The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Room was comfortable and clean and i loved sitting on tge screened in porch overlooking the marsh. The sunsets were GORGEOUS from the rocking chair! I only wish the hot tub would have been cleaner looking, but ill definitely be staying again soon. Perfect location!

Absolutely loved this property! Such a lovely "backyard"! My husband loved the back deck and fished both days back there! The viewswere stunning as well....would definitely rebook!

This condo has beautiful views, at all times of the day! Oysters' clusters at low tide, many kinds of birds (we saw a belted Kingfish), many different kinds of beautiful ducks, and more. I strongly suggest bringing binoculars. I wish we did. Sipping our coffee on the screened balcony with a view on the marsh was so peaceful. The place is close to everything in Murrell's Inlet; we were under 10 minutes from all the awesome restaurants (Bovine's was our favorite), 18 minutes from Brookgreen's Gardens (to see their Christmas light show) and 3 minutes from the ocean (we could sometime hear the waves. Loved that an elevator is available. Overall a great place to stay.

We were texted by the property early in the day when our room became available and allowed to check in well ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly. The room had a private screened-in porch that offered great views of the marsh and waterways behind the property. The pool was clean and a pleasure to swim in. The nearby hot tub was toasty. Serveral people were fishing from the deck. It's a reasonably short walk to the beach, with several restaurants and an arcade along the way. The bathroom floorplan was peculiar, with three doors, but met our needs. Beds were comfortable.

Very clean. Just no dishwasher. Very well kept. Loved the decorations and the furniture, some of the units at Seawatch have a pull out, this one did not. But the couch was very comfy. The view of the pool is very convenient.

The front desk staff was very nice but we didn’t last one hour in the room before we left and boooee another hotel. My son made a PB&J and when he out his plate in the sink with a dime sized dollop of jelly on it, roaches immediately swarmed it. The room also smelled funny and the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the premises was Disappointing for the money.

The customer service was very good, our room wasn’t ready on time, but only a 30 minute difference. The room had everything you needed: full kitchen with supplies, washer and dryer, clean, TV’s… The view was beautiful, a major plus, but the place smelled really bad! as if it had been smoked, a lot! and the beds were awful, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we’re pushed against the wall; for two people it was pretty bad getting in and out of the bed. Overall I would give it 3-stars

It was disappointing at the cleanliness of the condo with the amount that was paid for a weekend stay. I’m not sure if employees of The Seawatch clean the units, or if it’s a third party. Used baking sheet with crumbs in the kitchen. Dried coffee stains on countertop. My socks were disgusting after walking on the floor. Needs a deep clean.

Property had mold on the ceiling and smelled like it as well. We had to wipe off the mold from the ceiling/wall by the dining room table with bleach/mold killer and get air freshers as it was non-refundable. If that wasn’t there is wouldn’t of been a bad place for the price.

Do NOT book at this hotel unless you want to end up leaving. We booked through hotels.com and checked in at 4:30. Their office closes at 5:00 (really?!), shortly after we got to the room my son began coughing due to the mildew smell, also my husband has an autonomic disorder and began feeling sick from the odor. We called hotels.com and then spoke to the property manager who was rude, not understanding at all (even if I provided a doctor’s note), and REFUSED to give us our money back for any of the nights at all despite us leaving and not staying at all. We are beyond furious, disappointed, and DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. Zero stars!! We could have handled the place otherwise, however, it is definitely NOT like the pictures represent online. I have NEVER had an issue like this staying at any hotel or resort in the past in Myrtle Beach or surrounding areas; she needs some major training in customer service!!! 😡

Everything was excellent, the small bedroom was great for our kids and then plenty of room in the master bedroom. We really enjoyed the closeness to the garden city pier and the ability to walk to several great restaurants.

Arrived after an 11 hour drive. Check in went easily. Got to room- 2br, kitchenette, sitting area, balcony, w/d. Go to shower , but there’s no shampoo. There’s dish soap in the kitchen and laundry pods w/washer/dryer, but no shampoo in br. Maybe maid forgot it? I go back to desk to ask for shampoo and am told, “Yeah- that’s not included. There’s a grocery store 4 miles up the road, or a quickie mart a short walk away- they might have something.” Last thing I want to do is go back out, but I do. The place itself is situated on a salt marsh- quite beautiful honestly. My room was on first floor overlooking the pool. Good view of marsh still, but all the pool goers in their chairs facing my balcony was awkward to say the least. Inside the floor was clean, but had some warping. This structure has seen much better days. I brought my own pillow and was glad I did bc their pillows were not comfy. Key fob stopped working, but office was closed so I had no one to ask about it. Went out for a bite, and when I came back I was able to get key replaced. I would give this a 4/10 overall- the most points go toward the view.

The customer service was very good, our room wasn’t ready on time, but only a 30 minute difference. The room had everything you needed: full kitchen with supplies, washer and dryer, clean, TV’s… The view was beautiful, a major plus, but the place smelled really bad! as if it had been smoked, a lot! and the beds were awful, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable and we’re pushed against the wall; for two people it was pretty bad getting in and out of the bed. Overall I would give it 3-stars

Terrible property!! I paid and rented over a year ago and when we arrived for vacation. The property managers did not have our reservation and had already over booked. This is after receiving a confirmation from Expedia. They basically said oh well nothing they could do and had to contact Expedia’s customer service which was awful to get my refund. Then had to scramble to find another place to have our vacation for basically double the price.

We love it here and most definitely will be back. It was our second time there and its just as awesome as the first. Definitely want to shout out Kathy at the front desk and groundskeeper Al for being amazing and we felt like we were at home.

We were there for Bike week! Great Location !! Just a short walk to the pier to get breakfast and right next door to Causeways! All the staff was friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay again.

Rented from this place cause it was two bed rooms and had a washer and dryer. The dryer wasnt working i reported it to the front desk where she said someone would be up to look at it no one came when we were there and if they came after we left then they never fixed it spent the whole night and next moening trying to dry our wash had to go to a laundry may to dp wash. The second bed room lile a clpset with a bed in it the bed against the wall on the side and the foot of the bed. At midnight the guy in the room next to us wpuld be yelling put to his buddy who was foshing on the dock. At midnight. Pool open 10 am to 10 but every nornimg there was two ladies swimming and talking very loud and yelling up to the friends who qere seatting out on there porch. If u want peace ans quite then dont stay here. Also when high tode comes in they close the bridge and u cant go pver the road its shut down by the pier and and the bridge.if u need a two bed room for fpur adults dont bpok this room. I said to tje fromt desk lady thay the dryer wasnt working yet and she says oh u shohld have said something i wpuld have gave you a different room. Hello ur in charger u shpuld have checked in with us. Will not book this place wver again. Very disappointed

We were texted by the property early in the day when our room became available and allowed to check in well ahead of schedule. Staff was friendly. The room had a private screened-in porch that offered great views of the marsh and waterways behind the property. The pool was clean and a pleasure to swim in. The nearby hot tub was toasty. Serveral people were fishing from the deck. It's a reasonably short walk to the beach, with several restaurants and an arcade along the way. The bathroom floorplan was peculiar, with three doors, but met our needs. Beds were comfortable.

Arrived after an 11 hour drive. Check in went easily. Got to room- 2br, kitchenette, sitting area, balcony, w/d. Go to shower , but there’s no shampoo. There’s dish soap in the kitchen and laundry pods w/washer/dryer, but no shampoo in br. Maybe maid forgot it? I go back to desk to ask for shampoo and am told, “Yeah- that’s not included. There’s a grocery store 4 miles up the road, or a quickie mart a short walk away- they might have something.” Last thing I want to do is go back out, but I do. The place itself is situated on a salt marsh- quite beautiful honestly. My room was on first floor overlooking the pool. Good view of marsh still, but all the pool goers in their chairs facing my balcony was awkward to say the least. Inside the floor was clean, but had some warping. This structure has seen much better days. I brought my own pillow and was glad I did bc their pillows were not comfy. Key fob stopped working, but office was closed so I had no one to ask about it. Went out for a bite, and when I came back I was able to get key replaced. I would give this a 4/10 overall- the most points go toward the view.

Do NOT book at this hotel unless you want to end up leaving. We booked through hotels.com and checked in at 4:30. Their office closes at 5:00 (really?!), shortly after we got to the room my son began coughing due to the mildew smell, also my husband has an autonomic disorder and began feeling sick from the odor. We called hotels.com and then spoke to the property manager who was rude, not understanding at all (even if I provided a doctor’s note), and REFUSED to give us our money back for any of the nights at all despite us leaving and not staying at all. We are beyond furious, disappointed, and DO NOT recommend this place AT ALL. Zero stars!! We could have handled the place otherwise, however, it is definitely NOT like the pictures represent online. I have NEVER had an issue like this staying at any hotel or resort in the past in Myrtle Beach or surrounding areas; she needs some major training in customer service!!! 😡

The condo is older but well maintained. We were a family of 6 and stayed comfortably in our 2 bedroom unit. Rooms were clean and beds comfy. Loved the screened in deck overlooking the marsh. Having teenagers, the location was great being a short walk to the beach and Garden City pier. Also, loved that the boys could fish off the private Seawatch boardwalk. We'll definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Room was comfortable and clean and i loved sitting on tge screened in porch overlooking the marsh. The sunsets were GORGEOUS from the rocking chair! I only wish the hot tub would have been cleaner looking, but ill definitely be staying again soon. Perfect location!

This condo has beautiful views, at all times of the day! Oysters' clusters at low tide, many kinds of birds (we saw a belted Kingfish), many different kinds of beautiful ducks, and more. I strongly suggest bringing binoculars. I wish we did. Sipping our coffee on the screened balcony with a view on the marsh was so peaceful. The place is close to everything in Murrell's Inlet; we were under 10 minutes from all the awesome restaurants (Bovine's was our favorite), 18 minutes from Brookgreen's Gardens (to see their Christmas light show) and 3 minutes from the ocean (we could sometime hear the waves. Loved that an elevator is available. Overall a great place to stay.

Rooms are dated and do NOT match the pictures on the site. Pool was demolished and unusable and was not listed as such during the reservation process. 2nd bedroom was 8feet by 8feet with no windows and no room to even bring in a suitcase.

Very disappointed with our recent visit. Our encounter with office staff was not welcoming at all. An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. Searching through the Facebook page I found the pool closure (and yes 1 post..17 weeks ago) that the pool leak would take 4 weeks to repair. Here we are summer months and there is no pool. No active work. No update. Nothing except bad attitudes. I also seen where condo owners mentioned the maintenance fees doubled with no explanation. The condition of our unit wasn't pleasant either. The tub backed up water immediately by taking a shower. (Did housekeeping not turn the water on for cleaning or just not care?) 24 hours later, maintenance showed up without needed supplies to return for a 5 minute fix (which was completed). I can say there is no bugs...thats the blessing! Just don't ask for more toilet paper or trash bags. Our family has had several stays at The Seawatch Inn At the Landing and by far this experience was enough for us. We will be taking our
