All in all a nice hotel with good amenities, 2 swimming pools and a private beach, this, however, being rocky. So bathing shoes are recommended. Food choice (and quality) was, in comparison with other hotels of a similar standard, somewhat limited. Food items such as eggs (scrambled or boiled) and others were not quickly replenished and there was often quite a wait for coffee or tea. Also, not enough cups and bowls. Staff friendly and helpful. The entertainment on offer was good. Good parking and a bus service into Monopoli from.the outside of the hotel (recommended).

This is a lovey hotel with accommodation dotted around the site in pods. Plenty of facilities, sports courts, 2 pools, restaurant and bar. Unfortunately some of the amenities were not open during our stay, e.g. the shops and rooftop restaurant, which was disappointing as it was only September. If you haven't paid for full board you can dine in the buffet restaurant for 35 euros each including wine, however the food choice wasn't great and the hot meal was below par. Breakfast choice not great either with long queues for coffee and hot food - this consisted of only scrambled egg and bacon every day. Had lunch one day which was expensive for a very poor/small pasta dish. We were advised by reception that there were 2 other restaurants in walking distance, but when we walked along the road at night to find them there was nothing open - a bit of misinformation here. Pool area lovely with plenty of loungers and nice music, beach area consisted of small decking area but very rocky and no obvious access to the sea. Bar prices quite steep but as there's nowhere else to go locally there's no alternative but to pay them! Location a bit out of the way and car required to drive to the nearby town of Monopoli but a lovely resort which is probably very busy in the summer months.

Didn’t like the pool hours, pool should be open all day and until at least 8pm. Would have liked a sand beach however they made it work. Overall I had a great experience and would return ( if they change the pool hours 😊)

Super séjour de 2 nuits en famille. Les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses et agréable. Les deux piscines sont sublimes. Les équipements sportifs sont appréciables pour faire de la musculation face à la mer ou pour s'affronter dans des tournois de tennis ou ping-pong. Le petit déjeuner est super.

Tres bonne impression génerale sur l’hotel,excentré, il faut une voiture,les piscines et les abords etaient bien entretenus,nous n’avons pas testé les extérieurs a cause de la météo. Bonne organisation des repas,jamais d’attente( sejour hors saison) Nous n’avions pas de voisins ,mais il semble que l’insonnorisation ne soit pas terrible.

Il y a des points faux dans la description : pas de plage mais des rochers, pas de navette vers une plage, pas deux restaurants mais un seul, pas deux bars mais un seul, etc ... Il faudrait mettre à jour le descriptif hors saison estivale je suppose. Pas normal et dangereux : pas d'éclairage pour sortir des chambres la nuit. Nous sommes partis à 5h30 du matin de nuit et nous avons failli tomber 2 fois. C'est totalement inadmissible pour un soit-disant 4 étoiles. Le personnel est sympa mais d'un niveau très moyen en langues internationales. Le repas du soir est facturé 35€ / personne pour un buffet ...

Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön angelegt und sehr sauber. Es gibt den ganzen Tag über genügend Liegen mit Schirm am Strand und am Pool - aber auch die Wiese dazwischen mit Bäumen ist so gepflegt, dass man sich dort ohne Probleme hinlegen kann. Direkt am Pool kann man sich auch kostenlos ein großes Handtuch zum Baden holen und bei beiden Pools gibt es auch Duschen und WCs. Das einzige was uns leider nicht zugesagt hat war das Abendessen. Die Speisen waren fast alle ausgekühlt und es war nur sehr spärlich beschriftet, worum es sich handelt. Unserem Geschmack hats leider auch nicht so entsprochen. Zudem war im Buffet - also zwischen den Tischen auf denen das Essen aufgebaut war - eine Band mit Livemusik. Unverständlich für uns, da etwas weiter drüben und außerhalb des Buffets noch genügend Platz für die Band gewesen wäre. Es haben dann auch Leute direkt vor der Band getanzt, sodass man nicht wusste wie man mit seinem Teller vorbei gehen soll ohne alles runter zuwerfen. Und die Musik war viel zu laut! Selbst drinnen am Tisch war die Musik noch richtig unangenehm! Gut, dass wir nur mit Frühstück gebucht hatten und so nur einmal im Hotel Abendessen waren - hat für uns dann perfekt gepasst ☺️

Wir hatten eine prima Zeit im Hotel. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr gut. Nettes Personal beim Essen. Nicht so der Hit war der Schimmel in unserem Zimmer. Aber - das Hotel ist zu empfehlen.

La camera era sporca, sul lenzuolo c'era un capello,lo stesso nel telo, c'era polvere,il bagno era sporco,per non parlare dell' interruttore della luce diventato ormai giallo e la luce sullo specchio con tantissima polvere. La camera il giorno dopo non è stata pulita,ho fatto la doccia e lasciato gli asciugamani a terra per farli cambiare,al mio rientro dalla colazione era rimasto tutto uguale,la doccia sporca ancora con tutti i capelli a terra e gli asciugamani dentro, era stato sistemato solo il letto alla buona.La colazione ancora più deludente non c'era cibo a sufficienza per tutti,il buffet sempre vuoto e bisognava aspettare tantissimo prima che venisse preparato qualcos'altro. Le quattro stelle non so come facciano ad averle forse per l'esterno,ma per tutto il resto è stato molto deludente

This is a really nice resort that is customer focused! I loved that it had inclusive food options and lots to do for kids! Great place for families or couples. The food at all the meals was very good and felt like restaurant quality. Rooms were clean and inviting Staff were very focused on our comfort and the experience. Very good with us and our kids Some areas of opportunities - outside the rooms could be cleaner with leaves and pine needles to be removed. This would make the rooms cleaner as things wouldn’t come in. I would have appreciated the room being cleaned daily, which was not done. Just beds made and new linens.

Stunning resort, the kids club is outstanding and the evening shows are really good. Food is incredibile. The room was very clean when we arrived but the daily clean was not good at all. Floor were mopped but not vacuumed which was quite disgusting with hairs and dust left sticking down. Bedding not changed once in a week and toilet and sink not cleaned! Probably overstretched cleaning team doing way too much. The lifeguard on the big pool could use some mannners! As the lady manager at the beach bar. All in all we would go back but such a shame this could be the perfect place.

The good: The buffet breakfast was great! Lot of selection and a good barista. The bar staff was also very helpful. The bad: The bidet was dirty when we arrived. The cleaning staff did not clean it or the toilet the next morning either. The air conditioning didn’t work and it was so hot we had to open booth doors in the middle of the night. We told front desk and they pressed some buttons and said it should then work. The only noticeable change was that we could change the temperature as far down as 15 whereas 18 was the lowest before but still no air conditioning. There was also a conference that was going on in the main area and the music was blasting until 11pm. In our 10 days in Italy this was definitely our worst stay.

Bellissima scoperta, per me, siamo ospiti frequenti di questa zona ma questa struttura ci era sempre sfuggita. Abbiamo soggiornato per solo 2 giorni ma ci è bastato per capire l eccellenza della struttura in tutto, servizi offerti, cibo abbondante e di qualità. La struttura ti permette sia il relax ma anche tante attività grazie all' animazione sempre presente e mai invadente. Un aspetto a mio parere negativo è la zona mare , anche se bene organizzata con una struttura in legno che rende l'accesso al mare tutto sommato agevole a causa di assenza di sabbia , non è adatta ai bambini, ma le due piscine soprattutto la più grande con acqua salata colma questa piccola mancanza. Da migliorare invece la zona buffet al momento della colazione troppo piccola per il numero di persone presenti in struttura, troppa gente in fila . La camera invece anche se ben arredata ci è sembrata troppo piccola per una permanenza che superi i 2/3 gg. (La nostra era una quadrupla)

Absolutely stunning hotel that was squeaky clean everywhere. The setting was stunning. Couldn’t complain about the room although the view was poor - but then we’d asked got a quiet room. Both pools were huge. One more kids/activity oriented and other more adult/ laps oriented. No problem getting a sun lounger. Shame we couldn’t swim from the rocky beach but it was very windy making it too choppy to swim. Breakfast was just okay. I hate cheap fruit juice that tastes like squash. Lots of cake options, croissants and some cheese/ ham options. Overall a good hotel and would return.

En recepción excelente atención siempre estuvo todo el personal dispuesto a colaborarnos hasta con el mínimo detalle, gracias a Vini que se tomo el tiempo de ayudarnos con recomendaciones y reservaciones de restaurantes en la zona. De esos lugares que definitivamente nos hacen querer regresar.

Check in staff at the reception is inexperienced who have very limited knowledge of the property and services. Spa has only 1 person managing the spa and the services. She won’t answer or return the call for hours. And the staff at the front won’t pass the message. Not many activities on the property and the beach is all rocks.. Dining options are limited. However the rooms are good and bed comfortable.

Very nice hotel, super clean and modern and with friendly staff. The only thing that I (and, from what I overheard, others guests) found quite annoying is having to top up your card/key to spend money at the hotel (you can’t use your own bank card). This means that you need to keep track of much you have left and walk all the way to the reception top up if you don’t have enough. Prices at the bars are also extortionate, like almost double the price than anywhere in town.

It was a good property but it was the wrong time of year to be there. It is a seaside resort and it would be better to be there when it was warmer. The resort was too far from Monopoli for us and cost 25 euros for a cab.

Tres bonne impression génerale sur l’hotel,excentré, il faut une voiture,les piscines et les abords etaient bien entretenus,nous n’avons pas testé les extérieurs a cause de la météo. Bonne organisation des repas,jamais d’attente( sejour hors saison) Nous n’avions pas de voisins ,mais il semble que l’insonnorisation ne soit pas terrible.

The domed rooms were cute and in a good garden setting. The beach is rocky and not useable. The pools are great. The breakfast was good but the same everyday. The restaurant food we tried once wasn’t that great. About 10-15 minutes drive from the town which was nice and by the water.

This is a lovey hotel with accommodation dotted around the site in pods. Plenty of facilities, sports courts, 2 pools, restaurant and bar. Unfortunately some of the amenities were not open during our stay, e.g. the shops and rooftop restaurant, which was disappointing as it was only September. If you haven't paid for full board you can dine in the buffet restaurant for 35 euros each including wine, however the food choice wasn't great and the hot meal was below par. Breakfast choice not great either with long queues for coffee and hot food - this consisted of only scrambled egg and bacon every day. Had lunch one day which was expensive for a very poor/small pasta dish. We were advised by reception that there were 2 other restaurants in walking distance, but when we walked along the road at night to find them there was nothing open - a bit of misinformation here. Pool area lovely with plenty of loungers and nice music, beach area consisted of small decking area but very rocky and no obvious access to the sea. Bar prices quite steep but as there's nowhere else to go locally there's no alternative but to pay them! Location a bit out of the way and car required to drive to the nearby town of Monopoli but a lovely resort which is probably very busy in the summer months.

Very pleasant stay! There were lots of fun activities that went on throughout the day for all ages, and you could comfortably join in or not. It had a summer camp vibe for families, as well as groups of friends, or couples. The beachfront location is beautiful, there are 2 huge pools, one of which is salt water directly from the ocean. We only had the breakfast, and it was wonderful.

Pour un hôtel en hors saison il y a besoin de préciser qu’il n’y a pas grand chose d’ouvert. Le petit déjeuner est hyper industriel. Peu de choix. Le soir un menu 3 plats est compris dans l’offre demi pension mais pas beaucoup de choix.

Die Anlage selbst ist sehr schön angelegt und sehr sauber. Es gibt den ganzen Tag über genügend Liegen mit Schirm am Strand und am Pool - aber auch die Wiese dazwischen mit Bäumen ist so gepflegt, dass man sich dort ohne Probleme hinlegen kann. Direkt am Pool kann man sich auch kostenlos ein großes Handtuch zum Baden holen und bei beiden Pools gibt es auch Duschen und WCs. Das einzige was uns leider nicht zugesagt hat war das Abendessen. Die Speisen waren fast alle ausgekühlt und es war nur sehr spärlich beschriftet, worum es sich handelt. Unserem Geschmack hats leider auch nicht so entsprochen. Zudem war im Buffet - also zwischen den Tischen auf denen das Essen aufgebaut war - eine Band mit Livemusik. Unverständlich für uns, da etwas weiter drüben und außerhalb des Buffets noch genügend Platz für die Band gewesen wäre. Es haben dann auch Leute direkt vor der Band getanzt, sodass man nicht wusste wie man mit seinem Teller vorbei gehen soll ohne alles runter zuwerfen. Und die Musik war viel zu laut! Selbst drinnen am Tisch war die Musik noch richtig unangenehm! Gut, dass wir nur mit Frühstück gebucht hatten und so nur einmal im Hotel Abendessen waren - hat für uns dann perfekt gepasst ☺️

The best things about the hotel were the lovely seawater swimming pool, the sea, and the dinners, which we really enjoyed. Unfortunately, the housekeeping was very disappointing. During our entire one-week stay, the bed linen was not changed even once, and the floors did not seem to be cleaned. We also ran out of both soap and shampoo, but this was not noticed or replaced by housekeeping. I called reception to ask for them, but nothing was brought to the room. Breakfast was quite average and could definitely be improved. Overall, the hotel has a beautiful setting and some very good facilities, but the standard of housekeeping seriously let the experience down.

Terrible experience our room smelled like pee. Our pillows are really bad. They smelled really bad like pee. I tried three times after to do something and they said oh we clean your room. My booking companies trying to get a hold of them and they don’t answer their phone not recommended.
Terrible experience our room smelled like pee. Our pillows are really bad. They smelled really bad like pee. I tried three times after to do something and they said oh we clean your room. My booking companies trying to get a hold of them and they don’t answer their phone not recommended.

A wonderful hotel. But I do have recommendations. Go half board as you are pretty far from food so it is worth the extra cost. Also beware there is a surcharge of 60 euros per day. Make sure it is factored into the cost. If you don’t pay you can’t park or even use the swimming pools Don’t consider it a beach resort either. It is rock and was red flagged our whole week. Oh. We have no kids but they all looked like they were having super fun. The buffet is very varied. Veggie selections. Seafood. Meat. The place is super clean and being for a resort the bar was cheap. Parking is ample.

Great swimming pool area. Not nice room, dark and not clean. We also had dinner at the terrace (La carte) and unfortunately all 4 dishes were not good.
