Room Condition: The room felt noticeably dated and did not meet the upkeep standards typically expected under the Hilton brand name. Furnishings: The interior furniture, including tables and chairs, appeared dingy and worn. Terrace/Balcony: The balcony door was broken and did not operate properly during the stay. Convenient location next to the mall, but physical maintenance in the rooms needs attention.

First entrance the lady was very nice and helpful suddenly anathor men come became aggressive towards have problem in the room the door of the bathroom making sound terrible sound they said first is normal and then I waited in the room to monitor the guys fix it and I made them do it twice. espresso finish only two capsule never put again Tooth brush I have to ask the reception to send it, balcony has one chair and they told me u have to ask for the other chair because usually they don’t put chair, so why I choose the room pay extra for the balcony and the floor was n4 straight on top of the air condition noise they said sorry the hotel is fully booked no other room to change which is weird I found availability on this very same page, I had last year Hilton Bosporus was amazing experience opposite of this , other then that great location for shopping and close to airport the room was clean, bed very comfortable and pillow amazing slept like a baby also the spa was very relaxing
