Se fue la electricidad a las 12 de noche, el dueño me dijo que estaba en camino alguien para ayudarme pero No llegó, pasamos la noche horrible con mucho calor y al siguiente dia no vino ni a decir que fue lo que paso.

The host was friendly but the reason for the bad rating is that we paid for something and what we got was different. The room is located in the 4th floor (no elevator), there is no LCD TV in it nor any sort of entertainment, during the whole stay they never provided any bottled water, some parts of the curtains were missing so sun light passes through which makes it difficult to sleep, the room was noisy not soundproof you can hear everything, in addition to that we arrived early in the morning and waited almost an hour in the street just to get hold of someone (no pincode was provided)

We were met by Tayfur who got us settled and shared loads of local tips and recommendations. He was a grwat host, who was onnhand throughout our stay to answer questions, help with bookings and to share local knowledge. The hotel is fairly basic (I was glad of my earplugs and eyemask) but clean and great value for money. The area is fabulous, full of cafes, restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of trams, ferries and major attractions. Highly recommended. (NB no lift, highest rooms are 4th floor).

Breathtaking from Start to Finish! From the moment I walked into this hotel, I was completely mesmerized. The decor is stunning, creating a welcoming and luxurious atmosphere that sets the tone for your entire stay. My room was impeccably clean, with plenty of fresh towels and a spotless bathroom and shower. The host was simply amazing—friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations for places to eat and visit. Speaking of food, the on-site dining options were fantastic, with excellent bars offering a wide selection of drinks. The people in the surrounding area were incredibly kind and humble, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. Transportation was conveniently close, making it easy to explore the area. As a female solo traveler, I felt incredibly safe throughout my stay, which was a huge plus. This hotel is truly a gem, and I can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting. I can’t wait to return!

Tayfur is very accomodating. Gave some recommendations on where to dine and what to try. Room and restroom is quite small but can provide majority of your needs. This place is okay for solo travellers who will be outside most of the time.

The property owner is AMAZING! He was super helpful and just an absolute gem. The property itself was on par for the price. Nothing fancy. Quite small. There were some small things in the room falling apart like shelves and stuff but nothing that would ruin your stay. :)

My husband and I had a great time at this property! We booked a tour around Turkey but wanted to explore for a few days on our own and decided to pick this place. It’s operated by 2 locals and not a big franchise which was the first green flag, and it’s walking distance to just about everything! There are (hundreds) of restaurants all within a 20 minute walking distance along with the typical sites of Taksim square and Galata. The rooms are a bit small but the air conditioning works great and we had everything we needed. The owners are also very friendly and gave us a list of their food and activity recommendations.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Standort ist sehr sehr gut. Das Casa ist sehr sauber und alle super freundlich. Der einzigste Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Zimmer und auch das Bad inkl. Toilette sehr klein ist.

Başından sonuna kadar harika idi. Kendimizi evimizde hissettik. İki tek yataklı odamızı arkadaşımla paylaştım. İkimizde gerek temizlik gerekse konum itibari ile mükemmel bir seçim yaptığımızı düşünüyoruz. Etrafta ki kaliteli yeme içme yerleri yürüme mesafesindeydi. Hemen binanın altındaki Musa ve İsa kardeşlerin yaptıkları çay ve kahvede çevrede içtiklerimizin en güzeliydi. Hem iş hem gezi için yaptığımız istanbul gezimizde bizi evimizde hissettiren Ömer ve Tayfur beylerle çok teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle diyerek ayrıldık çünkü bundan sonraki gezimizde konaklamak istediğimiz tek adres. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

the owner and his partner super friendly the best of the experiences in istanbul, he advised us at all times how to go to the places he showed us the best places to eat, buy go to the Turkish bath, always available no matter what time it was very early or late, friendly from the first day of our arrival attentive to be there, the best location of the hotel, cleanliness definitely 100% recommended and of course I would return there

Rooms were spotlessly clean, like they’d been taken care of with a mother’s touch. Mr. Tayfur, one of the hotel owners, was incredibly warm and attentive. The location is right in the heart of Istanbul. We will definitely stay here again when we return. Thank you very much for everything.

I had a fantastic stay at this place, the host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help me get to know the city. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location for exploring. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Istanbul!

The property owner is AMAZING! He was super helpful and just an absolute gem. The property itself was on par for the price. Nothing fancy. Quite small. There were some small things in the room falling apart like shelves and stuff but nothing that would ruin your stay. :)

Amazing location, dont be fooled coming off the main street, just behind it the area is absolutely beautiful, room was small but very economical, the owner Tayfur is extremely welcoming and friendly.

My husband and I had a great time at this property! We booked a tour around Turkey but wanted to explore for a few days on our own and decided to pick this place. It’s operated by 2 locals and not a big franchise which was the first green flag, and it’s walking distance to just about everything! There are (hundreds) of restaurants all within a 20 minute walking distance along with the typical sites of Taksim square and Galata. The rooms are a bit small but the air conditioning works great and we had everything we needed. The owners are also very friendly and gave us a list of their food and activity recommendations.

Unser Aufenthalt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Standort ist sehr sehr gut. Das Casa ist sehr sauber und alle super freundlich. Der einzigste Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Zimmer und auch das Bad inkl. Toilette sehr klein ist.

The room they gave us when we arrived did not correspond to what was shown in the photo. The place is very small and too uncomfortable. Later they changed us to one similar to the presentation photo, but the bathrooms are small... apart from area is not safe .. they stole my wallet with everything ... literally

I had a fantastic stay at this place, the host was incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to help me get to know the city. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location for exploring. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Istanbul!

Tayfur and Omer are amazing hosts! We stayed with them for 4 nights and wish we had more time there. They were super friendly, recommended us plenty of local options and were so quick to help us witg anytging we needed. The location is ideal, its walking distance to Kiliç Paşa Mosque and the Galata area. You can catch the tram right on the main street and a cab/uber if needed as well. There are plenty of dining options around most places close around 2am on weekends. Ill be staying here whenever I'm back in Istanbul.

The hotel managers were both extremely nice and accommodating to myself and wife. Treated us as if we’re guests in their home and went above and beyond for us when my wife and I both were feeling unwell. In addition to the location, I highly recommend staying here!

We were met by Tayfur who got us settled and shared loads of local tips and recommendations. He was a grwat host, who was onnhand throughout our stay to answer questions, help with bookings and to share local knowledge. The hotel is fairly basic (I was glad of my earplugs and eyemask) but clean and great value for money. The area is fabulous, full of cafes, restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of trams, ferries and major attractions. Highly recommended. (NB no lift, highest rooms are 4th floor).

I had the best time at Casa Rosa Suits. Tayfür and Ömer were so kind, very friendly, warm and professional. Everything was set perfectly and whatever I needed, they were a message away and ready to help. They really made my 9 days stay special and enjoyable.. even with the fact that the room was close to the street, but by 12:00 or even before, shops and cafes were all closed and the place was quite. Location was excellent I rarely left the area. Galata port is a 5 minute or less walk away and it’s beautiful. Definitely my no. 1 choice for a hotel for my next trip to Istanbul.

The hotel is run by people who are extremely nice and helpful. Attentive, social, always service with a smile. The hotel itself is "doing much with little". The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully decorated. We had everything we needed, but if you are looking for a luxury experience this is maybe not the place for you. And that should be no surprise considering the costs of the rooms. All in all - we were very happy with our stay and believe the place to be of very high value for money! Would recommend any day!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! Such a warm and friendly welcome from the owner who gave us personal recommendations that were spot on. He took the time to talk to us and it felt like we had a friend in Istanbul. The location worked out well too, it is surrounded by tons of hip cafes on a street shaded by grape arborsand an easy walk or tram to both the main tourist areas and the more local hangouts. There is some noise from the cafes downstairs but it didn't bother me at all and ended pretty early. Plus it meant it was quite easy to get breakfast and coffee. I don't usually write reviews, but just had to give this one a well deserved shout out.
