Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig mit einem schönen Balkon mit Blick auf den Ozean. Toll war auch der Innenpool und das Jacuzzi. Genügend Parkplätze waren vorhanden.

Wir wurden sehr nett und offen empfangen. Der Service ist top. Das Zimmer und die gesamten Unterkunft sind vom Preis Leistungs Verhältnis top. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind ihren Preis wert.

I was terribly disappointed to find the room was NOT the same room I selected and reserved through Hotels.com. I specifically chose a more expensive room on the top floor that was supposed to have BOTH an ocean front view from the balcony AND full kitchen. It did not have a full kitchen, just a cheap mini frig and microwave. It did have the view. I immediately contacted the motel staff to ask about the full kitchen which was promised to be part of the room when I reserved AND PAID FOR IT months in advance. The motel claimed that Hotels.com inaccurately described the room. They offered me a room with a full kitchen but it would be on a different floor and with no view. I suspect this was a classic case of bait and switch. I think there probably was such a room with both the view and full kitchen, but the motel most likely gave it to someone else for more money, even though my reservation and payment had been made months in advance. This was a big problem because I'm diabetic AND my dog who was with me requires a special diet, so our food needed to be refrigerated properly. Not too warm one minute and then frozen the next. The room was run down and dirty! I spilled water on the floor almost immediately after arrival, and when I wiped it up with a paper towel the paper towel came up VERY dirty! There was simple laminate flooring in the room. How hard would it be to mop or Swifter it? YUCK! Also, there was no toilet seat and the toilet paper roll holder was broken.

This is a really old property. It’s dirty! Bathroom exhaust/wall has caked on dirt. The toilet was running when we got there. Someone came the next day to fix it apparently. There were drink cans everywhere no one got up. The bed spread and had something pink on it. The mattresses/bedding was subpar, The floor were uneven and felt like ripples. The shower felt like it was leaning. It looked like a dog had been in the bathroom and the door was filthy. The door wouldn’t close easily. They left used shampoo/conditioner. There weren’t enough towels, etc and the Palmolive was empty. When I got more towels, the cabinet door came loose. The front desk guy didn’t give me any papers or info about the pool. Very expensive dump. I’m pretty sure they’ve been flooded before. I’m gonna be watching my credit card in case I’m overcharged. The sign says indoor pool and spa. There is no spa! There’s a hot tub and we didn’t get to try it because it closed at 9. They need to change the door as they’re glass and there is an old door going to the beach too. I don’t recommend this place . Other guests let their dogs take a dump in the grass and didn’t clean it up. Highly outdated and nothing to brag about. It’s a dump.
