Ariel Dunes II 1010 *Strandzugang und 3 Pools*

This is a great property right across the street from the beach and close enough to walk to many restaurants! The Circle K is only a few blocks away, which was perfect to get snacks, coffee in the morning etc. Linda’s place was very perfect location right as you get off the elevator, we loved it and a beautiful view of the three pools! We for sure will book this place again!

By the time we got back down the office was closed (they close at 5 and you cant check in until 4) we got temporary passes and were told we had 24 hours to purchase another one. By 2pm the next day I had a ticket because my temporary pass "expired". Not happy about any of that.

My husband and I came from Michigan for a 3 day Music Festival held on site at Seacape. This place was absolutely perfect! Close to beach, pool, and venue. Linda is very responsive and and wonderful host. She is very accommodating. We love to travel. I would stay here again in a heart beat. If we come back for another Festival, we will.

The property looked like pictures for the most part. FYI...wagon there but no contents as picture shows. Overall, we were happy with the unit except for some amenities. Couch definitely needs cleaned. Bedspreads for sure need washed, sheets were stained, old and very rough in the master. I ended up buying my own sheets to use for the week. The beds were VERY firm with no padding or padded mattress covers. The so-called "queen" bed in the second bedroom was very hard and small (we didn't feel it was a real queen size). My son-in-law ended up sleeping on the sofa all week because they were so cramped on the bed. Kids slept on sofabed which was hard, but expected and they didn't care. Sheets and pillows were supplied for all beds (though not very nice sheets) but absolutely NO blankets in the unit other than the spreads on the two beds. Not enough towels/washclothes. Had to do laundry every day to have enough for 6 people. Again, I ended up buying some bath towels for us to use and we had our own beach towels. The knob to start the dryer was broke (which we alerted rental company of the first day) and they brought up a pair of pliers to use saying they knew it was broke but glued it on hoping it would hold (came off first time I touched it) and had ordered a new knob (which was supposed to be there mid week but they never came to replace). No matter, the dryer worked by using pliers to turn on. We eat two meals in the unit and there was minimal cooking pans, but we made do with what they had. Could use a pitcher in the unit. The rental company was very cooperative and easy to use. This is our 4th time staying at an Ariel Dunes unit. We do like the location, views from our balcony, walking proximity to beach and the price point. Pools were never crowded until our last day. A large family arrived and took over playing very inappropriate music very loudly that children should not be hearing.....so we ended our pool time early because of it. They were also very rowdy in the pool around the children. That was our only "problem" with other guests during our week. We did not complain, just left the area. We had good accommodations and a great trip, but we have definitely stayed in more "comfortable" units in that building. I know it is a fine line for owners since some renters do not treat the accommodations respectfully (aka, broken dryer knob and broken lamp in closet).

We enjoyed the condo, it was clean , plenty of room , close to beach , just a short walk 5 minute to beach . Pools grills on site. Liked the big table on patio.

Very nice property that was well equipped. The carpet was clean, but could use replacing due to stains and wear. The couch and beds were nice and comfortable. I’d stay again!

My family and I had a great stay. Seascape is a very nice place to stay and the room was near perfect. Great view, clean and everything you needed. The only negative which honestly meant next to nothing was the water pressure or lack there of from our showers. I imagine the number of rooms in the building play a part. Other than that, 5 star, great time! Would definitely stay again.

Walk to the beach 5 minutes, coffee shop, ice cream, restaurants everything was walking distance. My only complaint about the unit is the TP was half of a roll, I totally forgot to buy coffee filters and there were none. I will rate it 8/10. Te view from the balcony was my favorite. Sunsets everyday.

We loved staying here. It’s clean and a short walk to the beach. Our kids love the bunk beds and I absolutely love the decor. Thank you Linda for letting us stay at your place!!

There were just a few things regarding the condo that should be addressed. First, the mattress in the masterbed room was horrible. It is obviously old, bowed, and contributed to the worst nights sleeps. I would wake up with lower back pain and hip pain. My husband and I both thought we were sinking when we laid down on it the first night. The kitchen needs to have a few items replaced. There were no kitchen shears, no dishtowels, just to name a few. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The condo itself was beautiful and we did really enjoy our stay. I would most likely stay there again. The view from the 15th floor was my favorite.

Everything was at listed. The view of the ocean, resort and the music venue could not be beat. This was a perfect unit and we could not have had a better stay!

To have to purchase all these items for a 4 day stay seems inconvenient let alone costly. Management was responsive yet not at desk in lobby.

We like being on the 10th floor. Looking at other Units all of 3D rentals units are clean, updated or being undated. Staff is friendly and personable. If there is a problem it will be taken care of you can see from above I have and will continue to recommend this company.
