que um hotel e Como na grande maioria em Buzios não há estacionamento, o carro fica em frente da propriedade. Não tivemos problemas quanto a isso. Café da manhã legal. No quarto 17 (em que ficamos) há um problema de vazamento de água do ar ( para não acontecer vc precisa desligar o ar enquanto usa o chuveiro, apesar do hotel saber exatamente do que se tratava não nos avisaram no primeiro momento). Reclamamos, mandaram a manutenção mas seguiu do mesmo jeito. Se você gosta de travesseiros mais firmes e altos, leve o seu. Serviço cordial. Não temos grandes reclamações mas para ser um hotel boutique de rede internacional deixa a desejar.

O quarto estava impecavel, quando chegamos estava tocando uma musica leve, extremamente cheiroso, e nos deixaram entrar antes do horário normal de check-in. Muito espaçoso, ótimo para quem tem filhos, que é o nosso caso. Ainda tinha uma mini 'cozinha', com armários, pia e chaleira, sem fugao ou microondas. Só existe uma piscina, bem grande, porém com profundidade em toda ela de aproximadamente 1,40 sem aquecimento, então quem vai com filhos pequenos, é um ponto de atenção, minha filha que tem 6 anos, ficava na boia. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, tem cozinha, que funciona de 13:30 até 21:30, é possível pedir comida, snacks e bebidas. Também funciona super bem pedidos de ifood. O café da manhã é algo difícil de descrever de tão bom, e as meninas são hiper atensiosas, extremamente cuidadodas, fazem questão de colocar flores para decorar o ambiente, tudo muito limpo, gostoso, realmente elas estão de parabéns, um ótimo trabalho, muito bom mesmo. tres bel hotel niché sur les hauteurs et dans une palmeraie. La chambre est grande avec un grand balcon qui donnait sur les palmiers et la piscine. Tres proche du centre de Buzios. Le personnel est attentif. A noter qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur.

A pousada tem um excelente infraestrutura, porém, o que realmente faz a diferença é a equipe que trabalha lá. Todos, sem exceção, são muito atenciosos e educados. Excelente opção para ficar em Búzios.

A lovely hotel nestled just outside of the city center. The pool area lacks great wifi reception, and while they have food and beverage service throughout the hotel, I’d pass on the food. The breakfast is well appointed, especially with the fresh fruit. However, any food through the expanded daily menu was not tasty. The pool deck chairs seemed a bit dirty, so you’ll want a towel. Luckily, the hotel provides daily, complimentary towels for the pool or beach. Overall, the rooms were spacious, comfy, and clean. The staff was very friendly and the ease of street parking makes this hotel worth the value.

Super dejligt sted med skønne omgivelser. Vores værelse kunne trænge til en opgradering, men var stort og luftigt. Morgenmaden var fantastisk, hvis vi skal finde en enkelt ting der kunne gøre det endnu bedre, så ville det være god kaffe.

Búzios is beautiful. Priscilla and the girls at breakfast and Jonathan at the bar save the place. Cleanliness is low, different than Brazilian culture in general. Hotel in not kid or senior friendly at all.

They need to get bigger baskets for the bathroom and give a little paint in some areas in the rooms that obviously need a little fix or upgrade. It's a nice hotel, great employees but a bit run down.

Ich war das erste Mal in diesem Hotel als es noch Glenzhaus hieß und privat sehr gut geführt wurde. Das war 2009 (!) Damals war es eine wirklich schöne Pousada. Es wurde dann an die Porto Bay Gruppe verkauft und ich war 2017 nochmals dort, da war es schon deutlich angegraut. Jetzt ist der Punkt gekommen, wo ich das Hotel nicht mehr weiterempfehlen würde. Hauptkritikpunkt ist, daß wirklich seit 2009 überhaupt nichts im Hotel renoviert wurde. Und in einer tropischen Gegend nagt der Zahn der Zeit besonders schnell. Alles wirkt sehr in die Jahre gekommen... Pluspunkte sind die sehr ruhige Lage, die Nähe zum Brava Strand und die großen Zimmer.

Ich war das erste Mal in diesem Hotel als es noch Glenzhaus hieß und privat sehr gut geführt wurde. Das war 2009 (!) Damals war es eine wirklich schöne Pousada. Es wurde dann an die Porto Bay Gruppe verkauft und ich war 2017 nochmals dort, da war es schon deutlich angegraut. Jetzt ist der Punkt gekommen, wo ich das Hotel nicht mehr weiterempfehlen würde. Hauptkritikpunkt ist, daß wirklich seit 2009 überhaupt nichts im Hotel renoviert wurde. Und in einer tropischen Gegend nagt der Zahn der Zeit besonders schnell. Alles wirkt sehr in die Jahre gekommen... Pluspunkte sind die sehr ruhige Lage, die Nähe zum Brava Strand und die großen Zimmer.

O quarto estava impecavel, quando chegamos estava tocando uma musica leve, extremamente cheiroso, e nos deixaram entrar antes do horário normal de check-in. Muito espaçoso, ótimo para quem tem filhos, que é o nosso caso. Ainda tinha uma mini 'cozinha', com armários, pia e chaleira, sem fugao ou microondas. Só existe uma piscina, bem grande, porém com profundidade em toda ela de aproximadamente 1,40 sem aquecimento, então quem vai com filhos pequenos, é um ponto de atenção, minha filha que tem 6 anos, ficava na boia. A estrutura do hotel é muito boa, tem cozinha, que funciona de 13:30 até 21:30, é possível pedir comida, snacks e bebidas. Também funciona super bem pedidos de ifood. O café da manhã é algo difícil de descrever de tão bom, e as meninas são hiper atensiosas, extremamente cuidadodas, fazem questão de colocar flores para decorar o ambiente, tudo muito limpo, gostoso, realmente elas estão de parabéns, um ótimo trabalho, muito bom mesmo. The breakfast and the team who made it was great! Yasmin and Jonathan were also very nice. The hotel needs more attention to the maintenance and cleaning. One bathroom had a filthy window and dirty bed covering. We made an upgrade and had to paid for it right away. At the checkout we’re charged again for the already paid upgrade (the receptionist didn’t mention it before we paid the final bill. We paid also for the drinks we didn’t have (although we told her we didn’t). The amount was more than twice as much of we had to pay!! There are plenty of other hotels in Buzius, next time we will book somewhere else. Than she had to call her boss to book our money back to the card and that took us more time to leave. It was very disappointing!
