I highly recommend this hotel, its clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful. Food takes a while to come, but that is because everything is cooked from scratch, and it is delicious. The pool even though small was lovely, a refreshing break from the heat. The small Gym is clean and tidy. Overall was very impressed. And will be happy to return.

Hotel is safe and clean, Hotel rate is very good compared to the big brand hotels. Restaurant is great including the breakfast. Staff is friendly an welcoming. Power cuts off a couple times in the morning and evening but is restored within seconds.

Fairly good stay but there were quite a few hiccups on the part of the hotel, however, the staff were quite apologetic and they quickly fixed these issues. Hotel was generally quite clean but once or twice I did notice some areas in my room weren't cleaned properly, which I reported - apologies were made & someone was sent to redo the cleaning; that being said, the hotel had a very nice atmosphere and the staff were very respectful and helpful. This was my second stay at this particular hotel and I noticed things seemed to have deteriorated slightly, which is a shame as it is a lovely place and I would like to continue coming back but wouldn't be able to if this (deterioration) continues.

The property is nice and convenient. The first room I stayed in the deadbolt lock was broken. The next room was ok. The bed was very hard. It was so uncomfortable. I felt as if I was sleeping on a board. For that reason, I probably would not stay here again. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was nice. The pictures in Libby were beautiful and a really. Ice idea.

I couldn’t sleep at all. I had the room 118 which had a mattress hard as a rock, the safety lock on the door was broken, and things were in general falling apart. But the worst thing was the mattress. Literally it was like sleeping on the floor. Staff at breakfast were nice.

Excellent proximity to the airport, the rooms are rest-inducing - gorgeous, quiet, and dark, and food and beverage service offers both Nigerian and Western fare. This is my third trip to Nigeria, and I had the best meal I've had in all of Nigeria there (Western).

Our family enjoyed our stay and some staff in the restaurant and reception area were particularly professional and exceptional in their attitude; Mr Agbaje, Ms Zainab and Ma Blessing all made good impressions. The hotel needs some improvement in the rooms. Our two rooms air conditioning were not working properly, the rooms needs some touched up and the bathroom floor mats need replacing as they are very unsightly. The breakfast buffets were fantastic with varieties suiting continental and local palates. The room service food ordered were also fantastic. The ambience of the hotel is quiet from the bustling of Lagos. I’m keen to stay here again but will like to see improvement in the facilities.

Had a wonderful time at Leola. Stayed at the hotel due to its proximity to the airport and a very early flight. The hotel arranged a taxi shuttle to the airport for a fee. All of my requests were attended to and taken care of promptly. I would absolutely stay here again. Had the egusi soup and pounded yam for dinner- generous portions and delicious!

The L'eola is a gem in the heart of Lagos! Excellent proximity to the airport, the rooms are rest-inducing - gorgeous, quiet, and dark, and food and beverage service offers both Nigerian and Western fare. This is my third trip to Nigeria, and I had the best meal I've had in all of Nigeria there (Western).

I highly recommend this hotel, its clean and tidy, the staff are very helpful. Food takes a while to come, but that is because everything is cooked from scratch, and it is delicious. The pool even though small was lovely, a refreshing break from the heat. The small Gym is clean and tidy. Overall was very impressed. And will be happy to return.

The Hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious and was cooked fresh each time, which meant that sometimes you have to wait. But I love the atmosphere of the hotel, and the artwork in the foyer was amazing. The Hotel cars and drivers were friendly, and knew all the best places to visit. I loved the whole experience and would highly recommend.

This was my 3rd time at the L’Eola Ikeja, Lagos. The staff were still friendly and gave a personal service, but my stay was really let down by the food in the restaurant. Many items were not available, and each evening there seemed to be only a single dessert available from the 5 or so on the menu. I actually cut short my stay and transferred to another hotel. I hope for the sake of the hard working staff that it is restored to its former levels of service.

Have visited twice now.. the hotel is clean and tidy. Staff are friendly and polite.. Food does take a while to arrive but that’s because it’s cooked fresh. The reception area is really nice with lots of artwork on the walls. Will be back.

The Leola Hotel was a great place to stay! I was in Lagos for a tour, which introduced me to the hotel. I extended my stay a few days there because of the wonderful staff, particularly the restaurant staff: Joy, Charles, Vincent, Emeka, Agbaje, Raphael, and other names I can't recall. Friendly, helpful, respectful front desk, door and security staff. Beautiful Infinity pool! I will definitely stay there when I return to Lagos. Oh, how can I forget the delicious breakfast buffets!

The staff was both helpful and respectful throughout my stay. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. While there were a few minor issues during my stay, they more than made up for them with their positive attitude, responsiveness, and genuine willingness to address concerns and make things right. I am a regular customer and have always enjoyed the family friendly, homely environment. I always feel safe and secure. The staff are very friendly, warm and supportive. They go above and beyond to make one's stay comfortable and always with a smile on their face. It is like home away from home. The only downside is maybe the lack of stores around it - for example a supermarket where one can buy groceries or a bank where one can make transactions. However the location is also a positive as it is away from the busy road. The food is also quite varied. I always look forward to breakfast wondering what would be on the menu. However if you want to eat something different staff are more than willing to accommodate your needs. The cleaners are also very flexible on when you want your room cleaned. All in all, a family friendly, comfortable safe and secure hotel.
