Hotel rooms in Winnemucca are expensive. We chose this one for a one night stay on road trip based on a good rating at a reasonable price and the "top rated breakfast. This is an older property, no elevators if you get a room on the 2nd floor. The room was clean, but had to sign up for Wyndham Rewards just to get internet for one night. There was no ice in the ice machine, but we were able to secure a pint size bag from the office. The bed was comfortable, but the parking lot was noisy well into the wee hours. The "top rated breakfast" was offered in a space that held two tiny tables and four chairs, so no place for most guests to sit. It consisted of a cold case containing yogurt and pre-packaged juice cups, one cold cereal, a basket of bagels and one of tangelos. We went to a local diner instead. Can't understand why it is rated above 8. Slept in Vegas the night before for less in a newer, better equipped property with a decent breakfast.

This is a family-friendly Hotel and I will stay here again. Everything was perfect. Actually located in the center of town, super easy parking. The breakfast buffet was sufficient. The rooms were impeccably clean.

There is a free breakfast but don't get too excited. It isn't a hot breakfast and in fact, in many ways, just the opposite. My husband got some yogurt and after opening it, he discovered it to be frozen solid while my yogurt was not. They were side by side in the fridge so this certainly raised an eyebrow. The real annoyance, however, came with the Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is only free if you sign up for their rewards program. While the rewards program is also free, after 6 failed attempts to sign up, we had to go to the front office and let them know that we are trying to sign up but weren't getting anywhere. They were helpful and gave us a code that allowed us to bypass the requirement to sign up, but it was a hassel to do all of that. Beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The floors squeeked though which made us worry that it would disturb the people below us

We were impressed. Walked in and saw how nice this room is. Bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Bathroom and shower area was nice. No sign of being older nor was it run down. Continental breakfast was good. Berry happy with the stay. We really recommend
