Estrella Boutique Hotel

My stay in Estrella meets all my expectations. It's a new brand hotel which is located in convinience road. My room is a cozy room, having nice smell with modern facilities. I am really impressed by friendliness of all staffs, from receptionist, bellman to waiter, housekeeping staff as well. They always have smiles on their faces. The infinity pool is a plus point with sea view. Estrella is one of the best place you should choose to stay in Danang.

We recently enjoyed our four-night stay at this hotel and it was fantastic. The hotel was clean. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was tasty and satisfying each morning. The buffet breakfast each morning was tasty and satisfying. The location is also great, with a convenient store nearby and a variety of food options, spas, and some clothing shops within easy reach. The gym was usable and met my needs. Swimming pool is great and has nice views. Overall, I had a great experience and will definitely choose this hotel again in the future. Highly recommend it for a comfortable and convenient stay!

There is no in room safe and the walls are thin enough to hear conversations next door (also were woken up by cleaners yelling in the hallway). WiFi was spotty and breakfast was subpar. Finally, the gym was no more than a single treadmill, bike, and a broken weight machine. I was told the machine would be fixed and it never was.

Good value hotel walking distance to beach & lots of dining options. Overall the hotel is quite new but needs maintenance like cleaning of mould in the shower & green algae in the pool.

Recommend this hotel to anyone staying in da nang! The highlight was the super friendly staff- they helped us with recommendations in the area, made sure we had everything we needed and helped us book transport to our next destination. The room was so clean and modern, exactly like the pictures too. The rooftop pool was so lovely even on the cloudy days (I love cool water so was perfect for me!). The small gym with a treadmill, bike and weights machine had amazing views across the skyline too. Free breakfast provided everything we needed, and it was only a short 5-10 minute walk to the beach. A winmart right downstairs was very convenient and plenty of lovely places to eat and drink coffee right on the doorstep! Highly reccomend!! Close to the airport and cost 80k in a grab from the terminal.

I stayed 14 days and enjoyed every minute. The staff are INCREDIBLY HELPFUL in every aspect. I was not expecting someone to open the door every time i went in or out. Housekeeping is also extremely efficient and quick. Breakfast offered a variety every morning with subtle changes. Extremely clean and beautiful location!! Im already planning a return trip!

Very mixed feelings for a mixed bag experience. First I have to mention the same thing I told the front desk manager when we checked out; the previous hotel in Hoi An was the best overall experience we had, 10 hotels, 30 days in Vietnam; so the bar was set and the experience fresh in our minds. A big thing with the previous hotel was obvious happy employees who went out of their way to acknowledge us every day; that might not be important to the average traveler but I like a smile and.” good morning how are you?” We found the breakfast room to overall be happy to see us with the exception of one girl who never smiled and never made eye contact. At on point she was on the egg station and I was waiting for some acknowledgment, got nothing so I walked away and she was replaced by another cook who was more than happy to take my order. Ok so that was one sourpuss; let’s move on. Two young women were responsible for housekeeping and they win the award for worst in a months travel Vietnam. After two days of only giving us water and half our towels I told them the overflowing trash was something they were responsible for and we need the floor mopped from trips to the beach. No trash wasn’t on their agenda and as for mopping the floor, I must be out of my mind. Lastly a non employee gripe is the oversized platform the mattress sits on. You can barely walk around between the platform and the window and just getting on and off the bed is uncomfortably awkward. Front desk was great. C+

Nice rooms, breakfast was average. Few options Floors could have been cleaned better during over stay.

Centralt och nära till stranden. Mycket rent och fräscht, fina stora rum. Hade Deluxe rum. Frukosten var okej, inget wow men får alltid godkänt när de serverar omelett på beställning. Trevlig personal. Skön säng och sköna kuddar.

Das Frühstück war nicht der Rede Wert, ganze zwei verschiedene Früchte jeden Morgen. Dünne kleine Tücher. Keinen Safe im Room. Klimaanlage schwach. Laute Strasse, schlechte phonetisch Isolation. Starke Kochgerüche im Restaurant beim Frühstück. Guter Standort, schönes Zimmer, modern Wir würden nicht wieder dort buchen und es nicht weiterempfehlen. In dieser Preisklasse gibt es in Da Nang bessere Optionen.

No safety box, room is located 2nd floor with spa which make more unsafety, next to the road that very noisy

Excellent interior with friendly and helpful staff. The room it self was luxurious and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Very close to the beach, only a 5-10min walk. Also lots of food options and convenience stores close to this location. Other tourist attractions like the dragon bridge or night markets are about a 5 min Grab away. Looking forward to staying here again during our next visit!

The Estrella is a great place to stay. Rooms are comfortable and modern. The reception staff, especially Ms. Huong and Mr. Trinh, were warm and helpful. The location is also good. Within an easy walk to the beach and the many good restaurants in the area yet a bit away from the crush of the crowds.

房間跟網路上照片一模一樣，不是照騙 床很大很舒服，浴缸也很大水夠熱 房間整潔度很高，櫃檯人員也會講中文 容易溝通。 附近交通很方便只是車很多要小心 飲食也很方便，附近也可以有換錢的地方 值得推薦的好住宿！

客室は広く良い。ただ防音されていないのか外の車の音が室内に入ってくる。うるさい通りではないので神経質に気になる事はない。浴室にカーテンが無いのでシャワーの水がトイレ側に出るのが残念。朝食は種類は少ないが朝なので許容範囲

We spent 3 weeks based at the Estrella and it was fantastic. The staff Re all amazingly friendly and ready to help out with whatever you need. Plenty of great food and convenience stores close, a short stroll down to the beach and a quick grab to get to the dragon bridge. The rooms were clean modern and well kept. I would stay here again when we get back to da nang. Highly rated

This property/ Hotel is absolutely amazing. The staff was wonderful, friendly and professional!! The breakfast is very very good, the coffee is excellent. It is difficult to call out some staff for excellence, because they are all good. In my 16 day stay I am going to call out Le, and Tony you two are very special to me and you made my stay perfect!! Thank you so much! Also the Manager of the Hotel, I am so sorry that I can’t remember his name, but everyday and all they long he will greet you with his big smile and his wonderful hospitality. So Thanks to all the Staff and Team members you made my stay in Da Nang very special and I will never forget it!!

Staff super friendly and help. Arranged our day trip to Ba Na Hills and our motorbike hire for our stay. They also recommended loads of local food places and attractions.

We stayed 11 nights in the top suite with a private pool. The building is new and the room was nice. Unfortunately the staff knows very little about running a hotel. Upon checkout they show us pictures of some dirty towels and bed linen, pictures that they had apparently been taking in our room throughout the stay without our knowledge. When we asked what the problem was the reception manager had no particular demand but wanted to go get the linen and pull them out at the reception desk to show us. What a humiliating display. At that point we left and asked to be contacted by the hotel manger. We heard nothing more of it , but what a bizarre experience after staying in their best room for so long. I would rather go stay in the jungle than come back to that place.

Thanks to Ms Vy and her team. We had an amazing experience as the whole team is very helpful with tour offers and recommended attractions around the areas. The service they provided is superb. They offered to call Grab rides to anywhere you wanted. The breakfast was very good with different options everyday. The hotel seems pretty new and very clean. The hotel is located on the main street so it’s a bit noisy but we didn’t mind at all. There are lots of variety food options and it’s maximum 10mins walk to the beach. Thanks so much to em Vy and the whole team. Keep up the great work!

Clean, good location and recommend

This is a nice, cozy hotel that’s a few minutes walk to the beach with lots of stores, restaurants, and many other necessities nearby. I enjoyed walking to the beach and different shops everyday. Room was clean and staff was very friendly and helpful. Also not far from the airport.

Spacious room. Nice hotel. All very new. Nighttime there is plenty of choices to eat. Close enough to the beach. Decent breakfast.

Hôtel magnifique et personnel très sympathique. Nous sommes pas très loin du centre ville mais de là où il est situé on a accès à la plage à pieds mais aussi à certains restaurants et magasins. C’était top ! Ils passent même des vélos.

We stayed at Estrella for 12 nights. The hotel design is modern and very comfortable. The staff are very polite and helpful and they are working very hard to maintain a high standard for their hotel. The location is good. It is not too far from the beach and there are lots of good restaurant within the walking distance.

Morning buffet was so poor same 3 stars hotel but the Staff were kindly.

The term senior suit is a bit misreading as it’s pretty much a normal room but in great shape and condition , Breakfast finishes too early (9.30) for a holiday hotel in my view…

Wonderful stay at a great hotel . Not one bad thing about my stay. Room was spacious with very modern amenities. Rooftop Pool area was very cool and casual. Dining room for breakfast hit all the marks, good selection of food and great service. Most importantly, the staff there were exceptional. Very helpful, accommodating and friendly. I felt it was very genuine. Shout out to Tina and her colleagues.
