The breakfast and the team who made it was great! Yasmin and Jonathan were also very nice. The hotel needs more attention to the maintenance and cleaning. One bathroom had a filthy window and dirty bed covering. We made an upgrade and had to paid for it right away. At the checkout we’re charged again for the already paid upgrade (the receptionist didn’t mention it before we paid the final bill. We paid also for the drinks we didn’t have (although we told her we didn’t). The amount was more than twice as much of we had to pay!! There are plenty of other hotels in Buzius, next time we will book somewhere else. Than she had to call her boss to book our money back to the card and that took us more time to leave. It was very disappointing!

The staff amazingly efficient, Very well located, you can use Uber, it works incredibly and is cheap.
