My stay was great and enjoyed the patio to sit outside and have a few drinks. My only dislike was the bed bc it seemed a little hard. I know can’t make everyone happy but I would definitely stay there again.

This is a gorgeous property. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the amenities are many. From breakfast each morning to a full kitchen in our room and a nice gym, we found everything our family needed during our stay.

This is a very nice place to stay. Modern, clean with friendly staff. Good selections for breakfast and good coffee/tea bar at all times Great little pizza/sandwich bar with wood fired oven next door. It’s about 15 minutes from Carlsbad Cavern. They do allow pets and one little dog did bark off and on for several days. Otherwise it was quite. Nice kitchen in room with full size fridge and dishwasher, dishwater and microwave.

Service was great!! The hotel looked very new, and it was a great base for exploring nearby Carlsbad caverns and Guadalupe mountains national park. The breakfast each morning was very nice. The room was very spacious with a nice glass shower. The only small negative was we found a few hairs that were not ours in the bed sheets and shower. We very much enjoyed our stay overall.

Not a lot of great things to say about the town of CarlsBad, NM. The hotel was clean, modern, and fresh. No reason to go to CarlsBad other than the Caverns. About 25 miles from the caverns, pretty close to Walmart, better service at the hotel than any of the restaurants in the area.

The front desk staff were so friendly and kind. Check in and check out was a breeze. Our room was the perfect size for our family. The beds were so comfortable. Our room was sparkling clean. Will stay here again next time we visit the area.

Con : The room didn’t have a safe inside it. Plusses: the room had a fridge, microwave, dish ware glassware utensils, AND a dishwasher.TONS OF DRAWERS AND PLACES FOR STORING SUITCASES PLUS 2 open closets. Also a comfy couch for hanging out. All employees were very nice.Highly recommend.

Initially was not given the room we booked. Apparently reserving and paying for a specific room 3 weeks in advance doesn’t mean you’ll get that room at this hotel. They changed our room to one with windows to the courtyard. The 11pm party out there wasn’t very quiet. I’ll not be back to this hotel.

The only downside to the room is we were on the side with the highway and me being a light sleeper well lets just say rest didn't come easy.

The property is clean and new. Unfortunately my room wasn't ready when i arrived. I was told to wait 30 minutes even though I arrived after check in time. Then around 7 pm the fire alarm went off and the hotel was evacuated. There was no communication from anyone at the hotel. I finally found a manager to talk to and she said she called the fire department. They never showed up so i doubt they were actually called. Eventually the alarm stopped and she said everyone could return to their room. With no fire officials present, this does not feel safe. Im sitting in the hotel right now and my family just made a plan in case it happens again overnight. To top it off, the first family member to take a shower ran out of hot water. Im sorry but thats 3 strikes.

Service was great!! The hotel looked very new, and it was a great base for exploring nearby Carlsbad caverns and Guadalupe mountains national park. The breakfast each morning was very nice. The room was left with trash and dirty dishes in it. I advised management, but they made no effort to send someone to clean the mess. I raised the issue with the front desk next morning and they sent housekeeping. They then spoke to the person traveling with me and had a conversation with him regarding the refund I requested. There is a sign in the lobby that states their policy is that if we are not provided clean and comfortable accommodations, we will be refunded for the night. However, the hotel has refused to issue a refund because it was booked through Hotels.com. Subsequently, we were interrupted in the room while people came in to perform routine maintenance, and the next morning housekeeping was banging on the door at 8 AM wanting to come in when our checkout was at 11 AM. I raised these concerns again with the front desk and asked again for a refund, which was refused. The hotel has now offered 4000 Hilton points which I understand has a cash equivalent of approximately $20, which is offensively less than the $530 I paid for two nights in an unhygienic and disrupted environment. Their own policy states full refund for unclean/uncomfortable accommodations and yet they are refusing to refund me or issue an appropriate number of rewards points for use toward a future stay. On top of all of this, despite telling them that I am deaf they have continued to communicate via phone even though I have asked now three times that they communicate via email.
