The room was booked for a patient in King Faisal Specialist hospital , just after booking within 30 mins i asked for a cancellaton as the DR advised the patient not to leave the hospital . since 7th March upto 13th March daily i was asking for an update . but the hotel is not at all responsive by fone or email , neither hotels.com nor i could reach them and they refused cancellation on such circumstances although i know the room was non-refundable - but as a exclusion the hotel could have charged 1 day or 2 day room rent but they didnt allow cancellation and charged me for 8 days and no one stayed in the room no coutersy,non responsive,non-cooperative,and never book in this hotel as they dont have time to respond to clients . in my case the hotel didnt respond - if one has any emergency to contact the hotel they wouldnt reply either
